I went to several shops in the surrounding area looking to get front tires. As a traveler, I wanted a place with a National presence. I was turned away from Walmart, Firestone and a couple of other shops. The guys here at Goodyear said no problem. I ordered the tires and had them fitted the next morning. So glad I did. The tires I had were terrible. Now the cab is so quiet I can hear myself think. I probably have hearing damage from having to play the radio so loud. Bonus, they ride smooth as glass.

I have worked with Goodyear for many years. This is the second vehicle that I have serviced with them. They have a knowledgeable staff and even, warned me when a tire was able to go. Ive also used them for oil changes as well.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 3 yrs now since we moved down to FL. Everyone has been great! We miss Danny but wish him the best. Bob, Josh, Jimmy, Gary and all the guys are awesome! No BSing- they let us know the truth which we love and go above and beyond to make sure our cars are always running well! Will continue returning unless we are given a reason not to.

JOSH has been amazing over the past two years. He is very courteous and always provides excellent service. Our entire family comes here specifically because of Josh. He goes above and beyond and is trulya pleasure to deal with.

Shout out to Gary and Danny and their team. We were on vacation in Florida, and we got an oil change before travelling down from Indiana. We noticed an oil leak once we reached Florida, and were nervous we were going to spend hours waiting in a mechanic shop. The first couple places werent going to be able to get us in until the following day. Gary and Danny were able to get us in and out within 45 minutes so we could continue enjoying our vacation. Couldnt have asked for better service, especially when we were stressed out that some of our precious vacation time was going to be swallowed up by car maintenance. Gary was Very pleasant, informative, and even help me with the rebate. He actually did the rebate for me as I’m half Literate when it comes to you the Internet!!! He explained the alignment that they did in terms that were understandable, not just mechanical Verbiage.... He told me my break pulsation was a little off but I already have another mechanic that has a guarantee on that work. I askEd about my engine light coming on and off as well and he looked thru history of car and said he thinks it’s probably the camshaft position timing sensor... he also downloaded the survey app for me!!!! I would highly recommend him to anybody and everybody that needs their car repaired!!!! Tk you Gary!!!!

Had a nail in tire, didnt want to pull it out at home, afraid of it losing air and going flat before I could get it looked at and repaired if needed. Took it to Goodyear Tarpon Springs. The worker just looked at the nail and says oh I cant fix that, its in a bad spot. Instead he writes me up for a new tire. $218 and change. Said no thank you, went home got my bottle of sudsy water out sprayed the area, no bubbles. Pulled the nail out, it was only a broken screw that didnt cause any air loss. Sprayed it several times with soapy water NO LEAK. So I just saved myself $2+8 and change. Instead of checking it out to see if it did leak air he right away wanted to sell me a $218 tire.

Great crew that works too hard and is probably underpaid. Please give them raises.

About a year ago my old Honda Civic was towed and it damaged the undertow so badly that it was dragging on the ground. I slided it over to Goodyear with my tail between my legs thinking of what this might cost me. The guys were not only so friendly, but instead of charging a girl driving a beat up car who clearly knows nothing they helped me fix it for free. Well this morning, my boyfriend noticed he had a screw in his tire. I swore the first time my new car needed service I would be back so I recommend Goodyear. They popped it out and patched it for free for him! This is the place I will now spend every penny of car work at. Honestly incredible customer service!

My regular shop was too busy so thought I would give this place a shot. Was quoted $900 for a brake job, seemed very high so I got a 2nd opinion. So glad I did, saved over $500 by going to Zephyr Auto instead. Will not return, Goodyear is clearly overpriced and a bit rude when I did not take the bait.

When my tire came off the rim I had my car towed there. They couldnt fix it but they put my spare tire on and for no charge. They were curious, kind and went out of their way to get me in as quickly as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were traveling and had a rental car. The low air indicator came on and we limped into this Good Year tire center. The took very care of us. Thank you. They went above and beyond.

With it being a Sunday, many tire shops were understandably very busy. Goodyear was able to get me in right away and fixed the nail that was leaking, and even checked the other tire to make sure that that nail wouldn’t be an issue in the future. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely come here again!

I called and spoke with the manager (Gary) after realizing I had a nail in my tire. He was very polite and helpful and recommended that I come in that day which was a Sunday! After arriving he wrote up the ticket, took my information and had me out in less than 1 hour when all the bays were full upon arriving. I listened in on a few conversations Gary had with customers while waiting and this man is totally honest and genuine. I am a former mechanic and must say it was a pleasure to find an honest shop in this area. Gary has an excellent team, which I am sure over the last 5 years he worked very hard to get his store to such a fine level. I would not have a problem recommending any of my friends to let their wives go in and have their car worked on based on this shops honesty and knowledge. Hope this helps others trying to find a good honest shop. btw... The waiting room is super clean, with fresh coffee, water, TV and comfortable chairs! Thank you Gary!!!

