Great place. Dented and scratched my Tesla on the side of my garage and they were able to help me immediately. I sent it in only 3.5 weeks before I had to move out of state and they were able to get it to me earlier and it looked AMAZING! From the moment i walked in to fix auto they made my whole situation less stressful, the receptionist which greeted me first assured me that they would update me every step of the way and even arranged for enterprise to come and pick me up so i could rent a car in the time that they would have to keep my vehicle. I received an update every morning that kept me in the loop on how things were moving & in the end they had my vehicle ready a whole 5 days earlier than the original estimated date provided. My 20 year old Lexus LS 400 was rear ended and declared a total loss by insurance. Knowing the longevity of these cars I hated to send it off to the junk yard with plenty of life left in it. I spoke to Jason who helped me come up with a plan to source a hood and rear bumper from a junk yard that could be painted to get my car back on the road. Knowing these cars have a complicated pearl white paint and clearcoat I was worried about how it would match to the existing factory paint. The car came out great and I couldnt be more pleased.

Bought a 2016 C7 Corvette Z06 that needed a repaint/refinish on the front bumper from a bunch of rock/bug chips in the paint courtesy of the prior owner. At the same time, I had several aftermarket carbon fiber aero parts I wanted installed on the vehicle. Travis and New Image Paint and Body came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. From my first call and request for a quote through to pick up of my vehicle the service was top notch and second to none.Quick play-by-play summary.Initial call I explained what I was looking to have done. Travis asked me to send him a few pics of the front bumper and a list of the parts I wanted installed and had an initial estimate out to me within a couple of hours. A quick call to Travis and my vehicle was on their schedule.Drop off of the vehicle was on a Thursday morning and was quick and seamless. Paperwork was prepared and ready for me when I walked in the door and Travis helped unload the boxed parts from my second vehicle.This is where, in my opinion, Travis and the New Image team went above and beyond. Original estimate for completion of all of the work was by the following Tuesday. However, as soon as Travis and the team had the car up on the lift and opened up the boxes they discovered that the aftermarket front splitter had been cracked during shipping. Travis immediately called me to let me know. It took several calls before I was able to find a supplier with a replacement stage-2 CF splitter in stock and capable of shipping via 2-day freight. Travis kept in contact with me throughout the process, accepted delivery of the replacement part at the shop, and despite the delays due to the broken part was able to complete all of the work two days later than originally estimated. So basically the delay was from the time it took to get the replacement part shipped.Bottom line: Travis communicated with me through every step of the process, kept me informed, worked with me when we ran into the situation with the broken part, and on top of all of that did an AMAZING job, both on the paint/finishing of the bumper and on the install of the aftermarket parts!They will be my go-to shop for any and all paint and body work.

Their attention to detail and quickness and cleanliness of work the second to none. Im in the automotive industry and get to see alot of shops and there is no doubt this is the cleanest body shop I have ever been inside of. My car was always well cared for and it looks as if the damage never happened. They used OEM parts and even showed me the receipt from when they bought them I would highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body work.

New Image Paint staff has changed, dont expect 5* results!Tl/dr - they damaged my passenger seat on day 1 inspection, damaged my rear fender when pulling my car out to deliver it to me (and painted over it like a 3yr old, see pics) and it took 4 months for them to get the correct windshield.I brought my model S to New Image for small scratches on my hood and bumper due to road debris based on a recommendation from the AZ FB group.Day 1 - they took my car in to take pictures of the damage then asked me to pick it up while we waited for parts, upon pickup I saw they tore my passenger seat from the hooks and had to drive it back for a fixPickup day - I get a call from Jason staying that they damaged my car when taking it out of the bay but it was all fixed, the picture attached is the HORRIBLE job they did fixing the damage they did to my car. This is where I have an issue, people make mistakes, fixing said mistake so horribly and then being willing to present this outcome as a finished product is appalling to me. Especially when it is YOUR damage. Also, my windshield was delayedReturn day - drop off car for 2nd repair of their damage, New image says windshield is wrong, will order another and install mobile.Mobile install day- mobile installer comes to fix windshield, 2nd windshield is wrong. MOBILE INSTALLER POINTS OUT DAMAGE TO PASSENGER TAILIGHT WHICH WASNT FIXED WHEN NEW IMAGE DAMAGED MY CAR. Also, the windshield guy spoke to me for almost an hour about how new image has a new staff and their old paint staff would have never messed up my car.Final install day - 3rd windshield is finally correct, mobile installer continues to talk about the horrible management at New Image currently.Final call to insurance - I called my adjuster to let him know the work was complete and he advised me that he has personally worked with New Image multiple times in the past and their company has gone through some reorganization which has now caused these issues. That makes 2 outside entities who work with the company that advise against using them in the future until they fix these issuesOutcome: a horrible experience at a shop that is supposed to specialize in high quality repairs only to provide service equivelant to a business run by children.

