I love this place. Im converting for sure. I love my bumble bee scrubbee. I also purchased sleepy lotion and that is delightful. Tried the melt message oil and also feels lovely on the skin. I love the lemon soap too !! I will be back .

What a high pressure shopping experience I was just curious about some natural products and was completely pressured into purchasing things that I wasnt even interested in never will I go here again for the high pressure sales and touching.

This store overall is good. Constant shopper. Although due to COVID I chose to shop online.My review is to ordering anything online during the 2020 boxing sale. Wish items would be locked in for an order AFTER putting in your payment details and shipping. I was at the Review my order page and the button to order would not work. Had to go back and try again, which resulted in everything in my cart being sold out. I was online right at 9am. Woke up early for nothing. Happy Holidays

Even during the world pandemic, they made sure to help us every way they could. They provided information with all the questions me and my girlfriend had. She was able to find products that fit her needs and a gentleman helped us find each individual product with its specific information. Highly recommend checking it out!

This is the heaven for handmade bathbombs. The scents are amazing. Their bathbombs are amazing. Your skin feels brand new after taking a bath in their bath bombs. They also offer face masks thats great as well. Makes your skin feels bright and tight. The employees always knows what to reccomend for new timers or name whats new in store. I come here every 3-4 weeks to pick up new bath bombs and masks. The oil things really work. My skin felt noticeably softer after one use

I went in today around 3:20 pm and Elsi was there working by herself in the short time I was in there, she was working by herself. Several people came in and her multi tasking went into high gear as did her customer service. Thank you for the excellent experience.

LUSH665My daughter attended a birthday party this morning and it was fabulous!! We love the store in Manhattan but had never been to the one in Tampa so she was so excited when her friends birthday party was there! It did not disappoint. The staff was so fun and were great with the girls!! They made sure everything was taken care of and even checked in on us moms! One of the best parties we have been too!! 🥰

Love this store! After spending so much money on finding the right face scrub I decided to visit Lush... the coffee scrub is perfect and seems to be the only thing my face is not allergic to. Love that all their products are made with natural ingredients. Worth the price .. after all I’m not paying for the usual chemicals that are put into soaps.

I was visiting Florida from NC and decided to get my Lush fix since the nearest Lush from me back home is over 2.5 hrs away. Manager Jenny was very knowledgeable, informative and super friendly. She gave me samples to try. I loved them all so I decided to go back and purchase. Imara attended me when I came back 3 days later. Her Spanish is a huge plus since thats my native language. Imara was also very informative, helpful and friendly. She also gave me some more samples to try so I know what I like and what to purchase online when I get back home. I will always highly recommend Lush and specifically this location. Thank you Imara and Jenny!!!

This store makes the most luxurious bath bombs. They smell amazing and make you feel like you are at a spa.

Not a bad little place. Apparently theres a smell you have to get past but you could say that about bath and body places. Most of the bath bombs are handmade and they feel pretty good. Not going to lie they feel pretty nice. The staff is really helpful and the bar soaps are really really nice to look at. I recommend lush.

My first time in LUSH was a few nights ago, and I have been missing out! The 3 sweet ladies, Maggie is one I remember, were exceptional with their customer service and product knowledge. They were wonderful with their demos, took the time to get to know us, & even by name, and introduced themselves while giving us a tour of the store.I love what this store stands for. Vegan, handcrafted, & environmentally friendly, just to name a few. Their products are unique & their scents are so refreshing! I’m impressed with the variety of products in the store, as well as the beautiful displays.I agree with the reviews below- the store size is perfect and not too overwhelming. I still walked out of there having spent a very generous amount that I wasn’t planning on.Thank you to the 3 sweet ladies working a few nights ago- y’all are amazing. I’ve never had that level of customer service and I myself work for a company nationally recognized for our customer service. Keep up the great work.

This LUSH is by far the nicest Ive ever been to. The workers are so friendly and willing to help you explore new products, give samples, or provide advice. Everything smells phenomenal and theyre always well-stocked. Theres hardly ever a long wait in line, even when theyre crowded. Also, its a wonderful place to shop if youre into protecting the environment or you dont want to use animal byproducts.

I am so excited to see LUSH in Tampa. Since I moved here from NY Ive been ordering online. There is nothing like visiting the shop with all those heavenly scents! One of my favorite places to shop. I particularly like the bar shampoos and cut soaps. I havent used any shampoo but theirs for at least 5 years. They travel well and last forever! My favorite cut soap is Sultana of Soap....LUSCIOUS 😁

Lush is my go to for bath products. Matt is so kind and helpful! He is very knowledgeable about all of the products. He helped me choose from the many new arrivals. A great face and representative of the lush team.

