I am use to being greeted when I walk in at any of the stores. I was actually purchasing some painters tape and paper. More interest was given to the men who walked in buying paint than helping me find exactly what I needed. I buy paint too and so do many of my customers and my husband and his crew. Dont expect red carpet treatment but at least show that someone is glad I walked into the store to purchase items today.

Staff at Sherwin Williams in general, but at this store in particular are poorly trained. This dude who claimed to have worked at SW for 23 years refused to add the catalyst to SW Hi-Bild pre cat lacquer. Instead he insisted on selling me a gallon of the catalyst. He claimed hes always done it this way. It felt as if I had a entered the twilight zone. Unbelievable. Id love to give this dudes name here, but when I asked for it he refused to tell me.

They have good paint and staff.

Sherwin Williams has great customer service.

Had a professional painter use this store to purchase paint and paint the interior of my home. Two years after it was painted opened a can of paint to do some touch up work and the paint is bad. The top was securely on and it was stored in the garage in a dry area. Sherwin-Williams would not warranty their own paint. Buyer beware.

Super friendly staff, listened to details of concerns +desires, and was very patient with assisting to find the right shade of color.
