Unfortunately Tony does not understand that it is the customers who pay his bills and when you treat them in a disrespectful manner that they will not return or recommend repeat business. It is Unfortunate because during a pandemic its the local businesses that have a harder time sustaining their overhead and risk going under. Although I cannot recommend 5 stars for his business, I can recommend that he take a positive approach in engaging with those who patronize his business so they leave satisfied with good quality service and products. Providing poor service will most definitely will not be beneficial. So all in all my words of wisdom would be You cant talk yourself out of what you behaved yourself into.UPDATED RESPONSE: You are correct that Ive never been to your establishment however word of mouth and previous responses to your less than satisfied customers were the compelling motivation to voice my reasoning for choosing not to engage in your companys business. You proved me right by your response to my review. I understand that their will be unsatisfied customers in every establishment. That is inevitable however their is also an expected Professionalism from Management/Owners in the way that they address these issues with either unreasonable or frustrated customers. When their is documented history of Unprofessional and belligerence that tells us everything that we need to know on how our grievances will be addressed. A Business Owner should exit a professional relationship with the same grace in which they entered it. When you trash talk your customers on their concerns in a public forum then you leave yourself open for the equality of responses that you receive receive in return. With this mentality, I have no doubt that you will find yourself in the position of being an employee and not a proud owner for your future endeavors. With all that being said, I do Thank You for your service to our Country and fighting for both our rights to maintain freedom of speech regardless of the fact that you do not agree when it did not reflect well in your favor.
Best shop experience I’ve ever had. Tony did an insurance repair perfectly for a fraction of the insurance company estimate and did it on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule which he totally didn’t have to do. Awesome customer service, I’ll definitely be a return customer and recommend to all my friends and family.4/25 Another amazing customer service experience with Tony, way above and beyond. I had an issue with my interlock company not wanting to honor the rebate they had offered me before signing their lease. Tony being vendor for the company just simply said to conference him in on the call like it was no big deal and hed take care of it which he did. This was after I had talked to multiple customer service reps at the interlock company and got the company line and run a round for weeks. Tony fixes it in a matter of minutes and saved me a hundred dollars. I cant say enough good things about the work done and the effort taken to make me a repeat customer. Like I said before, friends and family will definitely be coming here for now on.
These guys do good work. I had to have my interlock exchanged from my Challenger to my Giulia. After I left I noticed maybe a couple hours later that my device wasnt functioning the way that it normally does. I called back and they were able to get me back in same day to replace a part that was faulty. Car was returned in great condition. Thanks guys 👍