My hunt for a reliable, honest auto mechanic is over! These guys do excellent work and instead of trying to upsell me, they try to find ways to save me money. They are honest about what needs to be done immediately and what still has a little life left in it. They also fixed my transmission fluid leak for half the price I was quoted by the local chain place.

They did not honor their warranty on one issue that I paid over 400 to repairAnd wanted to charge me 2,500 for another repair that I got fixed at a local auto repair shop for 300Only dealt with Daniel for the last few years but this time Josh took over and after dealing with him on the warranty issue and the other repair I will never go back to Goodyear again. I have dealt with this store from the early 80’s find yourself a good local auto repair. And save money !!!

You never have to worry about these guys doing work that doesnt need to be done. They are friendly and knowledgeable and much less than the dealers.I would highly recommend the Tarpon location.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Danny and Josh at the the Tarpon Springs store, i recently had new struts put in my 2005 GTI.My daughter is a purchasing agent who deals with this establishment she highly recommend i get a wheel alignment after having the struts done. I brought it to Goodyear and i was out in an hour and yes the alignment was out a little. I highly recommend this dealer especially if your looking for honesty and good service and the place is super clean.

Highly recommend shop to anyone wanting service done. Jay the tech that worked on my titan was exceptional!! he actually took me back and explained a few possibilities to my problem and pointed out other items that I would need to watch out for. I have never had this done in the 30 years I have been driving. Jay is extremely professional and very knowledgeable regarding his career field. I appreciated his extra efforts in explaining to me the issues. Bob was also extremely friendly and customer orientated. Out going and willing to go that extra mile to ensure the customer was happy and that a good product was being delivered. cant say enough good things about this crew. I look forward to do business with them again when ever I need it.

Went back the next day arrived early, and they took me right in. I was on my way before my supposed appt time. Friendly staff, reassuring and an excellent price. Had a tire blow out right in front of here. They only had one option for my car because of it being an odd size. I also needed an alignment done. They gave me a discount on both and were completely honest and up front. They even gave me the phone number of a competitor in case I wanted to go someplace cheaper, but I decided to use them because of their integrity. Sometimes you get what you pay for and it was worth it to support an honest place like this. Will definitely trust them with any future needs.

Havent been to Goodyear service facility, but one was close by and although traveling decided to stop. Oil change and tire check and other checks done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price on a Sunday morning. Goodyear is a now go to for service

Goodyear auto had 2 new tires run flats y rated and new in june 2019. In sep 2019 part of the sidewall foam failed and I said things happen bought a new tire a continental with same speed rating and similar tread pattern. Has worked flawless. March 2020 a mechanic changing my oil noticed a bulge on another goodyear tire. I called factory customer service who directed me to TP locationThe guy that did the workup was so nice and said I can gave it here tomorrow I said thats great. I was happy they stood behind their product until I am saw he was charging $10 less then tire rack rack price and said $198 was due. I than left and an on ordering a continental bc Ive never had any tires fail like this. No more Goodyears after 20 years

Very happy with my purchase of tires, oil change and Alignment. There were only suggestions no pressure to upsell felt. Tires have held up even better than thought (Kelly Tires). Very happy with second trip back for next oil change all after check of tires and alignment was performed no charge. As per the original sale agreement. No pressure once again for additional charges. As a person who does know about cars I can appreciate a honest sales team. Thanks Josh, I felt I am definitely getting my moneys worth.

Always do there best to accommodate there customers and get you the best price. They also do great work and if there is ever an issue with it, they do not hesitate to make it right without complaint. Yes, they do take a long time, I would love to hear of a quick mechanics shop....dont worry, Ill wait. Overall, nice people, good work, with comparable prices.

If I only got one word to describe this place, Id go with SLOW. A simple oil change was over 90 minutes. I couldve instructed my 7 year old child to do it faster than these people. The office manager everyone raves about is a nice enough guy but way too much BSing and not enough moving and shaking. Fair prices, decent work - but plan to be w/o your car all day for the simplest of services. A tire rotation will probably run you an overnight stay.

Hey folks:Do not go to Goodyear. I dont care how convenient it seems. Theyre close to my apartment with extended hours, so I thought Id try it. DO NOT. (Thankfully, I got the price for the oil change BEFORE I had it done.) Its $70 for a synthetic oil change. I never pay more than $22 at Tires Plus and an additional $10 for an engine inspection. I have had this car for 10 years. Then I get the, Are you sure its synthetic? Yes. Yes, I am sure.Then, as I spoke to the mechanic about this, I got the up & down check out. That is DISGUSTING. Men, do you not understand how degrading it is to be looked at that way?The attendant did not assess anything further, did not apologize, did not say anything--just pushed my key over to me. Id rather deal with Tires Plus hours and location, than be charged that. Tires Plus is always polite, even when their prices on brakes, etc. are too much, as is their labor. Good Year isnt even polite for $70! I should have asked if it came with a pack of aloe-infused baby wipes, so customers can soothe themselves after they let Goodyear give it to them good, all year.

