Dr Fazio does not know how to communicate appropriately with his patients. My experience at Newsom eye has been incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Dr Fazio is demeaning and has very little respect or boundaries when communicating with patients. A Dr should know how to speak with his patients in a tone that is not rude or aggressive. I will not be going back to Newsom eye for these reasons.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fazio for the last 4 years. When I started going to Newsome eye was due to Optic Neuritis which required 2 scheduled visits a year to monitor any changes. There I met with Dr Fazio to update my glasses as my vision also started changing. With his friendly and concerned demeanor, he explained my changes and put me at ease. I trust him so much with my care, that I also take my son there (since he was 10). Thank you Dr Fazio!
Dr. Fazio need to communicate better with patient and to be more sympathetic with patients.