I was in a hit and run accident in December. My rear bumper and bar took considerable damage and needed to be replaced. This business which is transitioning to Fix Auto Tempe was highly reviewed on Google and from my insurance carriers preferred service provider search. I took it in for an estimate and it was a smooth process and the car looks amazing. Jennifer and staff are all very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

New Image has spoiled me from ever going anywhere else.Their work and workmanship was excellent.  Because of them, my Tesla looks like new. Their standards are very high. As a matter of fact, close to the end we used a third party to replace the clear coat.  When my car was returned to New Image to finalize my repairs, they could have just performed those last few repairs and returned my car five days early.Instead, they went the extra mile to inspect the quality of the work of this third party. They decided that this clear coat was not up to their standards.  So New Image made sure the 3rd party removed the clear coat they had just installed so that they could reapply it ....CORRECTLY, up to the New Image standards....even though it would take extra days.  THAT kind of eye for quality is very rare and very appreciated.In addition, their communication was just super.  I received texts about the status of my car repairs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Christy was great.  She was always pleasant, helpful, and insightful.Everyone I spoke with from New Image was clear, responsive, courteous, patient, understanding, and kind.New Image provided an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend them. I guess I just did.

Sent my car for an estimate after an accident. Although majority of issues was with insurance company. They provided me with estimate to work on my car and said they would work with to help me get my car fixed after insurance declined their estimate and deemed car total loss. Once my car was released by insurance shop refused to honor their estimate for repairs and refused to do any work. But their receptionist Christy is an amazing employee and will go out of her way to assist and update you on status of repairs.

New Image Paint And Body did an awesome job on my vehicle. I was in an accident and was over whelmed. New Image helped me with everything I needed from the Moment I called them . They helped out with recommendations on rental which was extremely awesome they had a rental company pick me up from their shop and when my vehicle was completed they let me leave the rental with them. They also asked me for a insurance claim number and then they took over the rest. I did not have to deal with the insurance company other then that. My repair my looks brand new everything was just perfect. While my vehicle was being repaired i got emailed twice a week with an up date. I was very pleased with my experience thanks guys.

The experience was exceptional as they provided frequent updates, performed high quality work and were easy to work with.

Did not have a particularly favorable experience. When I dropped the car off I was told that repairs would take 1 week. At the end of the first week, parts had not even been ordered yet, so it took twice the amount of time it was supposed to. I asked to add on window tinting during the repairs and was told that adding this on would be no problem, and despite having my vehicle for 2 weeks, they did do the window tinting I asked for. I had no issues with the quality of the work, which was good. It was just the service that was poor. Will not return here again given the choice.

New Image tore down my car 2 times over 2 months for new estimates. When all parts were finally in from Tesla - they put my car on the rack for the 3rd tear down and determined there was battery damage and it was totaled. This was on day 60. They acknowledged they didnt follow protocol and didnt tear down correctly - BUT still charged $200 PER day storage and over $2K to restock the parts. If you would have done your job the car would have been totaled in 4 days. Wasted hours and hours following up and they got paid $12k for absolutely nothing. They admitted they made a mistake but then didnt try to reconcile the error. Held our car ransom until the insurance paid them for doing nothing. Use this company at your own risk because our insurance company came after us for this excessive charge. Very questionable integrity and shady business practices.

I went there to get some scratches we got in a car wash looked at. I was expecting to pay a bunch of money and Brian took a look said they could fix it in less than an hour and he would only charge me a pizza! They were super polite, quick, and easy to work with. Very happy with the outcome of the repair, the scratches are non existent now. I highly recommend this place.

Lack of integrity. Dont disclose billing fees, instead put it in fine print they have you sign on a tablet. Enjoy the fee you collected from me. I told the 2 other Tesla owners at my office, one needs a bumper fixed and will not be using you.You say it was at the top of the form. When that tablet was put in front of me the only thing at the top of the page was for me to enter my name and information. I thought it was odd there was no verbiage on a work release but I figured you just needed my info. Id say someone scrolled down past that information and started me where I had to enter. You also knew I was receiving a check from the insurance company, I was up front about that, and I was never told to hold it and just bring it in that you could accept that. Given I dont do body repairs regularly I would have expected some guidance on that. No one ever discussed your policies with me. As far as being happy with it on time, I was told when I originally came in that the parts would be ordered and waiting when I dropped it off. Instead the parts were not ordered when I dropped it off and I had to wait while they were back ordered. A repair that should have only taken a few days took 3 weeks. My assessment still stands, that showed a complete lack of integrity. Its not about the money, it was about being honest and up front.

