Great service by the team. Been here a few times for both routine maintenance and repairs. Worked with Craig for the last repair and was able to get in on extremely short notice after having an unexpected issue with my Jeep that caused it to not start. Vehicle was ready for pickup first thing in the morning. I thought I wouldn’t have it for much longer. Great work Tempe CDJR team!

Originally, I really liked this place. I bought my car through them and continued to do all my maintenance/repairs with them for the past two years. Recently, I scheduled a maintenance appointment but when I came in for the appointment they told me they don’t service my model of car. Even though I’ve been servicing my car through them for the past few years? They should have updated their system to not even allow certain models to be able to make appointments. Or better yet, call all their existing customers to let them know of the change. Instead, I had to take time off work and waste a trip.

Love my Jeep Gladiator and it was time for regular service, along with the standard service the steering seemed a bit loose. I told Eddie James about my concerns with the steering, fixed under warranty, freakin awesome. The staff from start to finish were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from a different dealer, I was having problems understanding the U connect and controls.I went in to Tempe where I thought I would not get much help cause I did not buy it there. Torrey Came to help me and he installed everything I needed, explained everything I needed and then brought me into the car and explained all the controls. He was very knowledgeable very helpful and very professional. I have now registered with Tempe for all my services to this vehicle because of him. Amazing selection of high-quality cars, no pressure sales and incredible customer service. So it goes without saying that I just referred and brought my business partner / best friend with me to purchase another vehicle. This time around we went through JAYE, and let me tell you this. Jaye is a compassionate sales professional, who is not only friendly but very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, with some fun to make the whole experience over the top . I just can’t say enough positive things about my experiences and both times we were in and out in about 1.5 hours WOW. Incredibly disappointing customer service from the service center. I spent 3 days coming to the quick lane service to get a simple patch on one of my tires. On the 3rd try the staff told me they could not fix it and would need a replacement which would cost $320. They also did not have the tire in stock so Id need to schedule the service, which I tried to do over the phone but they wouldnt schedule.I left and went to a local auto shop and they simply patched the tire within an hour and a half. I wont be returning for any services from Tempe Jeep. It was clear they were attempting to get me to purchase a new tire when I only needed it fixed.

Today was one of the best days of my life. My wife was allowed to test drive her dream vehicle, a Dodge Challenger! She is fighting Stage 4 Metastatic Breast and Bone Cancer and this made her act like she wasnt in any pain today. Tommy and Katelyn over at Tempe Dodge are superb! I bought my Chrysler here 13 years ago. They ran around the price for hours and refused to give me a new car deal on it because it had 11 miles. They gave it to me with an empty tank and only one key. Through the years I have brought it in for repairs/ oil changes. This is the THIRD time the car is low on oil right after their oil change! Talk about incompetence. Beware of the repair sales guy. He tried to tell me my radiator needed replacement @$900 2 years ago. Well! Radiator is still doing fine. No leaking, no overheating. Hes tried to sell me a repair with each oil change. This place is beyond scam artistry. Beware.

I attribute my wonderful care to David Stanley, who has been my contact person for more years than I can recall. I guess I should give some credit to the mechanics also, because the work is always done well, and I never have to return because something is not right. However, David tells me what needs to be done and reassures me that the car is road worthy until I see him again. When I have needed a new car, David helps me find the right and perfect car for me. Took it in for warranty fixes for a 2018 300 the shocks on it are blown out I know this because I modify suspension systems for vehicles like 5th gen 4runners and classic mustangs, the infotainment system is busted it changes the climate right up to HI on its own, they returned it and told us nothing was wrong with it, I would film this happening but google only allows me only to upload photos. Update vehicle was returned to this service location and was fixed promptly, Thank You For Fixing These Issues Quickly

They performed some work due to a recall on my car. While it was there they tried to get me to let them do alot of extra work on the car while it was there . They claimed it needed a few things done which were quite expensive. Lucky for me, I knew these very items were just taken care of by my mechanic who is trustworthy and honest which is why I have taken my cars to him for the past 20 years. The only reason I brought it here was because it was required for the recall work. I would never come here again.

Phenomenal customer service! I travel all over and have been to many Jeep dealer service locations.I had an appointment for them to look at what I was worried might be a possible leak on my Wrangler’s engine near the cylinder heads. From the gentleman who greeted me in the service line, to everyone I dealt with, I was treated like a friend or family member. Craig grabbed a supervising technician (sorry, don’t remember his name) and had them look at it within 5 minutes of my arrival. They were able to verify there was no leak or issue on the spot. They went on to spend several minutes with me giving professional advice and answering technical questions patiently and with genuine kindness. I never felt like they were in a hurry to move on to the next customer even though they were busy. I was able to drive away within twenty minutes of my arrival when most places would have left me waiting several hours until they got a chance to look at it and tell me the same thing-without all the direct access I had to ask questions.Great service experience well beyond expectations.I will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the Phoenix area.

My annoyance last week grew as I got closer and closer to Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was somewhat ticked off before I even got there - due to numerous past dealings with OTHER dealerships. I was annoyed of even going to a dealership because of those past negative interactions, but they had the car I wanted in the color at a fair price. I figured Id deal with someone till I reached my limit and come back another day to maybe complete the sale. To my surprise, I got set up with a salesperson named Camden by chance and his customer service was so stupendous I found no reason to not complete the sale that day. It was so opposite of all other dealings, I still cant believe it.Props to the dealership of having their inventory online that got me in the door, but big props to Camden for being an outstanding saleperson. I will definitely start there when Im in the market for my next car.

