Southwest Collision is the best! I had hit a deer in early March that caused some body damage and got the car fixed up in August this year. Not only did these guys seamlessly repair my car, it honestly sounds quieter (less road noise) than when I bought it. Stellar communication/customer service with these guys and they treat you as if you were family. Hopefully I wont need any more body work done on my cars in the future, but if I do, this is where Ill go.
When I went to the shop, the guy was excellent, and the lady in front desk was amicable. That made me believe that they could do a great job.But after that, I received a call back (just today/ March 22/18-09:54am) makes me very mad. The lady on the phone (Casey something?) very rude and spluttered due to the phone call cuts out( I couldnt hear her well). I misunderstood that she was calling from the Southwind Insurance Company instead of the Southwest Collision, she did not understand and keep saying: have a good day bye bye sir(badly) with no patient and further explanation.This sudden call ruins all my good mood in the morning and makes me want to try to go another place. This is absolutely not the right way to call back to check if your customer is still interested in your business. They should make an apology for that.Also, hope this review could help for any further communicate like the other review below.q/Update, they did mostly great job for my car, I pick it up about two months+ later when I am back (I asked about after a month they told me will be done in a week but a week later it still on progres.) so the speed can be better.After I pick it up, I found several problems on the gas station nearby, drive back, and they fixed it. (My windshield water control goes opposite way. And the front bumper still goes out a little bit.)Most of the stuff that I see in person was very nice.After that, I change one star to four stars. Could be better will faster speed and Pro work.And again Vitoria at the front desk and the lady manager were very very nice!/Few days later my front bumper still pops out

I would give ZERO stars if I could.3/19/18: I came to SW collision and informed Terrell about interest in services which was only an estimate to fix my bumper and that I DONT want to fix the car.3/21/18: Was when they completed the estimate.3/22/18: Was when State farm came to look at car provided estimate, which was when I informed SW collision I wanted to come get the car and pay out of my own money.They told me that they needed to get paid by State Farm, and for me NOT to contact them as it will prolong the process to obtain my car. I called them 12 from 3/21/2018 to 4/6/2018, to check on getting my car. They were holding my car to charge me for storage fees ($110/day), even though I was ready to pay for it on 3/22/2018. They gave me my car back in SHAMBLES, as seen in the photo in my profile. The total I should have paid only $705, which included: 2 days of storage $110/day, $300 for 6hrs of labor and $295 for vehicle loss process, but I had to pay $2,575! I asked for a refund, they admitted to fault and offered me $330 and when I declined they offered me $400 and asked me to sign a letter of acceptance, which I did not. They didnt put my bumper on correctly and it fell off immediately, took apart my trunk and convertible and didnt put it back together; now my convertible is not able to work appropriately.
It was a good experience during my first visit for my crv front repair. After few months, new replaced radiator started leaking. Went back to them for the replacement under warranty.Had a terrible experience this time. They took 2 weeks just to figure out that the leak is from the radiator body not from its cap.Took more than a month just to replace a radiator. Who can justify this ?

My car was stolen and put through the ringer inside and out and my insurance paid for it to be taken care of at Southwest collision and they took great care with my car! I worked with Kayla, Jeremy, and Mike and they went above and beyond keeping me updated with the status of my car. I got it back today and it is immaculate, looks better than the day I bought it! I have 4 small kids and the interior shows it, but now its perfect and I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality and work they have done, thank you guys so much for taking such great care of my car! Highly recommend to anyone needing detail work or body repair!

Dierk helped me from start to finish when I arrived with my car seat in a box. He helped me understand the manual and was very thorough in explaining how to install my car seat to ensure it is safe. I own a Tesla and they are Teslas only authorized shop for collision repair..I see why, they only do it one way the right way.They even handled dealing with the other drivers insurance to fight to get my car properly repaired.
We recently were in a rear end collision - an accident was not something that we had been involved in for quite awhile, so we were a little uneasy about the process of getting our vehicle repaired. Kayla immediately put us at ease and kept us informed of every step that our vehicle was going through and what was next to come. While Kayla was away, Mike filled in for her and did the exact same thing-thank you Mike! We thank Southwest Collision for their expert repair and expert customer service and Kayla (she was amazing) for her personal care and assistance to her clients!
The best collision center in Arizona. Mike and Brian are very nice and helpful. The Reception ladies are very friendly . My car turned out great. It took long to finish.But,i dont mind at all. They did an awesome job, they work directly with the Insurance company. I did not have to do anything. If there were any negative reviews on here, they must be from other collision centers tried to discredit them. . I highly recommend this auto body shop. I hope i never need them again . But, if i ever do. They will be the one and only one I trust.
If you need to get your vehicle repaired I highly recommend these guys. They helped me immensely after my accident. I feel personally that they were even more helpful then but insurance companies. These guys are easy to talk to and kept me updated through the entire process.

