The first image I get is friendly people that helps and sells you anything I bought a mattress for $1692.54 nice memory foam and cooling gelpad on the top well first time Im going to change the sheets I took a good look at the mattress and discover the stitch was coming out I called them and spoke with Jose and he told me the mattress have a 10 year warranty the next day he brought me another mattress when they set up the new mattress I told him I didnt want it cause its not the same mattress I bought and had a lot of stains it looked like a used mattress then he said he was going to bring me a new one the next day that was March 7th today is March 31 not a single phone call or mattress front Great Rooms or Jose; Never in my life again I do business with them cause I found the same mattress for $400.00 a BIG DIFFERENCE....
