I really like Dr. Cooper and the entire staff. They are very kind and helped me to find the best frames for my lenses, even when I wasnt looking to spend a ton of money. Dr. Cooper worked to find my correct prescription and I am amazed at how much better I will be seeing once I get my new glasses and contacts! Even without my insurance covering the visits I will be back!

A very special group of people. Flexible, transparent, fun and intelligent. They rescheduled our appointment without blinking, patiently explained contact lens options, found a frame that fits my face in less than 2 minutes, and go above and beyond to share records, respect privacy, personal preferences and respond quickly. I am near sighted and ever since I was a kid, I have dreaded going to the Eye Doctor because for some reason I faint every time I have my eyes dilated. I have been to 3-4 different Optometrists and it was always the same thing.When I explained this to Dr. Billig he listened and understood my concerns. I had my eyes dilated today and for the first time in years I did not faint! Thanks again!

While I was in the attic yesterday pulling down Christmas decorations I managed to get something in my eye. It continued to get worse throughout the night. By morning it was completely swollen. I called Thanksgiving eve they were able to get me in same day! Dr Billing was totally awesome and called in a prescription for the swelling. Everyone that Ive been in contact with from this office was purfect and went out of their way to help me with this issue. I would highly recommend this office for all your eye care.

I keep coming back because Scott is the most helpful person anyone could possibly work with and he has worked with Dr. Billig for as long as I can remember. Ive been coming here for over a decade. Always fast, professional, friendly service. Counter service, optometry, and eyeglass sales have always been top-notch. Even when i wander in with my two year old glasses and ask for a cleaning they do it for no charge and with a smile.

Completely Stellar experience! I came in after scratching my cornea. Every singe staff member made a point to politely acknowledge me, and all were extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! and even though I was there for an injury, they adjusted my glasses while I was waiting! I cant recommend highly enough! Thanks guys! You gave me piece of mind and helped me move forward to a quicker recovery!

Amazing staff, customer service, and selections. I tore a contact lens and they gave me a trial pair without hesitation, even though I wasnt (at the time) a patient. Everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. After such a great experience, I raced to purchase a box of lenses for each eye, and I will be a repeat customer to Optics Soho!

Wonderful, helpful, kind, and patient people.This was my first time getting glasses, I had gone to a different doctor to get the prescription but they treated me terrible so I went to Optics SOHO. These guys are amazingly professional, answered all of my questions and took me through the whole process with a smile. I will absolutely be returning here from now on. 10/10Even though I did not know what I was looking for and had a ton of probably very basic questions, the associate answered every single one and was very patient and kind with me. Horrible customer service! I had an appointment with these guys couple weeks ago. They called me 2-3 days after I made the appointment asking if I could move my appointment to another day. I asked why and......ready for their answer? They said that a bunch of people had cancelled their appointments and I was the only patient remaining for that day. The doctor would have to come in just for you. They wanted me to adjust my schedule so that it would be convenient for the doctor! Nice!!

Very friendly staff, very clean environment, and (important factor for me) is very accurate with scheduled appointments. Also in a very cool location in SOHO if you want to grab a bite to eat before or after your visit.

Ive been going here for years and every time I go I always talk about what a great office this is. They are so nice and always very prompt. Ive never had to wait for an appointment. And the eye exam is incredibly thorough!