I was in a car accident 12/3/2019 and took my car to Southwest Collision. My insurance company, Root, paid them over $5,000 for no repairs done because it was declared a total. After 3 months, Southwest had not reimbursed Root so they, in turn, would not pay off my truck. I was extremely tired of the entire situation because I was making 2 car payments/ month (one for a truck that didnt even exist), dealing with extra fees, dealing with pressure from my lending institution and getting the basic run around. To be fair, Southwest was undergoing a change in ownership during this time period.Once Jacob found out about the situation, he reimbursed the > $5,000 that Southwest owed Root, the insurance company, which is all I expected or requested. However, he went WAY above and beyond what he had to do. He hand delivered, TO MY HOUSE, a check to cover all the payments I had been making on the truck that was totalled! Needless to say, I was extremely thankful at a difficult time. Its nice to know somebody values their customers, their reputations and hopefully,their quality of work (they never had to repair anything for me since my truck was t-boned). Jacob is a man of integrity so Im pretty sure he would insist on quality workmanship also. And yes, I did get frustrated with the phone calls et al, but the office help and other staff were always friendly and pleasant.
Seemed like a great place, the front office was professional but whoever was working on my car in the back stole all of my Dutch Bros stamp cards 🙄

Blown away with how quickly I was in and out! I didnt even have a second to sit down even though their parking lot was full! Kayla was quick to answer my call and welcomed me to come by anytime at my convenience to get my baby (vehicle) taken care of. Once I arrived Cary took care of me with the utmost professionalism. (I have been to repair shops where the estimators have set there clipboards and other objects right on the paint!) Cary was extremely caring towards my vehicle during his estimate and not once leaned on or set an object down on the paint surface.THANK YOU Cary & Kayla for the best experience Ive received for car care services.

I have been to this place twice this year. I completely trust their service and have no complaints so far. The price is comparably lower than other car repair shop in the town.
Dropped my vehicle off over a month ago, they used scare tactics to convince me to leave a perfectly drivable vehicle and told me it would be done in about three weeks. Since then, they have done nothing to keep me informed or contact me whatsoever. Ive had to call them constantly to get any kind of information about whats going on with my vehicle. Once they have the money from your insurance company, theyll put you on hold or connect you too voicemail boxes and never actually talk to you. The service writer Ive been dealing with has been deliberately dishonest with both my insurance company as well as myself, and completely unaccountable for the unreasonable amount of time its taken. They havent returned my phone calls or given me any update for almost two calendar weeks now. I would trust a two-headed rattlesnake before I would ever trust anyone at this company again..
The staff are amazing. They are a legit shop. I work in the insurance claims industry and I know exactly how the process is supposed to go. They were spot on and went way above and beyond for me. I just found my lifetime body shop! Every interaction with any of the staff was no less than stellar. Its rare find!
Southwest Collision was amazing, from the time I arrived to the time I picked up my car. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and he kept me up to date on what stages they were in with my car. The ladies at the front desk couldnt be sweeter. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was okay form my accident and were great every time I was in. Not to mention my car looks brand new again! I could not be happier :)
I went here a few months ago and I thought they did a pretty good job. I had my front bumper fall off from running over a rock while out on some trails. Went to have it fixed, I got it back and I thought it looked fine from the outside. A few weeks later it fell off after the front spoiler guard was coming off the parking bumper and I took a look and it looked like the bumper wasnt attached right. I hadnt used my car for anything other than transport to and from work after that so there isnt any way I could of damaged it. It wasnt too expensive for the work that had to be done though.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had. They were always professional and beyond caring about my situation. My brand new car had received a lot of damage in my accident. But Southwest collision and car care center made made it look and run prefect again in a speedy fashion. I cant say enough good things about Desmond my estimator and this company!
Great customer service. I got there right before it opened and was helped immediately. I was in a hurry and I was able to get my estimate as well as paperwork in only a half hour. Kevin was very helpful and honest about my options and the technicians were very knowledgeable. Best experience I have had at a collision repair shop. Would recommend to everyone.