My daughter purchased a couple of shampoo bars as well as conditioner bars for Mother’s Day. I didn’t care for one set so I called and spoke with Zack he assured me to come in and they will exchange whatever I needed. My husband and I went there. I couldn’t believe this store. It is amazing!! Zack knew everything about every product in that store. It was such a pleasure to be there! I will definitely go back and buy more items in the future!!!!

I can easily spend my entire paycheck here. I love the variety of their products and how everything is cruelty-free. Every employee I spoke with was clearly knowledgable about the products and very helpful. Im obsessed with their karma line, its such a unique scent. I always get the karma soap and karma bubble bath. Recently I started using their facial oil bars and it leaves my typically dry, eczema-infested skin super soft, luminescent, and hydrated!

I just left this location and the people here were by far the best people I have met. I was at the mall to get my dogs picture with Santa for the last time. I understandably was a wreck as he goes to the vet next week. I wish I could have gotten the names of all the employees to properly show them the application they so deserve. They took the time to show me and my senior dog so much love. Even going as far as gifting me a bath bomb to help me relax. This location has proved that there are good people in the world. They didnt have to take time out of there day to talk to the crying adult in line to see santa. But they made me and my dog feel so loved. Thank you so much Lush. Your kindness meant the world to me.

Not to be dramatic, but Shelby is literally THE GREATEST person of all time. I’ve never had an experience at Lush before like the one she gave. 10/10 would buy everything just because she explained it to me. I’ve never been offered samples at lush before, she did not hesitate to give samples of ANYTHING, I was super hesitant at first to accept cause I didn’t know that was a thing, turns out it is and Shelby wants you to try everything. She’s so knowledgeable and funny. Honestly everyone there is AMAZING, I’ve never gotten so many compliments walking through that store before. It’s more than 5 stars, it’s like 20/20

I am so blown away by this LUSH and all the people who work there :) I have always loved LUSH but the staff at this store are just so amazing. They all are so kind and make me samples and have really helped me find the right products for my hair and skin instead of just trying to sell me something. It has helped so much and really earned my business because now I’m addicted to LUSH lol and switching over all of my products. If they hadn’t made me samples I never would have switched over all my products.

If you have never tried Lush you should stop in and talk to one of the associates. Beyond the smelly bath bombs and glitter is a good product line that is responsibly produced. I like the lack of packaging on their products. The products themselves are well made and effective. Try the Vanishing Cream it’s amazing! Being in Florida means you put lotion on then step outside and sweat under your lotion, Yuck! But this doesn’t happen for me with Vanishing Cream.

This was a pretty big LUSH store compared to others I’ve visited. Every employee we dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. One guy in particular was very funny and had an awesome demeanor (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately).

Best products for skin care bath and body. The store smells so good. And the employees are the best on answering your questions.

I love their unique items. Pretty pricey and it kinda gets old being approached by the workers offering assistance every 5 minutes from Every single employee there! leave me alone! Lol.. but they are all friendly and provide great service. Love the shampoo bars and anything in the karma scent. The lipsticks are in gorgeous colors too.

I like this place a lot. I use quite a bit of their products. They are all made with natural ingredients. The RnB leave in conditioner and charity pot lotion are amazing. The staff are very helpful and well informed about the products. Although its a great service, sometimes it can be a little overwhelming.

Great natural products. From deodorant to hair they have it. You do pay for the natural products, but it is a great way to treat yourself or give gifts. They have great gift packs as well.

This place can be filled with people, but you will always be greeted within the first 30 seconds of being in the store. All the employees are so helpful and insightful about their products. I have loved most of my products from lush, but those that I didnt i returned, hassle free. Their return policy is so nice. Sometimes we give products a try and realize after we use half or have it for 30 or more days our skin or hair just isnt reacting the way it should. Instead of tossing it out like you would have to with other stores, lush understands and will allow you to return it and help you find a product that works for you.The store always has something new. I dont go often, maybe once every other month, but everytime I am in I see new products, smell new scents, and see new product displays. Never a dull moment in this store.

I adore the lush product line and their commitment to the planet and humanity. The staff are very knowledgable about the product line. On this particular occasion I had my curious 4 year old with me and the staff were very patient with him and even offered to include him in product presentations. Great company, great people, great product.