I reached out to Spencer (the owner) over yelp about an estimate for fixing a scratch on a girls car I had hit that I was going to pay out of pocket. He got back to me right away with an estimate and an appointment the next day. The guy that helped me buffed out the scratch, painted over it with temporary paint, and wrote me an estimate up all for free! Would definitely go back here for any other car needs

My Tesla S was rear-ended by another Tesla S. Apparent damage appeared to me to be the lift gate, left & right rear quarter panels and rear bumper. I contacted 4 of 6 Tesla approved body and collision centers (no Tesla factory owned in AZ). Only 2 responded within 3 days of contacting them. One responded 3 months later. I chose NIPB(New Image Paint & Body) after checking the Company out(reviews, BBB, informal network), and speaking to Stephen, owner and William(a Tesla knowledgeable workhorse). I had several questions -about their relationship with Tesla, how many Model S they repaired, and complexity and working with Tesla Service in obtaining parts & diagnostics, etc., working with my insurance company and the timeframe for repair. Without knowing the full extent of the damage NIPB estimated 4 weeks to repair. I felt NIPB was honest, had the expertise, tools and staff to accomplish my Tesla repairs satisfactory. The answers to my questions were honest, professional and reasonable. The damage was more extensive than initially anticipated and the Insurance Company’s estimate. The accident happened at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic in March 2020. The pandemic lockdown caused huge delays. It took much longer than 4 weeks due to delays in vendor, insurance communications, obtaining parts, (Tesla was shut down for weeks) and associated shipping delays. I believe that the NIPB crew had given their best efforts, despite the circumstances of the pandemic.NIPB communicated with me weekly on status and was professional and honest with me given the complications and timing. I can recommend New Image Paint and Body WITHOUT HESITATION for TESLA and other collision repairs.

Hands down these guys are best!!Recently,I brushed off against another car in the parking lot and had a scratch on the front bumper.They looked at it and said its not a big thing and got me a bottle of the same paint in couple of days.Best part, They dint even charge me a penny for it!I really appreciate what they did. Still good people left in this world!Highly recommended place to go to!

I have been to New Image twice and have been very please both times. They have fixed my back passenger driver side door making it looking new after someone scrapped it while grocery shopping. My newest repair was my bumper from getting rear-ended. It looks like it never happened. Thanks again Steve, Travis and the rest of the team.

Had an amazing experience of customer friendly and prompt service at New Image. I have had Tesla body work done at both the other Tesla approved shops in Scottsdale and the experience at New Image is far superior. I now have an approved shop that I can very enthusiastically recommend.

They did their best during COVID and were very professional with masks and gloves.

As others have suggested, I took my Tesla Model 3 to them based on the good reviews and limited Tesla approved shops. New Image had good knowledge about how to manage the repairs and do their best to manage the shortcomings of Teslas current inventory and service. Id definitely look to New Image first for future repairs on my Tesla.

New Image did an excellent job repairing $8,000 of damage to my car after it was rear-ended. Truly outstanding work - one would never know that it had been in an accident. Paint, fit, and finish were as good or better than Acura original. Heidi and Travis provided great customer service. Highly recommended!

We were not handled as a priority, even after specifically telling them we are stuck 4 hours from our home and jobs with no rental.We were told that it would be done by Monday of the next week. The lady handling or cars repair details was rude and fought with me on what was said by New Image vs the insurance.. we feel unimportant and disrespected as a customer.Update:The owner took our repairs under his supervision and things were then done on schedule. He worked hard for us and had a better sense of communication with us.Update:After receiving our car on the scheduled pick up date we were still having trouble with it so we took it back. They called us first thing the next morning to let us know that they had seen the car and that it was their first priority.they found and fixed the problem and had us back on the road before noon.

New Image was amazing. They have excellent customer service and do fantastic work. I have a Tesla X that needed repair. It took some time to get all the parts in and Travis included me on the e-mails to Tesla asking when each part would be delivered. He always requested that Tesla expedite the parts to him. He would call me to give me updates on the expected completion date. My car looked amazing when it was completed. They had it detailed and cleaned. My car was like a brand new car when I picked it up and it ran amazing. They are very professional and extremely talented. I will send my friends to them and continue to use them when I need repair work.