Chris Hansen and his colleagues were most helpful in looking at the problem, making their recommendation and putting words to action as they fixed the problem all under 30 minutes. I am so impressed with this shop. Their communications were great. And they were very fair with how they handled my car repairs even though it was a specialty Lexus from 2002. When I got my car back I was stunned that it actually looked better than it did before my accident. I worked with Bill and Brian and they assured me everything would be fine all along the way. They even put up with all of my questions and concerns and emails. What really stood out to me was how they really wanted to make everything convenient for me. They came out and got my vehicle and the even returned it. With my busy life it was very difficult to take my vehicle in but they took care of everything. I knew my car was in good hands from the moment I met them and they did not disappoint in the end. I will definitely be using this place again.

Unfortunately, my car ended up being totalled. They were sympathetic and treated me with kindness. I was extremely satisfied with their business attitude and would definitely seek them out again, if ever I needed something vehicle related again. They were are so wonderful.
Meh.Overall did okay but definitely didnt earn 5 stars from me. Incorrect deadlines with a number of things. Things put together improperly. Often times never called me back. Its definitely a good idea to check their work before you get your car back. I want to give a better review but I simply cant at this point, way too much was wrong.

Was referred to Southwest by Tempe Autohaus. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Victor was very helpful. Staff was very friendly and informative. Took some time for repairs, but of no fault of theirs. Had to have a door shipped from Germany, plus insurance took their sweet time. Would highly recommend Southwest.
I was very impressed by SW Collision. I had gotten an estimate from a different place and then came SW Collision and immediately called my husband and said we are bringing our car here. Kayla and Victoria were always a pleasure to work with. They were kind and understanding even asking if i was okay since my car got hit! Even when i called a bunch of times because MY insurance wasnt being helpful they never bat an eye. Tyler was my estimator and who I worked with. Even though I know my car only had a little damage and i know they had cars with bigger issues I felt like his top priority! He ensured me that me and my car would be well taken care of and he was right. Tyler communicated well, and like I said never bat an eye when i called a bunch of times in one day. Even their buffer person went above an beyond because my car paint is fading and helped by buffing it a little to help blend my new fender better. Thank you for everything!
Best Collision repair center in town, hands down. I went to multiple body shops in town and they all told me the same thing when it came to my getting my bumper fixed. Southwest Collision Center knew what i wanted, fixed it, did an excellent job!! All for an awesome price! They have an fantastic customer service, and a very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone!
Victoria (from the office) instructed me in how to install a child car seat. She was extremely knowledgeable and had an excellent manner while providing this tremendous service - free of charge! I am 67 years old and will be transporting my 3 year old grand nephew to and from his preschool. A lot has changed since I last used a car seat for my kids! What an awesome service the company is providing for our community!
They did nothing for a month and chargedmy insurance $100 a day for storage feeI took my busineess else where they are apoorly managed body shop!
I have a 2001 Jag. NOT an easy vehicle to find someone to work on it. Not only did they not hesitate to take it in but Gary knew Jags! And they did a great job PLUS Kayla and Victoria give excellent customer service! Not something you see a lot of these days... Im not going anywhere else, even for an oil change. And YES, they are more than reasonable on their prices. Dont look any further for a great shop!
If you just got into a car accident-- read this.I got into a minor accident and it was an awful feeling, however, after taking my car into Southwest Collision they really made me feel confident about it and that they would help me throughout the process. They kept their promise. I felt like I was family. KJ gave me great advice and genuinely guided me with my best interest in mind the whole way. The entire staff was always friendly and acted professionally. The guys in the repair bay did a phenomenal job on my car and it looks like new. I cant say enough good things about this operation. They are doing it right. Look-- in short, if you choose any other shop for your auto repairs then its the biggest mistake youll never know you made. Call Southwest Collision. Period.
Its not very often that I write reviews for places, but Southwest Collision was awesome! Great service, great work on my car, and a fast turn around time. The manager George was really easy to work with and told me everything that needed to be done straight up and how much it was most likely going to cost. Brian and George took amazing care of me and fixing my Mercedes AMG after my my rest end accident. It had some significant damage and they made it better then brand new when time came to pick it up .I couldnt be more satisfied with this body shop. Amazing place to bring your vehicle! My car looked brand new! Cant even tell its been in an accident. I highly recommend the shop and an employee named Kari. Loved him!! He was keeping me updated the whole way thru the process and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I will definitely be going back to them if something else happens to my vehicle.
I wanted to take sometime before I wrote this review because of all the excitement I had. I had the best customer service, quality, and communication ever! I mean ever! Chris was the nicest, and extremely professional. He went out of his way to ease my fears, and work with me to ensure the work was done to the expectation of the manufacture. In the process of the repair my car would not start (factory fail safe). Chris assured me whatever it takes they were going to get my car up and running. In addition, my wife is 9 months pregnant which is a little stressful, but Chris assured me and stated, Dont worry! Even if we have to drive you to the hospital ourself, we are going to take care of you! I thought customer service like that, no longer existed. Chris was open, truthful and answered all questions. The quality of work is out of this world! I cannot ask for a better experience. Everything about company exemplifies family. From the reception desk (Kayla) answering all questions, hearing my worries and being empathetic in the process was just remarkable. And their prices do not compare to the quality of work, and service you receive. Lastly, Victoria helped me install my car seat, and even though I was sweating in my car, and needed a little help with installing the car seats. She continued to give me encouraging remarks, and providing a wealth of information for a new parent. I mean so much information I did not have to ask a question because she covered it everything. Southwest Collision And Car Care, has a lifetime customer from this experience. I wish I can give them more stars besides the 5. Chris get ready, because I am coming back to take you out to lunch!
One of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with. I am so happy that I chose this team to repair the damage to my car. Not only did they perform excellent work on my Mercedes with a lifetime warranty but the entire team was polite, communicative, responsive and dealt with the insurance company hassles. Southwest Collision went above and beyond by making sure to get my car to the Mercedes dealership to make sure the vehicle met all of the safety standards. My Son had his car repaired through Southwest Collision after being hit by some one running a red light. Chris Villa went above and beyond to make sure he got his car back in safe condition, helping take care of rental cars and dealing with Insurance company. Got to say these guys were great. They did a fantastic job, finished earlier than they estimated, and came in $200 below their price estimation. Plus everyone was super-friendly and made a point of explaining everything. Under-promise and over-deliver...thats how to get er done!

