First time client here! Overall i had a great experience. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and nice. The store and Salon is meticulously clean! Very knowledgeable staff! Main reason for going was for a haircut with color and style. I was able to observe that all of the stylists are great for whatever you are wanting to do. I left feeling fabulous and knowledgeable of my type of hair because of Victoria ♥️ and will definitely be back. Thanks Ulta!
Stating your name and having the confirmation email on your phone should be all thats required to pick up an order. Over the top. Youre not selling high priced technology goods which Ive picked up with confirmation emails. Ridiculous. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Victoria in the salon is a hair goddess! I came in for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment but during the consultation we decided to also add in highlights. I don’t regret my decision at all because my hair looks amazing! I felt super confident trusting her with my hair because she thoroughly explains what she’s going to do and why. On top of that she has such a sweet personality and is so easy to talk to! Highly recommend letting Victoria take care of your hair needs. You won’t regret it!

If you ever need your brows gone Jess and the benefit brow bar is the best. My brows have never looked so good and it gets better with each service. I get the brow wax and tint and my brows are full and shaped to perfection. If you haven’t tried her out I really recommend.
I ordered online, to pickup at curbside. Ulta texted me, when it was ready, the order was correct and it was quick and easy. Recommend to everyone.
I just left Ulta and had the worst experience ever! Me & my best friend decided to shop for Cologne and perfume. While looking around one associate kept circling the perfume area and finally asked if we needed assistance, we advised no & kept smelling a few different selections. Then to my surprise another associate kept passing by the same aisle me and my friend were smelling more products. After about 20 minutes we each find a perfume and cologne we were happy with. I carried my perfume around the store while I kept looking at other products and all of a sudden the alarm on the perfume started going off which led to employees to run my way in a panic. I stated to them that I was purchasing the item and that security alarm randomly went off, after much confusion in my face the employee advised that she would take their perfume and put it behind the counter. Meanwhile everyone was staring at me and my baby who is with me. I’ve never had this happen to me in a store and quite frankly it was embarrassing. Once I went to the register and purchased my product nobody would even look my way. I was really looking to invest in a perfume which is why I purchased the product but moving forward in the future I will never purchase from Ulta ever again! Worst experience ever I will definitely be contacting their corporate office about the situation.
Im a sucker for an all beauty store, so many brands and choices and the Ulta brands is great, I did an in app purchase and drove to the store to pick it up, I was taken care of soon after I walked in the store, was back home in no time.In store shopping is fun too, but so is putting an order in online, I like the option too.
Awesome curbside shopping! I ordered at work and it was ready to pickup well before I could leave to go grab the order! Plus, with the app, Im earning points that help lower the prices of my products! Ive only done it twice, but I prefer this to ordering and waiting for delivery!!
I always forget why I dont go to Ulta until I go to Ulta. In general, I was able to find everything I needed and the employees on the floor were helpful. However, checkout is where my experience always goes downhill.To preface, I am not a loyalty member and I dont want to be. I shouldnt get hassled about it every single visit. At this particular visit, the cashier at the checkout (SKYLAR) asked for my phone number. I said no thank you and she asked for it again. I just thought she didnt hear me so I said no thank you again. Then she said she needed it for the records and proceeded to tell me three times that they wont call me. I declined again and she asked for my email address, I said no thank you, I would prefer not to give it and Im not interested in the loyalty program. She then said I wouldnt be able to return anything without getting my email address. I asked her if a receipt wouldnt work and she told me no, this is how all stores do returns, which just isnt true. Again, I said no and she then stopped being friendly, rang me up and coldly told me my total and how many points I was forfeiting by not giving her my info. She handed me my receipt and I said Thank you and she just ignored me after this. She didnt say youre welcome or have a nice day.The aggressiveness of your employees at checkout in regards to the loyalty program is completely absurd and the reason I dont usually shop at Ulta.
Jess is the best! I was almost going to get my eyebrows micro bladed because they looked so bad and she was able to help correct the shape and show me how to properly fill them in !! I get compliments all the time! Jess is your girl for brows!! My mom even drives from Orlando to have her brows done!!

