Had my vehicle towed here after an accident and everyone was fantastic. They stayed on top of everything and got me answers extremely quickly.

This would have been a 5/5 review. The expectation was set to have my truck returned on Monday but I asked for it on Friday. I received the call the truck was done later in the day Friday. The truck was detailed and looked brand new. However, I forgot my wallet was in the glove box and $75 cash was stolen from the wallet. While this was my mistake, it is unfortunate the employees at the Tempe Marketplace location are not trustworthy and unethical. The general manager sat back unconcerned and nonchalantly offered a gift card. No apology, empathy or concern was given.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Truck was stolen recovered and they tried to return it to me with 8 missing lug nuts from the 2 rear wheels. And then made me purchase them. That was their job from the insurance. Then the right rear wheel blew apart a 75+MPH from over tightening the wheel. I was stranded in Tuscon for 3 days because of it.

I took my car in to be repaired from being rear-ended. After picking up my car, I had to take it back later that day to fix a problem they created. A couple days later I had to take it back again for another issue they created. Both problems were from negligence of putting my car back together after repairing the bumper and other problems cause from the accident. A week later, I still dread finding out something else wasnt put back together correctly.

These guys are fantastic! We had a part go bad several years after they worked on it. They brought it back in and replaced it again for free! They treat you like royalty there too. So nice and professional.

They are fantastic to work with. Richard Cisman kept me informed every step of the way. He explained the repairs needed and expected time frame. When I dropped off car they had the rental agency ready to go so I had minimal wait time. The car was done when they stated it would be done. It looks fantastic, they matched my older car paint wonderfully and even cleaned inside my car so it was returned cleaner than I left it!!! They verified I was happy with repairs before I left the shop. Honestly, everyone was helpful and friendly and I absolutely recommend you contact Richard, or anyone at Tempe Caliber Collision if you have a need for repairs.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They promised to call or text me with an estimate within a few hours of me dropping the car off. They did not and started work to the point that it was too far along to stop by the time they finally contacted me. They are unethical and unscrupulous and completely took advantage of me. You can tell by talking to them that they do this all the time and are well versed at saying oh well youre out of luck in a nice tactful way. I would like to warn everyone not to go here! BEWARE!

I cant recommend Caliber Collision enough! The process was so easy, from the drop off to the pick up. I was provided with updates throughout the week and I got my car back when promised. And I was pleasantly surprised to see my car so clean when I got it back, the inside was even cleaned and vacuumed! I hope I dont need body work done to my car again, but if I do I will definitely come back to Caliber.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. Joel was able to fit me in to his schedule and State Farm reassigned my claim here. With this being the first time dealing with an insurance claim, Joel explained the entire process to me and kept me updated as promised the whole way through. When I pulled up to get my car today, I was so amazed at how good it looked. It looks brand new! The paint job is amazing and it is nice and clean inside and out. Best customer service ever! The General Manager, Stan is amazing. Awhile ago I had my wifes Kia Soul repaired at Caliber and they did a great job. Today, my wife had a tire blow out on the freeway. When I went to go change the tire, I could not find one in the car. I called Caliber thinking they must not have put the tire back after the repair. At the time I was directed to Stan, the General Manager. Stan immediately went and looked for the tire and when he couldnt find it he called Kia to get me a new replacement. He even said he would come and change the tire himself. While Stan was waiting for the tire he found out that the car does not apparently come with a spare. It actually is an option that cost an extra $200. At that point Stan could have told me it was not Calibers responsibility since it probably was not there anyway. Instead Stan took care of the cost and I was given a new tire free of charge. Stan went above and beyond and showed me want great customer service really is. Thank you Stan and thank you Caliber Collision!

Hello I took my Jetta into caliber a couple months ago to fix my drivers side area where my car got hit, I am very pleased with all the help they have given me the manager Abel was awesome set me up with 2 amazing techs that work there Gus and Brian to work on my car. The car turned out amazing but over time I started getting a little air leak through my door where I sit and I took it back to get it looked at and within mins I ran into Abel and he helped me out right away. And during that time i also saw Brian and I remember him he was one of the techs who worked on my car and he now works in the office and Brian was great he went out side looked at my car called over Gus and they both worked there magic and made my car new again! I’m so please with caliber with Abel to Brian who worked his way up from tech to the office and just Gus being so loyal and hardworking. Thank you guys for making my car safe for me and my family!