Im not gonna lie, I was more than afraid to leave my car with strangers.Fancy, my car, was in a parked hit and run. Ive never had to deal with being in an accident and well, thanks to news shows...body shops can be scary.OH MY GOODNESS....SCC is awesome!! They picked up my car...nothing but smiles and information. They worked with me and my insurance. Trent was great in keeping me up to speed on how things were going.When I went to pick the car up I nearly cried. Fancy was beautiful!! I got in the car and they even did a mini-detail on her. Perfection. All the staff is wonderful.Hoping I dont need repairs ever again but if I do...you better believe I will be utilizing the wonderful and talented people at Southwest Collision Center!!!!Job well done!!!

This review is only about the lack of communication. I was told my car would be done today and it was not ready. I called the day prior to arrange a way to pick it up but was not called back. I have missed an hour of work and now have to figure out how to get my car since I am driving another one. Probably wont even be able to pick it up until next week. All I ask is that someone could have called me this morning and let me know it was not ready. But then again I could have called when I left at 740am. I hope this review helps improve any future communications with any customer. P.s. they do a great job on repairs. Ive seen the work on my car but just not happy with the communication. I got the car back and it was repaired very well.After we were all on the same page things went well.

I needed my truck fixed and when I told them I was going out of town they took me to the airport, fixed my truck while I was gone, and picked me up! After a little over a year and a half after I decided to drive my car into a pole, I decided to get my car fixed. From start to finish my experience was great! I needed a new bumper after being backed in to and was referred to Southwest Collision. I have never had, what I call, Concierge service at a repair shop before! John was awesome and I knew where my car was in the process at all times! Got it back today and you would never know the repair was done. The paint matches exactly. They also washed my car, inside and out, prior to returning it to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body work on a vehicle. Awesome staff and worked with the other drivers insurance so I didnt have to worry about any of it! Cant say enough good things about them!
Let me begin by saying I never write reviews. That is how good Southwest Collision is. My Civic Si was keyed. Not just one swipe but the entire car was totally vandalized. I made a claim on my insurance then a week later I rear ended someone. Ended up with two claims. The people at Southwest made sure that my car was pretty much like new when they were done. They repainted the whole car and got all my badges back on with brand new stock stickers on the sides. The air bag deploying actually broke my cruise control button. I didnt notice it until they returned the car to me and I had to take a long trip. I called them about it and they fixed it for me the next day in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys. Tandi who works the front desk was always helpful and always replied to my questions in a timely manner. J.J. who did the inspection on my car and dealt with my insurance made sure not to miss any details.
I have a 2010 F150 that was rear-ended about a month ago. I took my truck to the Ford dealer and they recommended Southwest Collision. I checked reviews as well as an insurance adjuster friend. Based on these individuals I went ahead with SW. Im very particular about my trucks appearance and couldnt be more pleased with the results. Cary handled the repairs and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Everyone from receptionists to George (owner) were friendly and helpful. I will recommend their service to anyone needing exceptional body work. My truck looks new.
I came here after getting into a fender bender and had a great experience. It was my first accident and I wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. The receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful in providing information. After arriving on site I was handed off to Jeremy who has over 30 years in the collision repair industry. He ensured that the insurance company would pay for OEM replacement parts and kept me up to date on the entire process. After getting my vehicle back I couldn’t be happier with the results. I just went in to get my car seat inspection for my little one that is coming! It was a great experience and Dierk was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that we would get the baby home safe in her carseat. Not only do they help with your cars but they are advocates for child safety!