Terrible customer service. They stand around talking to each other, and act annoyed when you ask where a product is located. Ulta coupons are also a complete marketing scam. First off $3.50 is insulting, second off- $10 can’t be used on anything that’s a “prestige brand.” The entire store is a prestige brand. Ulta just lost my business for life.
Very clean and do have organic Products depending on what they are, missing one Hair Oil Product but that is totally ok, I did find Elf Eye Brow kit for 12.99 today, located next to check out line. Very nice staff n happy to help you out.

Jess at the brow bar is the only person I let touch my brows! Before going to her nobody could get my brows right and I thought I was going to have uneven brows forever. She introduced me to tinting and it was a game changer! She is amazing at what she does and I don’t know what my brows would do without her. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone! Her books fill up pretty fast so I would definitely recommend making an appointment!

Poor service!! Why offer curbside pickup if they will keep you waiting on your car because they are chatting (between employees) and you’ll have to go inside and pick it yourself.
My go to for anything hair, skin and nails. So happy there’s a store close to me now ! Love the store arrangement and the coworkers are really nice and helpful . There’s never time people are not in the store . Also affordable prices as well! The only bummer is the try on free due to covid restrictions.
Very clean, organized ans helpful people who work there. Im usually a sephora kind of girl but, I gave Ulta a try after getting a gift card for my birthday from my sister in law and now Im hooked! Reasonably priced items and great customer service!
Jess at the brow bar is absolutely incredible. she listened to all the concerns i had going into my wax and tinting appointment and she absolutely nailed it. it’s everything i wanted. make sure you check her out, her schedule fills up fast!
My daughter loves Ulta would be nice if they had a small sitting area or bench in front of the building so I can sit while waiting for my daughter to finish her shopping.

Very luck for that. God bless the young lady a the cash register. She was the only ONE will to help me. I really wish i remembered her named. She helped out the best she could. She called out for more assistance and NO ONE ever came to help me. But instead of helping someone who is wanting to spend hundreds dollars at your store. But they insisted on talking about cupcake and a party they did or didnt want to go to. You would think they would want to help you more. Thank god i picked the right color on the first try.... cant say so much on the bluch and brozener duo and the liquid lipstick... one thing is for real i wont go back to that location.
I hate this store I dont know why I wasted my time attempting to purchase something from here. The staff is rude and they racial profile. I was there for 30 min and no one ever asked if I needed help but greeted two white chicks as they walked in the door. Finally I asked for assistance and they couldnt even answer my questions about the products for darker skin tones. When the sales girl walked away she stated I knew she wouldnt buy anything Trust I had money to spend but refuse to give my hard earned dollars to a place such as that.

I just visited this Ulta Beauty store today and had the worst customer service experience ever from one of the girls at the cash register. I do not normally go to this location, but I was visiting a friend and I told her about the great deals at Ulta. She was very interested in buying Benefit products and there was a gift with purchase promotion ( a cosmetic bag with a purchase of $45+). This offer was very well advertised on the Benefit area at the store. We even asked someone on the sales floor for this offer, and she said that we had to go to the cash register in order to redeem it.When we were ready to pay (my friends Benefit purchase was $48), I noticed that this girl at the cash register did not offer the promotion. I politely requested the offer and she did not like my request and seemed to be confused and annoyed about giving us the cosmetic bag. She grabbed a piece of paper and tried to look for the Benefit offer details, like we did not know what we were talking about. What a lack of unprofessionalism!!!! I would assume that someone who works at Ulta should be aware of all their promotions and specials. Well, that was not the case this time. This girl after getting her manager involved in finding the cosmetic bag for us, went to the girl next to her and started a conversation about us. My friend and I felt so uncomfortable about this behavior that we will probably not visit this location again and we will go to Sephora, instead, where sales reps seem to care more for business and respect their customers. If this was a gift with purchase, why customers need to ask for it in the first place and then, if you have to ask, you receive a bad attitude from an employee. Really?????The only reason why I give a 2 star review is because of the manager. She was very professional and attentive and gave us the cosmetic bag and seemed to care about our questions. We were not in desperate need of a cosmetic bag( we have a few, but who does not like a freebie), what it bothered us so much was the bad experience. There is no excuse for poor customer service.
The person you put on mask police duty should probably be trained to learn that its unacceptable and unconstitutional to ask someone why they they dont have a mask on. I will never spend another dime in this store. So many options, better options. Cannot wait to see the store closing banners.

