I have been using Babbitt for nearly 10 years, for my BMWs. I have always received professional service, prompt repair, and fair pricing. Through a variety of diagnostics and repairs over the years, I have never received a false diagnosis or unnecessary repair. Customer service and communication has always been top notch as well. Not once have I been left wondering the status of my vehicle, they keep in contact very promptly and courteously. Highly recommend taking your BMWs to Babbitt.

Car was over heating, thermostat was leaking internally with light showing red hot and coolant was dangerously low. Drove my car home just within one day after my 2017 BMW 230i was towed there. Thermostat was replaced, reservoir was refilled, and a new expansion tank hose was put in that was coolant soaked. Combined with my awareness of risking a damaged engine and their efficiency, what could have ended up costing me at least $10K, cost me $790.73.

The folks at Babbitt are very helpful and from my experience as a BMW owner for 20 years they’re very good. I’ve had a few items fixed there and while we all hate the bill we get - they seem to get the work done quickly and thoroughly and they’re helpful in helping me understand -priorities and implications of their diagnosis - this gives me confidence in knowing that my car is getting the right service - thanks to you Babbitt

First time there with my 2011 X3. Brad was awesome - talked me through the entire list of issues found. Listed everything by priority and told me which items could wait a while. Put my wife and I at ease with overall condition of car and future work and cost. Highly recommend Babbitt.

This is the only place, other than myself, that I was allowed to touch my M4. They don’t do recommend services based on mileage, they actually take the time to look at the vehicle to see if it needs that service unlike dealerships. I always have a great experience and the prices are extremely fair. Great work guys

Ive been using Babbitt for as long as I can remember. The quality of work, professionalism, and pricing better than the dealer keeps me coming back. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. In fact, when we were buying our last car, it was between BMW and a couple of other European makes... and knowing who would service the car after the fact weighed heavily on our decision to purchase another BMW. This location is incredible. Brad is phenomenal! He knows his stuff, he is always eager to help, always has a positive attitude, very genuine and down to earth. He understands these repairs can be costly and if you need to break it up over 8 credit cards he will accommodate lol, just kidding but seriously. It’s rare to find a Mexhanic shop with High end cars that don’t over tax you and take advantage. They did the same job that BMW was trying to charge me for. EXCEPT Babbitt did it for $1500 cheaper ! I called Babbitt to get a quote on a A/c vacuum and recharge on my 2013 Cooper JCW, instead of just giving me a price like most company’s, I was asked important detailed questions so they could get a better understanding of what my concerns were with my air conditioning, being a die hard enthusiast and experienced DIY guy I was impressed with the information they gathered and further rooted my trust in the company. Once brought in for service we continued conversation with questions and concerns. They gave me all the technical details on my car such as before and after refrigerant levels, and their procedures for possible leaks down the road. I called them up to get some information and a resolution for my 2010 Mini Cooper S R56 blowing smoke and making some questionable sounds (I literally said it sounds like vacuuming wet rocks and that made sense to them). Ended up dropping the car off on a Friday, where it was garaged and stored over the weekend before they started to work on it. Brad had incredible communication from the start, kept me in the loop daily and was honest about every issue, or potential issue that popped up. After tearing the car apart and finding more issues than just the valve cover leak, they asked if I wanted the rest of it repaired, and kept the cost at a fraction of what any dealership would’ve charged. Got the car back Thursday afternoon with a 2 year warranty to back everything up. Even though I elected to do a couple things on my own (new exhaust, taillight, and tires) they still gave good advice and feedback on the parts I had in mind and quotes if I did want to do it in house. Plus they gave the ol Cooper a car wash - amazing!The customer service, accuracy, timeliness, honesty, and just genuine connection they make with their customers is great. Definitely recommend taking your BMW or Mini here for any routine maintenance or major repair.

My M4 was out of warranty, and after some research, I decided to take my car to Babbitt. BMW service is crazy expensive, but worthwhile. They were extremely professional, and took great care of my car, at a fraction of the price of the dealership. They have several BMW certified techs, so I didnt have much worry about who was taking care of business.I needed regular service, including an oil change, and some other normal maintenance.They explained everything that needed to be done, and some things they said could wait without issue until my next service, so they werent trying to upsell me on services that werent needed at the time.Not to mention, they gave her a good wash!Ive definitely found my new place to take my car to, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a BMW or Mini.