I brought my car here after someone spray painted painted the side of it with profanity and the office lady was super nice and answered all my questions. But the real MVP here is Joel Jalovec who took it in the back for 5 minutes and took it all off and buffed it for me for free of charge. Hello,Over a year ago, I had a Bumper Replacement of my Scion TC. When I took my vehicle, Associates at Caliber Collision were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I was timely informed the status of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the replacement bumper just looked like an original. The quality of the paint is excellent.I went there yesterday and met Abel Saucedo. Explained him that nothing is wrong with the bumper but its just a lit gap on the right end. He was very professional and explained the reasons what caused the gap. Caliber did a great job with the repairs to my car! Customer service was great too! Car looks as if nothing ever happened to it. Joel Jalovec was extremely helpful and kept me updated along the way, by text and occasional phone call. When I dropped the car off at the beginning of the month, he told me the repairs would be finished by the 30th. Come the 29th, the car was finished and I picked it up the very next day. Thought this whole process would be a hassle, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.

If I could give Something below one star I would. But I would like my experience to be voiced so people can avoid such dishonesty and thievery.So, I was on the highway and the person in front of me hit a FULL shred off semi tire, this came out from under his car and hit mine head on. Taking the front bumper off at about 70MPH, it drug under my car with the full tire for a minute and ended up curling out the driver side. Upon being pushed out, it dented my driver side door on the bottom pretty good. I have full coverage so I didnt think it would be such a big deal, little did I know that I would feel cheated or of the whole experience.ONE! I had to take my car back for the FIRST time. Here is the list of everything wrong, my car door was not placed back together correct, so my car would NOT lock and my remote start WOULD NOT work for the whole weekend, as they DID NOT see urgency in my situation. They did NOT replace the chrome piece under my Honda emblem as it looked like a rock chip, and not apart of the accident. (Their words/ excuses) Even though my car was literally four months old with nothing wrong with it before hand. After I had complete front end damage and it was notated in the report from my insurance. My front bumper was also not flush with my car, the corner of the brand new bumper on the passenger side was sticking out, and on he driver side the NEW bumper was also CHIPPED. There was cheap cleaner not wiped on my car, it was everywhere. I even asked the guy to come out and take it off the passenger side handle as it wasnt coming off easy. He had to remove it with another cleaner. I called about 30 minutes later to explain everything to be blown off, they promised to COME TO ME on Monday and clean it, no surprise here but no call, nothing from them. And then there was a scuff on the back bumper like they backed into something. Lightly by enough to make a mark and I was unable to clean it off. Also my 2017 Honda Accord, brand new four months old off the lot, is making an odd sound. A heavy unsettling thud, something Id never heard it do, and its concerning.I spent my weekend emailing my insurance company, the dealership, and the repair shop trying to get this sorted out. I took the car back FOR A SECOND TIME, they seemed to had fixed everything that had been pointed out. Now seeing as so much was COMPLETELY wrong with my car I wanted a second opinion, I took my new baby to the dealership. They explained that the bumper looked right but a SECOND chrome piece was missing from my bumper, I again called, they ordered the part and fixed it. I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK FOR A THIRD TIME! ANOTHER DAY I HAD TO WAIST ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST F***ING TIME. They also explained to me that I had to duplicate the noise I was hearing and pretty much refused to help me, so I took my car to Honda. They stated that they and had to charge me $150 more to take a good look at it. Now after spending about $2000 out of MY POCKET including rental and everything, I was a tight on cash. I had to take my car back THREE TIMES, AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED! After calling my insurance they opened up another claim but it would have to come from my pocket. I refuse to let such a company touch my car again, this company steals your money and waists your time. I have absolutely no idea why my insurance works with such a horrible place. Im so frustrated with the lack of apparently knowledge but professionalism. My time and money waisted and my the 2017 sounds like trash. I would highly recommend NOT TAKING ANY VEHICLE HERE, EVER!

I was recommended this company through USAA, my automobile insurance. I trust USAA and chose this company to fix my fender. After two weeks (coming up to finals at my school) Caliber Collision said they need more time. I was patient. Once another week went by I had to make the calls to check on my vehicle. The longer it took the more distant this company became. Once they had my truck for over 30 days I started to get irritated.I had to keep checking on my vehicle, at 35 days finally they finished my vehicle. I am already back the next day because something is leaking. This company is a joke and has no regard for customers or a professional timeline of completing an order. Do not use this company.
