I had the best experience here today! I went to my previous eye doctor for like 8-10 years and was pretty bummed that I had to switch due to new insurance, but I wish I wouldve switched a long time ago! The entire staff was great; from making the appointment, to welcoming me when I came in, to doing the initial exam - all great! The Dr. was super nice and made me feel very comfortable also. The store is bright and has a great vibe. They have a great selection of frames and Jared was really sweet, funny and patient helping me pick the perfect pair. And I couldnt believe how much I saved compared to Lenscrafters!! (Seriously, a ridiculous amount of $$) I am recommending them to everyone I know. 😊😊

Entire staff was friendly, professional, and proficient through our whole process. We had 3 eye exams with 3 scripts for glasses and it went better than I can convey. So glad we made Carrollwood Nationwide Vision our place for vision care.

Took my 12 year old daughter for her fist eye contact exam. After spending 2 hrs getting her exam done, practing taking the contacts on and off, etc, we were getting ready to schedule f/u appointment when they told us that they have pulled the insurance auth for another patient with the same name and couldnt get one becasue it was Saturday 5 pm already. Although the apologize for their mistake, the asked to may for the visit. When I refused to do so becasue my insurance covers the exam, they asked my daugther to take the CONTACTS OFF!! due to a legality issue... My daugther was sooo upset and I decided to NEVER come back to that place. Who does that??????? Those contacts were staight to the garbage. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
