It is smaller than what you might think from looking at the outside. Since their huge wearhiuse is here, they seem to keep stocked with lots of new inventory. Right now they have a wide assortment of Halloween decorations and costumes.

Excellent selection and variety. Really great prices and didnt sales. Friendly staff. Everytime I tried to be done shopping something else caught my eye which led to other things and on and on it went! 🙃😋😁

Friendly staff, clean store. Decor and misc items were organized. Once again another good will with only 6 small racks of men’s clothes. Better priced than other goodwills. A lot of women’s clothes. Articles missing pieces like corsets w no strings.

You can truly find a lot of good deals...I get most of my scrubs from here. I always find something I like. Thrifting is fun...me and hubby love doing this together and enjoy who gets the best deal!!

I always find something I want when I go to a thrift store. Today I found a book of princess stories. I bought it for my granddaughter Emilia. I cant wait to read her Snow White.

I was not impressed. Not like their regular stores. Very small inside. Would appear from the exterior that it would be much larger.Going inside, they do not have much of a selection in any of their little departments. I seen more of new products then donations.First time Ive ever gone to Goodwill and not purchased a thing.

It’s been open for 6 weeks and still in clean condition! It was smaller than I thought it would be on the inside for the retail store portion. The building is so big and the retail store is on the smaller side. I like that though because it’s less overwhelming that way. I found all kinds of goodies when I went in! Great prices on some things. They do have a new section also but I like digging for those vintage pieces! I will def. be going back to this location!

Im giving it 2 stars because I was very unhappy with my cashier. While ringing up baby clothes another employee told my cashier it is easier to remove hangers from the bottom. My cashier stated thats too much work. I chimed in saying, it also doesnt stretch out the neck. Well she did it her way anyway. My grandson will now have stretched neck onesies. I paid money for that stuff used or not. Take advice where you can get it and stop taking the easy way out!

Overall clean and organized place. Due to the fact that it’s also a distribution center makes the size a bit deceiving. Overall typical Goodwill, just new.

This goodwill is newer to the area, it is always clean (particularly the bathroom). As a bigger woman I appreciate their selection of fuller figure clothes racks. The other Brandon GW has the worst selection. There is always new items to be found here as they rotate their stock.

Today has definitely been one of the most stressful, if it can go wrong it will go wrong 10 times over day of my life... However thanks to you and mazing manager by the name of Astrid and a warehouse employee by the name of EJ, I was spared the tears from falling down my face... Thank you so much you definitely made an unbearable thing bearable... Thanks to you I did get my shoes back but now I have no clothes thanks to my husband... You both deserve raises and promotions stock in the company if possible thank you again... I couldnt have made it through the day without you I wouldnt have wanted to yours truly, Tanya Davis...

I went into the restroom to wash my hands and the sink wasn’t working. Due to the pandemic I would imagine that the sink would be a must. I am not a fan of the Tampa are Goodwills as well. They are over price compare to the rest of Florida. The only thing I think they have for them is that they are cleaner and organized then other locations.

The store looks more high end. The people are really friendly. They didnt use to be. I enjoyed my 2 visits.

So, I left my bag behind at this location... That isnt why Im leaving a 1 star review, of course. It was entirely my fault, I should have been paying more attention.I was one of the last customers of the night. I thought my mother had grabbed the bag, but 15 minutes later when I realized that she hadnt I called the store... The guy who answered put me on hold for a minute, then came back on the line to say that there werent any bags left behind... I thought it was strange, since there hadnt been anybody behind me in line, but he was super short with me so I said thanks anyway and hung up... A minute later I called back to leave my number in case it showed up, got the voicemail, left a message...Fast forward to the next night, and the reason for my 1 star review. I decided to try calling again in hopes that somebody had returned the bag... Seriously, they were super cute shirts, fit me perfectly... I had to at least try. A woman answered the phone, she went to the office to see if it was there... I heard her ask if there was a bag that had been left behind, and then I heard his voice in the background... The same guy from the night before... And I hear him tell her something along the lines of Is it a bag with two shirts? I TOLD her last night, we dont have her bag. I TOLD her NO. He said it a few times- loud, angry, rude and short, just as he had been the night before.Honestly, Ive worked customer service long enough to know that it can get frustrating... But at no point was I rude, or disrespectful... I clean up after myself (and others) while shopping... I smile, Im polite... Theres no excuse for this man being so rude with me, theres no reason he should have been so angry. Its horrible customer service. And shameful... Because they have cute items at this location, and most of the cashiers are friendly... But now, Ill probably never go back.

Over priced on most everything

Prices are too high to get free staff on floor was very friendly and helpful but person that checked me out never spoke to ne and was singing while checking me .out. Any and everything with a decent name on it will have a big white sensor on it and they charge much more for it when they receive it for free, donate to companies that give back not those that just want to receive more and more profit.

This place was amazing! Everything was in order. It was easy to find everything and try on clothes in their easy to access fitting rooms *no permissions to enter or keys required* I hate shopping but Goodwill made my experience worth my while. I was very satisfied

Bit of a hodgepodge. Some areas look cared for (China) but others are a mess. Just junk piled on shelves far beyond what careless customers would cause.