The door greeter should think before she speaks. I was told by the door greeter that certain products were only for display. She didn’t say that to anyone else who came into the store after me. This was my first time visiting this location. Now I have the impression that if your a minority, you will either be followed or told certain products are on display. If your worried about people stealing, then install cameras. Please train your staff appropriately. Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming and outgoing customers.

I just wanted to give a great big shoutout to Jimmy (stylist) and Jess (Benefit Brow Bar). These two did such an amazing job glamorizing both of my daughters for their homecoming event. Jimmy did such a spectacular job with my daughter’s up style and formal makeup application. His positive and outgoing demeanor was EXACTLY what my daughter needed to calm her nerves; he had her completely beaming with confidence. Jess is our normal “go to” for our monthly brow maintenance...and my youngest daughter specifically requested her to do her makeup application for homecoming. Jess is an absolute perfectionist; she strategically maps out your brows and shapes them by emphasizing on your most prominent features. I greatly appreciate how well these stylist collaborated with each other from start to finish, while providing us with top notch customer service. Highly recommended!
This is in an extremely convenient location! The salespeople and cashiers bend backwards to please the customers! Everything is well-stocked and they have everything classifed according to ones budget. Its convenient in a plaza where you dont have to deal with mall-type traffic! This location is marvelous and as I always say when you visit Ulta, its like visiting a candy store without the calories!! 💄

Had my makeup and hair done here for homecoming. Youre better off getting your hair done at home if youre going for something more simple, its too expensive and will fall out in a few minutes. The makeup is good though. Quick and fun experience.
I normally don’t leave reviews but the manager or main door greeter not sure made it quite obvious she was following me and my friend around the store we are both woc ...To be fair I did have my purse on me which I understand may look suspicious but their were several other people in the store with bags/purses just like me and she did not follow them through the store as aggressively as she did us.I understand it’s her job to prevent shop lifting but the way she went about made it obvious she was clocking us because of our appearance.Overall made us uncomfortable and an unpleasant shopping experience won’t come back .

I am EXTREMELY new to makeup (as far as contour, bronzer, etc.) Ashley walked me through EVERY brand giving tips and suggestions. After I picked what I liked/wanted she helped me go through it all step by step. She even told me how to apply each thing as well as which applicator to use! The store itself has a great variety and great staff!
Niki did such a phenomenal job on my daughters makeup for homecoming. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and passionate; completely ensuring a seamless experience. The store offers an array of cosmetics to choose from coupled with a superb skincare specialist. Niki COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations!!
I went to the salon to see Victoria for a Devacut consultation. She was very attentive as we spoke about my hair issues as well as my hair goals. She laid out all of my options with the pros and cons of each and was super supportive of whatever I felt was best for me. The decision is now in my hands but I would absolutely recommend anyone go see her. Shes a delight to work with and Ive seen her work too. Shes a great stylist.
I love shopping here. I dont go often because I am more of a get a bunch of stuff at once and come back in 3-4 months. The only problem I had at this location was that no one asked me if I needed help, or greeted me. I did go ask an employee for help finding a good eyebrow product and she was very helpful and put it on for me and I bought it! I guess I just wish someone had offered because I had other questions but felt discouraged.
Since we moved from the mid west...this little town of Northdale has everything I could imagine! I always run low on my makeup products and this ulta was clean and new. The staff was immaculate and treated me like family, love this store! Will be returning..10 stars in my book!😄
The online service of ULTA is a disaster ! I made an order and 6 days later I write to you because I havent received anything and they tell me to keep waiting, at 8 days I write to you again and they tell me that they will return the money from 3 to 5 days because the order was lost, they do not offer me not even forwarding me the order, I write to you saying that this is outrageous That brazen and disrespectful! Im not buying at their stores again

I love this ulta! I got my hair done the other day by Arlene and she is an artist: I mean she is just amazing! I came in with an inspiration photo for a cut and color and right away she told me that it would look great on my face shape (which was awesome news because I was a little nervous about chopping it chin length). She understood exactly what I wanted and was so fun and energetic. I absolutely love her and I recommend her to anyone who is going to get their hair done. I’ve never been happier with my hair. Ulta beauty is only 5 minutes from my home. Every time I go there, the shelves are bare and they have no samples to give out. Being a Diamond class (just means I spend too much money) this is a let down. I do enjoy the Ulta at Citrus Park much better. Associates are much friendlier and cater to your needs. Its worth the extra 10 minutes to go there to feel like Im welcomed.

