Good experience with mechanic that is handling my vehicle. He was informative, polite,and I feel comfortable with his diagnosis. He called me to follow up and give status. I would absolutely recommend this shop. Only reason I’ve not left a five star is because I’ve not received the truck back as yet.

My insurance company sent my truck to these guys after an accident, and I regretted it every step of the way. They had two tries to fix my truck after an accident, and after two months poor quality repairs they basically said Its a 12 year old truck, what do you expect? The truck ended up having to go to a different collision center to clean up the mess these guys made. If you are looking for a quality repairs, look elsewhere.

I had a guy hit me a couple weeks back and autonation was a recommended autoshop from USAA and so I went with them. I am extremely happy with the work! My car looks brand new! The paint work looks awesome and I never would have believed I got hit! The workers were kind and professional and helped me out a lot.They knew that I had some difficulties with transportation because I did not have my car and were more than happy to try and speed up the process as well as they were able to bring me my car! I would definetly recommend and if I ever do need car repairs again, this will be my first choice!

Yes Carol is the best I swear.. love you carol.. they not only helped with dealing with the wreck an setting this up they got me the rental .explained every lil move he was going. To make ..oh let me point out they couldnt get my car in until the 27th when the estimator found out I had kids an door didnt close he got me in the next day.. they are taking g very good care of my kiki (kia) .. I will always use them very good at what they do I saw the cars coming out you couldnt even tell they had work done..like wow ... thank you guys so so much for making this easy.smooth an fast for me an my kids ...
