Quality has gone down in recent months. The tobacco is either packed too tight in the tip or the tobacco is wet. More than half of the cigars are unsmokeable. Hav a Tamps needs to focus on quality with this product.

I tried your jewel sweets since swisher are hard to find here. I enjoy the flavor and about 1/4 of the cigar. Then it gets extremely hard to draw. 10 packs so far and the same results.

They have NO QUALITY ASSURANCE dept.any more.20yrs their product WAS consistant,now the draw is different from pack to pack,even packaging STINKS.10 five and I have to use a knife to open the celofane (the pull piece is missing)Ive been smoking jewels since 1989 and NEVER had the PROBLEMS Im having lately!So please hire the inspectors back!!!!!

Very petty people in the work place. Cry over everything and run to the office over it.Lot of favoritism as well in this work place.