This place will get addicting. My friend and I stopped in just to smell some of the awesomeness. Later we walked out with things we definitely werent planning on getting. It smells great in there and the stuff is legit. Also, Brian was the best! He showed us items and took time to tell us all about Lush and his favorite items. If all the employees are like him, were def sold for life!

Love this place wish they would have a few more deals like buy one get one free so more people with fixed incomes can have a little more or get more than one to two things but other than that theyre great

If you ever had to buy someone you don’t like a Birthday or Christmas present, then I recommend you buy them Lush. I’m at least speaking of the men’s line -mostly. Their scents and body sprays had given me some of the worst migraines of my life. So if you want to launch a biochemical attack on someone with asthma, migraines, sinusitis or just want to smell like “An all natural, yuppy who overpaid for soap, death giver” than I recommend Lush!!!!!!!!!!!

10/10 stars. Friendly staff, helpful, and AMAZING PRODUCTS, esp. the task masks and bath bombs. Handmade, all natural stuff. No extra plastic packaging, no weird additives, etc. Tiny storefront, but please support this awesome place and deal with shuffling thru. A billion times better than bath/bodyworks for honestly real.

The people here know what theyre doing. I dont go here too often but every time its been the same experience where anyone you talk to is geuine with you and actually interested in finding the right product. It works out for both guy and girls so dont be afraid to just check it out and see what they offer. Never know what youll find.

Lush is one of the most friendly and pleasant places in the mall to visit. Though their main goal is to make a profit (every buisness ever), they do so with great respect to the environment and the ecologically conscious patrons they serve. This is one of my personal favorite places to buy personal care items although it is always so expensive lol

My favorite thing here is the shampoo bars. They last forever, easy lather, shiny hair. Its a good value for ten bucks ish. Everything else a bit expensive.

Lush is absolutely one of my favorite places on Earth. When this world is overloaded with chemicals and toxic perfumes Lush is Hidden Gem in the midst of corruption. Organic paraben free natural holistic... You name it they have it.

I was visiting from out of town this past Friday and had never been to a Lush store before but have always wanted to. I just wanted to say that the staff was so friendly and helpful and made this literally the most magical shopping experience possible. I ended up buying over $200 worth of products and I love them all. Im wearing the Mask of Magnaminty right now while typing this review. I dont know if Lush gives there employees bonuses but I think a few someones deserve a little something extra this X-mas because they were that good!!!! ;)

This store was great! Ive done a lot of research in soap making and shampoo/conditioner bars and the employees really know what theyre talking about. I do think the prices are a little more expensive than what people would prefer to pay for bar products but I think theyre well worth the price. Ive had issues in the past with other brands shampoo bars leaving a film on my hair which Ive cut down using an apple cider vinegar rinse (smells gross, though) and Lushs conditioner bar got rid of that film even with using the other brands shampoo bar. All of the employees were kind and helpful and their products would make great gifts. Additional perk if youre looking to go green and cut down on waste as their products (if packaged) are in paper-type of packaging and most of the products are not tested on animals. Great overall experience and everything looked and smelled amazing (I actually wanted to just eat everything)! I even took my boyfriend and he actually had a fun time and bought something for his self!

Wonderful staff noted my scent preferences from what I was buying and tailored my samples straight to my likes. Absolutely will be returning for more wonderful products.

Never shopping at Lush ever again. I went into their store to use a giftcard I received for my birthday. All I wanted was a bottle of Cynthia stout shampoo. An associate informs me they are out but I could order it with them and have it sent to my house with free shipping. I went to the checkout, placed my order,used my giftcard and paid for the remainder balance with my own money. I signed the receipt and the associate says something was wrong and it didnt process. He calls the manager over. Manager says I probably have to pay for shipping. I was annoyed about that but still paid the extra money . Signed another receipt and wouldnt you guess the order still did not process they told me. The manager said he had to call I.T and for me to come back in 10 min. I came back and he said he couldnt get a hold of them. I explained to him I didnt get any receipt and I would like to cancel the order and just get my giftcard back to use since he told me next time I should order at home. He said he couldnt and took my name and number. He called hours later saying the order was cancelled and I would get my egiftcard and refund back. I Never did! I have even contacted customer support and they said the best they could do was send me the shampoo and I have just been given the run around for weeks now. One person saying theyll send me shampoo then a week later saying oh yeah Im sending the Shampoo today. Ive never dealt with such poor service in my life all for 1 bottle of shampoo! Despicable.