Do not buy batteries at the dealer. The 36 month free replacement warranty is worthless. I had both of the batteries replaced in my Pacifica last year. Both are now dead and they want me to pay several hundred dollars to get my free batteries. Best of all they can not even make an appointment for several days. Best advice is to stay away from dealerships.

All I can say is WOW! Through all my years in purchasing used and new vehicles both for my business and personal, this by far is my #1 best experience of all time. I was greeted in a super friendly way and no intrusive within a minute of me stepping out of my car. I told Emily exactly what I was looking for and we went right away to look at the vehicles. Her approach is soft, funny and friendly with sales sprinkled in her conversations as well. But it wasn’t pushy or over the top and Emily listened to me about it all my needs and wants in a vehicle. We ran all the numbers, did paper work etc. Emily was engaged throughout the whole process and I didn’t spend all day here. Took just a few hours. I could write a page about my experience and her customer service but there would be to much to list. She should definitely my sales person of the month or year and everyone who reads this should head straight to the dealership and ask for Emily. You will thank me later, I’m sure of it. Nothing good to sayWent and got my oil changed. While there I talked to Craig in service about a TSB. He knew exactly what I was talking about, told me he was ordering the parts. I expected to get some follow when parts came in. A month goes by and I call for a status. First he was confused and said he thought parts were in, puts me on hold for few minutes and comes back and explains they wont do what they signed me up for over a month ago.I questioned what changed and why they left my hanging with no explanation. He says I am not under warranty. I wasnt the day of they ordered the parts. So again what changed? When were they planning to inform me or contact me? No answer. What was I spending that month waiting for? No answer.Go back 2 years when I bought my Jeep. Couldnt find anyone on the lot to work with. Went home submitted an online offer online. They accepted the offer 3 days later. I had already bought a Jeep elsewhere.

My son drives a 2014 Challenger and is away to college at ASU. When his battery died and wouldnt take a jump he went to an auto parts store to get a new battery. They sold him the wrong one and unbeknownst to him, the entire electrical system got fried when he tried to start the car. It was towed to Tempe Dodge in the late evening with significant damage (friends used a fire extinguisher to put the fire out) and key in the early bird drop off. As my son went out of town the next day for a work assignment I was left to contact service from my place in Northern CA. Eddie James answered the call and was outstanding! He kept me in the loop with what was going on..advised me to contact my insurance and handled everything between the shop and Allstate. Without Eddies help Im sure this would have been a much more difficult event to navigate. Thank you Eddie and Tempe Dodge for getting my kids car back on the road!!!

We went to the Tempe Ram truck center at 8060 S Autoplex Loop in Tempe to look at a Ram 3500 diesel dually. We were lucky to be paired up with Trevor as our salesperson. Trevor is an expert in Ram trucks and could answer every question we could think of. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. We made a deal and met Brent from Finance. Brent also was great and went through everything thoroughly and got us a great financing deal. It was late so we came to pick the truck up the next day. There was a small issue that was taken care of for us and when the truck was delivered Trevor spent time on his day off to make sure we were familiar with everything about our truck. I was driving along, minding my own business, when I heard a tiny man with a fairly large hammer pounding near the glove compartment. So I called the dealership and reported the tiny suspect. They got me in the next morning, which is unheard of for dealerships, especially for boring warranty work. The staff was exceptionally friendly and adhered to public safety guidelines. The wait time was shorter than the tiny suspect with the hammer. I highly recommend this dealership!

Service department needs work. Jeeps arent known for reliability anyway. Air suspension on my Grand Cherokee started making noise. Took in to service, they charged me $180 to change a fuse, which did nothing, and 50 miles later my suspension failed, leaving me stranded on the side of the road needing a tow truck. My experience is that they are expensive and not particularly skilled at fixing Jeeps.

Purchased my 2017 Dodge Durango R/T from here and added an extended warranty. Ive had two repairs and both were covered by a very awesome extended warranty. The Service dept has been beyond exceptional with communicating details of my car and was able to complete two very time consuming repairs in under 24 hours. Great place and would highly recommend.

They are unprofessional, I would give them 0 stars If I would. When I was trying to buy my first car, they kept pressuring to buy something I was not ready to buy. Ran my credit 8 times without telling me and 2 times to the same creditor. They are refusing to take off one of the two them since I NEVER GOT THE CAR. I will be buying my Jeep by the end of this year but not from them. The Scottsdale location was much more professional and easy to work with, if you want to buy a car go to the Scottsdale one PLEASE. The only ran my credit once instead of 8 times. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVERY AGAIN.

Today (may 19, 2021) i received a call from my tech on the repair cost for my 2017 Grand Cherokee Overland. Nearly $4000.00 I needless to say, nearly passed out. I expressed my concern to my tech (Eddie) at the price point and the fact that my car is only 4 years old with less than 36K miles. Well, I dont know what kind of magic he worked, but he called me back a little while later and stated he contacted corporate and was able to offer me a drastically reduced rate (goodwill): repeated jeep customer, only a few months out of warranty, low miles. Ive always loved jeeps, but this jeep I purchased has given me a few little headaches. But Eddie has restored my faith in the company !!!! Tempe, youve got a great guy working for you !