Extremely disappointed of the lack of professionalism in the scheduling of appointments. Myself and my daughter appointments were not found in the system after having them scheduled with the stylist. When I showed up at the salon for the appointment which had be placed with the stylist 3 days prior, the stylist Victoria did not account for her error nor did she put her face to apologize. To the contrary she ignored my presence. Besides this the other stylist got in involved and opinionated.Needless to say she is not the manger. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service and for lack of respect of ones time. I prefer giving my business to stylist who can give me a personalized service and not support companies that can find excuses in the messaging service system and where their employees will not carein building a business relationship.

I love this store. The ladies are super helpful but done are pretentious and some are pushy. They have so many products that its easy to spend an hour or so just looking around. Get on the rewards because they give you points which rack up money off your purchase very fast.
I went for a 90 minute facial here. While the facial itself was nice, I was cheated out of at least 10-15 minutes. I went in the room at 12:11, the facial started around 12:20, then she stopped at 1:25 and I exited the room at 1:30. For so much money, I was pretty disappointed that I didnt get the full time.
I usually love Ulta, but for some reason, everyone that works here is especially rude and trashy.Super annoyed, one in particular wouldnt even listen to my question/ look at the product before telling me no. I saw online that there was a travel size of a product I wanted in stock here. When I showed the associate the full size product and asked if it was in some random place in the store, without even looking she says, we dont have anything in the back. Im like well Im not asking in the back, just placed somewhere around the store since they have random displays around with travel size products, without even looking at what I was holding she just repeats what she said 5 secs prior like Im deaf or something. Ill probably go back because I love the Living Proof hair care line, but wont bother talking to anyone.

Ulta has a combo of all kinds of makeup. High end makeup, drug store makeup, and their own line of makeup. Special services are available and anything cosmetic wise, Im pretty sure you could find here. The best deals are normally in the center of the store, where the short aisles are, and you could find decently priced cosmetics. They are more expensive than Walmart and Target. Sometimes its worth it, but I suggest you do have a list of what you need to buy, if you know you could get distracted. You could end up regretting how much you spent there.
Had my eyebrows done here and was very happy. My only complaint is that the staff, at least the 5 or so Ive asked on different occasions, they dont know or are familiar with hypoallergenic products, aside from Clinique and then there is a specialized person for that. But I went in once, specifically said I need something these 2 brands (did some research) and told her what I wanted. She showed me a few things then said I should try these other brands, I asked if they were okay for my super sensitive skin and she said yes no problem at all. I ended up listening to her and spending almost 100 on what she recommended only to go home, do research and found none of it was okay for me to use so I had to return. Since then I always ask if they know what hypoallergenic products I can use and always get the same answer. They dont know or I can use the other brands because theyve never heard of people having a reaction.
I needed help finding a foundation that matched my neck properly. The employee who helped me insulted the foundation I was interested in buying and redirected to me to try on different foundation. When she tested the foundation on my skin she proceeded to recall to a nearby co worker that my skin was “acidic” cause the foundation turned a different color when she applied it. It’s one thing to tell me that in confidence, another to remark this to a coworker. I felt very embarrassed. Not only that - she was offended that I used a drugstore moisturizer! There needs to be accountability with how your employees talk to customers. I go in a makeup store to enhance my features, not have them be berated.
Never been to an Ulta before. Went in feeling overwhelmed and maybe a little judge for not knowing ANYTHING about makeup. Instead I was treated with friendly help, loads of advice and tips, and multiple hands on demonstration. My associate was Maria (Virna) and I left loving her so much for all the information she shared with as well as the confidence that she instilled in me. I know longer feel like a beauty “outsider” I will be going back without a doubt!

I was on the lookout for a true red lipstick that would complement my skintone. I started out on the Prestige side, but didnt like the fakeness of the staff. I went over to the drugstore side and got help from a very friendly staff member. She ended up talking me into a particular shade, an Ulta brand named Red Carpet Red. Her instincts were right because I got multiple compliments the same day I first wore it. I love Ulta and the large selection of brands, both high end and drugstore.
Was lied to by a store rep. Was told that they didnt do make uptutorials. Even though the website and two other store representatives told me that those services were/are available. Was so disappointed. I left the store after the confusing experience. I will try again at another location.