I dont go to thrift stores for the kind of stuff I can get at a discount store. Goodwill seems to be full of that type of stuff these days.

Great quality and great prices! I struggled with locating things though. All athletic (mens, womens, tops, bottoms) are mixed together and nothing is actually organized by size. Sizing is a huge issue store wide.... They dont even attempt to size kids so I didnt bother shopping that area.A few tweaks to organizational and signage things and youd see clothes fly off the racks!

Very few additional selections from week to week

Just went for the first time last week. The color of the week is half off but didn’t find two many of those. It took me hours to get through everything but worth it. I found three jean jackets, denim dress, two pairs of jeans, high end blouse, 4belts under 50 bucks and the stuff was barely worn and new with tags. Awesome finds will frequent often. Didn’t give five stars seems the people that worked there was miserable and didn’t want to be bothered.

On a positive note, items are pretty well organized. However, items are way overpriced . Items that should be sold as a set are sold individually. My husband and I spoke with manager to see if he would sell us a nativity set for a set price but he flat out said no. First of all, who would buy one piece of a nativity set and second, its not even Christmas time. Oh well, wasnt meant to be. Doubt well be back.

This store has a lot of good finds. Some of the prices are a little high being that most of it is previously owned items. It is very organized and not like digging to possibly find something. When you go in looking for a particular item you will know the area to look.

Prices are outrageous for Goodwill. Not sure who is doing their pricing but Im not paying $25 for a Forever 21 jacket. They make this huge distribution facility but have the smallest retail store. Is all the good stuff in the back?

The store is clean but ridiculously over priced. I realize that the money goes towards a good cause, but they have to realize that the people who shop there cant pay retail for the items .

I had not been to a consignment retail store in a while, and I was totally amazed at the products and items that are being sold at this Goodwill retail store. I was very impressed. Very clean and very nice items.

The store is huge and not completely disorganized. We found a lot of stuff but sadly didnt find any clothes I liked. The employees were very nice, my cashier was very friendly. I dunno if I would return to this location just because its really out of my way but it was a good experience.

Decorated beautifully and beachy when you first arrive. Great bargains and finds! Wish there was a better selection for plus size but I know thats out of your control. Keep up the friendly customer service!

New to state and wanted to check out this goodwill and see how it compares to ones in Ohio. The store was very clean and they had a huge selection of clothing, especially womens clothing. However, our cashier Nicol as printed on receipt was very rude at check out. She didnt even say hello or make any conversation. I know working isnt always fun and everyone has bad days but a simple hello goes a long way.

I collect video games and this Goodwill have their prices extremely high for these items. I can usually find them for 1.98, 2.98, maybe even 3.98. The games here are 6.98. It was one of the VERY few times Ive walked out without a purchase. (As of this posting, I cant actually recall another single time.)The entire electronics section was dismal. There wasnt much of real significance. Nice and clean store, although, poor inventory and pricing.

This a Goodwill store has friendly staff, was very organized, and a lot of seasonal items. The actual store it is just in the front. The larger part of the area is the sorting area where customers are not allowed to go.

Very disappointed in the LONG check out line and the Manager just stood by and watched the cashiers work without even offering assistance.

Went in today They had a set of 50 Christmas lights for 8.00 yet the price from the store were 2.50. Very annoying when Wal Mart is cheaper than Goodwill

I recently visited this Goodwill with low expectations and not to my surprise just another high-priced retail outlet labeling themselves as a thrift store. I always give them the benefit of the doubt that I might find a deal I searched and searched sound nothing but high price junk and I mean junk. I also put them to the test in their Electronics I tested roughly 12 pieces of equipment and six of them were broken not working. I wanted to see how their service was so I brought a particular piece of equipment that I was interested in working on show them that it was malfunctioning and said I would like to buy it to see if I can repair it but not at $25 I wanted a discount and management said they do not discount the items if they are broken they recycle them but they had no problem putting the broken equipment out for sale to to their customers so that they can waste their time and believe there might just be something a value but no no not at Goodwill. Please stop patronizing a corporate monopolized scam of a business.

Brand new Goodwill Retail center in Tampa. A great selection of electronics, books, & clothing. They even have several aisles of brand new product ranging from automotive to pet supplies.

I have never been a fan of Goodwill being a guy but this is store is worth visiting!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They always have really cheap decorations for which ever holiday is coming.

Not at all what I expected. It was spacious, clean, well organized, and to my surprise, a large number of the retail items were brand new as well.

Friendly staff, organized & clean, but smaller selection of clothing than other Goodwills in the area.

$40 for an unsigned Bucks jersey that can be found on the web for $15? $9 per golf culb?! So many over priced items compared to other Goodwills. Add to that the fact that their inventory is half retail and the size of the store, I give this store a very sad 1 star rating. Really not worth stopping at until they fix pricing & get rid of most the retail goods.

This location did not impress. The building is large but the store very small in comparison. It is new and updated, but that is all it has going for it. I dont know if Goodwill is transitioning to selling mostly new items but this location was loaded with them and at astronomical prices. The home goods and furniture sections were lacking. The Hillsborough county locations always leave a bit to be desired. The Manasota goodwills offer a much better thrifting experience.