I had a pleasant experience while getting repair work done at Southwest Collision Center in Tempe, Arizona. Before I start Id like to say that I left a Kindle tablet in the rental car and two weeks later I contacted Southwest collision and the front desk person immediately called the car rental company and tracked down the Kindle and even offered to drive it to me but I chose to come there and picked it up (now thats what I call customer service!). SW really went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff was very courteous and professional at all times during the course of my service. At first I had some difficulty with my repair job because SW collision could not locate a factory manufactured part for my 2013 Ford Mustang. SW collision kept me informed about this and did their best to locate an aftermarket part. If SW had not located the part I would have had to wait an additional month for the new parts to become available. It still took a month to get my car repaired but the staff remained very helpful during the process and made all the contacts to the insurance company to submit the claims. The work done was stellar and I was extremely please by the way I was treated by Southwest Collision. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to others.

After my accident I called the dealership that I had just purchased my Ford Edge from and asked for their recommendation - without hesitation they said Southwest Auto Collision is the best. Went to pick up my sons car this last Friday. They did a great job, difficult silver color to match, no problem! As I got in my truck, A/C stopped working. Great, almost 1 PM, 90 degrees, left the truck and went about my business with my partner in his car. Got a call from KJ, need A/C compressor. As busy they were, I will have to pick it up and come back another day. They said they may have it done later same day? Got it back before 5 PM, snow flakes coming out of my A/C ducts, I am a happy camper. Total family satisfaction, Awesome service!!

I swear if I could rate them a 10 on a 1-5 scale, I definitely would! These people here at Southwest truly make you feel comfortable and they really go the extra mile and a half just to make sure that their customers are satisfied! I was in an accident and am a student at Arizona State University, and my deductible was $1000! Trent over here at Southwest took great care of my car, and helped me out tremendously with my payments for my repairs. He kept me up to date by the minute when things were changing with my repairs, as in calling when the parts came in, calling before the parts were to be painted, when my car was ready, etc. I wouldnt recommend any other shop here in the Metro Phoenix area other than this team here at Southwest Collision. Best experience ive ever had in dealing with any body shop. Everyone there is extremely professional, the work was done expertly, they argued on our behalf with the insurance company to get the best parts, they found the parts at the best available prices. Our car looks brand new, they did a fantastic job. I will recommend them to anyone/everyone that needs a body shop for their vehicle.

I had my 2015 Audi A8 repaired there after a small parking lot mishap. They literally took care of everything and Brian took incredible care of me. From arranging for my rental car to getting the repairs authorized through the idiot that hit me insurance company ( yes he fought to get the car repaired correctly with factory OEM parts ) to flawless communication through the entire process. Outstanding experience in an unfortunate circumstance. The entire staff made this as pleasant as possible, by handling all the insurance paperwork, phone calls, and rental car arrangements when I was hit by another driver. In addition, their work was phenomenal. My vehicle looked just like the day it was purchased. A special shout out to KJ - he knew I wanted out of my rental, and said he would stay late on a Friday to make sure I could get my vehicle back before the weekend. Exceptional customer service!
