Best place ever for customer service, wigs, anything hair accessories and products!!! The staff are wonderful friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and wigs!!!! I have been a customer for years now but after my last visit I will no longer be purchasing hair from this store. When I went in, I was looking for a full lace wig, 30 inches. Normally I have bought them there for $300, and that was for 30 inches. My last wig that I bought there for that price was in February of 2021. The prices had dramatically increased by at least $150. The woman who was working there asked gave me a rude look when I told her this and said, oh really, and when was this is a demeaning tone as if I was making that up. I told her that it was within the last 2 months.She then called Mohamed, the store manager and he claimed that he sold we a wig at that price but that it was 24 inches. That was a lie. I had bought multiple wigs (28-30 inches) for that price ($300) at this location and they wanted to sell it to me for $450 and they wanted to give me the, stylist discount which was still far higher of a price than I have payed for the same length at this location.Mind you, I drive an hour one way since I had previously had fantastic experiences with this location.If youre going to dramatically increase prices for the same units I had previously looked at and was told outright by the store manager $300 for the unit.. you are going to loose all of your business. Never. Shopping. Here. EVER.

If I could give them a zero and no stars I would!!! I purchased a full lace wig, makeup was applied and the African American lady with the double chin piercings installed my lace. Which was 40 dollars for waterproof glue. I noticed that the back did not feel secure so I asked her why. Her reply was “oh the back never stays down” now she has all types of tape on my neck so I ask her well “ why want you use the glue” she says cause it’s not gonna work. At that point I assumed that maybe she just don’t know how to get it to stay because I’ve had this done before and I know it will stay. So that following Monday I go to try to have relied the cosmetologist that was going to install it refused to even try because the lace had been cut completely off. I call and speak with the heavy set guy cause I had to work to let him know that I will be by and brush him up on what happened. He goes and get the owner once I arrive later that day. They try and have the other young lady try to install it she says the exact same thing I can’t because the lace is gone. Now mind you I don’t even want the 240.00 dollars that I spent I just want another wig cause she messed this one up.i go back today and the owner is not there and she’s in a major drama class cause Sis has full blown amnesia today.Owner isn’t there and now I have to go back. I would never treat my customers like this especially when I know I get wigs for wholesale prices. But no worries I’m going to court about this I’m tired of people taking advantage of hard working people like myself!!😡😡😡😡😡

Nice place. Prices are a little elevated but they are the only supply store within a 6 or 7 mile radius so if you live in the town n country/westchase area. You may choose to frequent here for your haircare needs

I have been a customer of this store for years but after today I’m done. I went in to buy crochet hair found the hair that I wanted, also picked up 1 brush, and 2 combs that were $1 each. I didn’t realize until I got home that the heavy set guy stole my money by charging me for 3 brushes instead of 1. Costing me an extra $13. Honesty is big to me as a customer but to me it’s clear this place will steal from you and not care.

This is my go to store for anything hair but my mom bought a wig and has it installed here and it was terrible!! The girl didn’t know what she was doing! She couldn’t braid, the lace front part doesn’t blend, and she took 2 1/2 hrs to do that bull! I’m highly upset that they hired her to play in ppls head! She was good with customer service but she was trying to help ppl as well as do hair which was not professional at all!

The owner seems unfriendly. The friendliness in the store from the female workers seems forced. They keep asking if you need help over and over again. The hair behind the counter is beautiful though. Never purchased it but the colors are pretty

If you need bundles from virgin hair Peruvian to raw Indian they have them. They have real lace wigs and 3 stylist to install your wig. Even if you want to try a different style your are a lil scared to try these ladies are trained and licensed professionals. Oh yea bundle deals START AT $45!!! Yes $45!!

Traveled about an hour to get to the store. They only allow you to try on the display wigs even if its not in your color they dont care. My mom wanted to try on a wig she knew for sure she would buy it but wanted to try it first in her natural color the man said no and its bad enough they are wasting money on the display wig. I thought that that was really rude he dont acknowledge anyone when they came on the store just stood there like security btw this is the guys thats working the cash register. However the ladies that work there were nice but we were really upset and left.

Bundles are great I like everyone there except the light skin kind of heavy weight black girl that chick is rude and unprofessional and they always have her in there which makes me not want to go there because I will catch a case. But they have a great selection of hair products and hair definitely a one stop shop for hair needs.

I was on FaceTime in this store showing my sister bundles and they made me stop showing her the hair because the store owner doesn’t like people taking a video of the hair little do they know I was going to purchase bundles from them and I was getting a opinion on what hair to get but I WILL not ever step foot in there again due to their rude service !! I dont know what their problem is but I have never been treated like that in any store and I wint ever again!! Horrible service!!!

I so love this beauty supply store. Not only do they have the top grade hair for the low with awsome specials, but they also have a hair salon in the back. I RECOMMEND stylest Mya and Rosey becacause they did an awsome job on my lace front sew in and my little daughter wash and set for reasonable prices. There are more stylest there and although they did not do my hair I watched their work and they are greate also. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR HAIR, HAIR STYLISTS, AND MUCH MORE ❤