Just took my vehicle in 2days ago, replaced the thermostat along with radiator only to bring back very next day and told my head gasket blew AFTER all the money I spent to fix the overheating issue. Don’t waste your money or time with this good year. 1500 and a day later my car is GONE. Don’t trust them with your vehicle.

The manager Danny, and assistant manager Josh, were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my three trailer tires, and even though the tires were past warranty the guys even gave me a discount and installed for free. I could not be more grateful!I am surprised by the sub-par reviews being written, but I guess that was their experiences. This was certainly not mine, all I can say is I received excellent service!

Howard Mills is a service manager who does not represent your company well. He is dismissive of any complaints or criticisms of his customers. I spent 2 hours at his place to be informed that I was not over 25 miles from the original place I had the work done. So they could not fix something that they said is warrantied and that I should go back to the original store to have it fixed. I would have appreciated that info 2 hours ago.

Pat Sutton and his crew have the best customer service anyone can ask for. My son had a small problem after an alignment and we went back and they were able to go the extra mile and make it perfect. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make it work.

Rated 3 stars only because this used to be a solid place to get tire work done. Today they claimed they can’t work on my tires/rims size even though I’ve had this exact location work on them before. They told me over the phone that this should be ok but instead they just wasted my time

Drove up to Good year Tarpon Springs right at closing time on a Sunday at 6pm with a tire that was going flat so quickly as I drove up 2 gentlemen were closing to go home for the night when I told them what was going on with my tire Danny the store manager was so polite and more then happy to help me he took his time on repairing the tire that was in need of his help he was so kind and had such a pleasant attitude to helpDanny truly saved the evening for me and my family and we appreciate him so very much!

Had a shard of plastic sticking out of my back tire. The low pressure tire light came on so I checked my tires and heard a hissing sound. I knew I needed to find a place fast before I got stranded. I was driving by this Goodyear. They took a look and found out they didn’t have a tire in stock that would fit our van. One of the guys offered to drive to Palm Harbor to another shop where they had a tire that would work for our van. Thankful for them going above and beyond to get me a tire so quickly.

My friend and I were stranded in Tarpon Springs with a flat tire after visiting my aunt that is under Hospice care. We were not familiar with the area at all. We live 2 hours from Tarpon Springs. We were towed to Goodyear where Josh helped us above and beyond the call of duty. (he said he was my night and shinning armor LOL) They couldnt fix my flat (damage was to bad), they didnt have my tire in stock (only because it was an odd size), so he made sure I was safe with my spare (full size) and the other 3 tires for our journey home. I have to say, that was the best care I have ever received. Thank you Josh and your team....

Jason is a really great management he offered to put a new windshield wiper just one on my car for free which was the wrong size but Im so grateful for that and theyre always polite all of them Im going to buy my four new tires very shortly see you then boys

This is for Goodyear corporation NOT for the guys who work there. As a business owner they sent one bill to the wrong address. They never contacted us until few months went buy. When we talked to them and told them that they had the wrong address . We also paid the bill over the phone at that moment. Come to find out they reported to my business credit.

Went to the Cleveland Street store in Clearwater for last oil change and was very satisfied with the service, but it close permanently. Decided to try the Palm Harbor store this time as it also received an average of 4 stars from Google reviewers. Was pleasantly surprised to meet Josh again who had moved from the Cleveland Street store. He said that one of the technicians had moved with him. He told me to expect the service to take about one hour, but it barely finished in two. He apologized for the long delay and didnt even charge me for an oil change and wiper blades! Ill definitely come back.

Took 1 hour and a half to get my one tire diagnosed for a leak and rotate the tires from back to front. This is the service you receive from Corporate companies. These kind of companies have the lowest most incompetent people working for the least amount of pay. There is a serious lack of administration. I had the same terrible service at Kauffman tire as well.You should go to local smaller operations that have someone who owns the business present. The lack of care these corporate places display makes me sick. Good year you are disgusting.This happened multiples times to me as well. Took me 3 hours to get a new tire (I swear)

I am a nurse showed up to his store 20 mins till closing because when I left the hospital after 11 hrs my tire light was on:( This poor guy had been working since early morning in a store with No working AC all day ( it was 97 degrees today) He still had a smile wasn’t complaining (obviously I knew when I walked into the waiting room with the doors open no ac uggh) he asked what he could do he came right out and he fixed my tire hisself while in between answering the phone and other customers coming in the store.... he never showed any irritation, just kept smiling and asking how he could help... he even sent the one other employee he had to go get a tire from the store down the street for a mom and her small son that came in. My Go to place to fix my car - not only will they do a very comprehensive check of the vehicle, but they will show you the problem and give you no pressure to fix immediately. (Bar a severe safety issue). They will give you an approximate time line on when it must be done. I found them because AAA approved them. One more thing, I had another car that gave me severe problems. When I was ready to purchase a new car, the men and women working here made a suggestions on quality cars that wouldnt break my budget.
