When I saw their work on a Mercedes that was severely rear ended, I couldnt tell where the Benz had been repaired! We stopped while RVing when a check engine light came on. The mechanic at this family operated shop checked it out VERY quickly (within 30 minutes) and fixed the loose connector, which solved the check engine light and lose of turbo power. Just had Richards Auto Clinic charge the Ac unit on my Grandsons Mercedes.I called late in the afternoon and they were busy. I just had the best car repair experience that I have ever had. From when I first called to schedule an appointment until I picked up my car I was very aware of the courtesy, personal attention and expertise of the people at Chaneys Collision Center in Surprise. Zac Madsen even called me about halfway through the scheduled repair time to see if the rental car (that they had arranged for me) was ok and to tell when my car wold be ready. When I picked up my car, he was right there to go over the repairs to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Great place of business.

Classic Gold Auto Centre in Tempe AZ recently completed an insurance autoclaim on my wifes Nissan Murano. I was extremely please not only with the quality workmanship done on the vehicle but, with the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Gerri, front office secretary and Mr.Joe Papano, the General Manager.