Anothony was very rude and disrespectful to myself and my husband he tossed our bank card when he seen it got declined and laughted at us and he even said that we had to pay him extra to put the intoxalock and even after that he didn’t install it he didnt want to give us our money back so we had to call our bank
I came here for my interlock installation and have been coming for my recurring calibration. I have been having an overall easy experience. The fellas here have been helpful.
Owner was rude, not professional on call and when servicing my device there is technical issues that was causing the device to register as unauthorized starts where there was still a timer I asked to be inspected and hel preached it was a user error when intoxalot stated that I started my car correctly within the time frame. Threaten to call the police on me when I said I didnt want him in my car cursed at me using profanities and wasnt professional.I do not recommend using this buisness the dude is arrogant and clearly doesnt empthaize with a frustrated customer. I was in the dys prior getting my calibration done and for the device be malfunctions to be yelled at saying its a user error when intoxalot std it wasnt and to be told hell call the police on me after be calm with him and explaining my situation of what I saw and what was happening to be told I was wrong. 10/10 do not recommend this spot.I also wrote this while in the parking lot just to have my device go off for another unauthorized after he stormed off and didnt wait for it to happen so Ive been in contact with intoxalot to get my device looked at.He literally stormed off when he should of waited after verbally saying hell call the cops if he csnt just plug the thing in then stated he needed to see if it worked then once tested and stormed off and the device went off with the same error I came with and I came in yesterday for calibration and he should off looked at the relay and other device aspects.So now Im in a lock out again cause he wanted to have a temper tantrum. Note I hadnt moved my car from his shop and waited and it dud the same thing the same issue I came into get looked at in which he didnt. Will be reporting to the state and the BBBEDIT, its not my fault for you jot further expecting the issue. You just screwed on the deceive and walked away after I tested it.And calling me a child is real professional when I had a legitimate concern if safety is your issue then you should of looked further into the technical issues on the device that I now have to go to a different location to inspect your installation and just becuase you have done 500 of them doesnt mean you did mine correctly and not saying you didnt iether.Its the fact you didnt even expect it and just ASUUMED it was a user error and the device then went off as I was waiting in the parking lot after YOU watched me do it but decided to be immature and storm off without looking further into the matter.You sir were in the wrong and your small buisness needs to include better customer service again I will be reporting you to the state and to the BBB as of monday thank you.And you can ban me from your shop all you want I wasnt coming back anyways.Rude, not professional. Inconsiderate shotty work and didnt even look into the wires and whats under the hood you just screwed in the device.I was respectful and kind and you kept interrupting me while I was on the phone with intoxalot. Saying it was a user error! When they were able to pull up my start times and reconize it was a device error. They wouldnt of taken off the charges if that wasnt the case. Your unprofessional and acting like a man child.Have a good day ill be making sure I send screen shots of this to the BBB and the state with a written formal complaint.Too top it off I told you I didnt want you to service my car but you were persistent indoing it anyways trying to prove yourself right and you didnt even further look into the matter you just assumed.Ill be posting my experince on Facebook, Twitter among other places to make sure people avoid using this company and your other LLC you have for firearms.Ill also be posting this to yelp and any other review services since this company you represent wants to act immature and further this issue of poor customer service.
Tony (Anthony) was the sole contact for my install. From the first conversation he was exceptionally rude! He yelled at me, refused to provide necessary information and was just all around an awful person to deal with. I had to change where I calibrate at so that I did not have to see him. I was surprised with the amount of money I paid to receive such awful service. Very disappointed.Nice response. You proved my point.

I have not been as rude to anyone as this person way to me!! I spoke with Anthony who I think is the owner, known that he works with INTOXALOCK whom I received his phone number through. He was charging me $150.00 when normally a recalibration is $20.00-$40.00 and the next person they checked on was only $80.00. I could understand $80.00 for them coming to y home, however $150.00 not knowing any better is just over charging period! Will never use him or his company for anything related to automotive work.
Tony was super informative & was able to show me how to use my breathalyzer properly! Unfortunately Intoxalock did not communicate the wait time so when I got to the shop I wasn’t prepared but Tony got me in & out like he promised!
Thank you Tony for always being helpful and giving outstanding customer service. The first time going to Pure Auto I did not know what to expect on how to work my interlock. However Tony was able to go step by step and teach me how to work the interlock. Incase of emergency he is the Guy that can always be there for you. Check this store out.Thank you
Scraped up the rear quarter of my car when I pulled it out of my garage and Arizona Pure Auto got it taken over the weekend great work. I hope I never need body work again but if I do, I will for sure bring it back.
Tony is a really good Guy. I went on Vacation for 2 Weeks and when I went to start my car to go to work my Intoxalock said will not start and service is due now. They gave me 2 hours to get to Pure Auto and got their early and I called Tony and he said yes I got you right away at 8:55am before he even opened! I was out of the parking lot I think at 5 after 9!!!, Look Customers that Dont Give Respect You Will Not Get it Back if You Dont Show it in the First Place. Get a Clue. I always get Good Service because I am Respectful and I Show Consideration and I am Patient.
APA is awesome and super knowledgable..I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation on my business trip..The owner offered to pick me up at the airport to get my car..quality and above and beyond customer service..wont take my car anywhere else!

Worst customer service experience in life, the guy was extremely rude. Even made me sit outside the shop cause he didn’t want anyone inside. I hate that I even have to deal with this company due to my breathalyzer. Do not visit this location