I called and spoke with Brad. I described everything that I was experiencing as well as everything that Ive changed myself. Brad was very professional and very helpful. I brought my BMW in and again spoke upon everything I have done myself. He assured me that his mechanic would get to the bottom of my issue. Brad called me the next day and described everything they have done and what they have found. I was informed and that moment that the price was going up. As a person who has ran mechanic shops in the past I completely understood that. I gave permission to continue and the next day Brad called me back with the results. Was getting transmission malfunction error on my 2014 bmw 5 series. Booking was easy, they called back and confidentally told me it was a battery issue. Replaced battery and was ready in a few hours. Have used them before as well and they have been very consistent with their service.

Took my car in today to have the battery replaced and the computer set for the new battery. These guys were amazing, fast, professional and honestly nice as hell. They did a fantastic job and even washed my car! This will be my new shop when I need to have my BMW worked on, they really won me over today! Thank you guys!

They have never tried to up sell me. In four years, I have spent a whopping $650. Without hesitation, I would recommend Babbitt to anyone who owns a BMW. In fact, I trust this shop so much, next time I buy a car, I plan on buying one with higher miles. This time it was just a simple repair, but there’s always the thought that car repair places fabricate bigger problems and charge accordingly. Not Babbitt’s. I’ve always been treated very fairly and have never had any reason to go anywhere else. Brad is 💯 in customer service, so efficient and courteous with everyone, a great face to the business. Babbitt is the place to go for your BMW troubles. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My water pump failed recently and I had an oil leak on my 328i. I took my car to the closest European mechanic because I no longer live in the East valley and what they wanted to charge me for the repair’s were outrageous. So I had my car towed to Babbitt’s Tempe location and let’s just say my pockets felt a lot better. The repair’s were $1000 less and got my car back on the road in no time.

Brad, the manager of the Location was professional and excellent to work with. They quickly located some leaks that I had and some gaskets in the motor, install the new battery, flashed the car so everything was working properly, and did so in a timely manner.

Wanted to establish my M 550i with a good BMW primary care physician and went to Babbitt based on their reviews. My experience was exactly what most of the reviews stated. Some of the nicest guys Ive run across in a while. The shop is clean as well as their lobby. They explain everything and will even draw pictures if you need them to so you understand exactly what youre paying for.Trust and integrity is a huge thing when youre shelling out bucks on something you know little about.Babbitt will be my BMW primary care physicians from here on out.

Great experience. I went in for a check engine light and they had it done within a few hours for cheap. I have a 2011 BMW 328i and was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks by a friend. I called to schedule appointment and was greeted on the phone with a wonderful young lady who answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment. Arrived with my car and was nervous to hear what she needed, however Brad was great, called me when he said he would, found my issues and resolved them, also advised me of other issues. They repaired the issue I took her in for and even gave her a bath!!! Service was amazing, honest and well performed. I will be taking her back next week (hopefully) to get a few more repairs done. Very glad to have found them and I have already given out their info to other BMW owners I know. A good mechanic is hard to find and word of mouth is the best way. Call these guys!!! They are AMAZING!!!

Weve used them several times now that our car is out of warranty; dealer prices just too high, and I dont like paying the higher prices to cover a lavish dealership lobby with free snacks. Personable service, direct and prompt communication, and I dont get the Im talking down to you because youre a woman vibe, which I appreciate.

Nathan Babbitt was involved in my first BMW purchase. A 528, I then went on to own a 540 a 550 and finally a 740li. They have always been honest and dealt with our frugal ways. Never performed anything I didn’t authorize. If your BMW is out of factory warranty. I highly recommend Babbitt’s.

Babbitt was a great experience for me. I drive a 2012 328i that had some problems with the lights I was quoted completely different at another shop for 5x the cost. Babbitt went through the whole car and diagnosed the real problem quickly and gave me a call the same day. We fixed what needed to be fixed and I saved a good amount of money getting a second option, also the customer service is awesome, the best I’ve ever experienced in the car world!

They initially gave me a quote but found a way to save me half of the price. I wonder how many other shops would do that. Honesty and integrity is key for me when picking a shop and thats why I have been going to Babbitts for years.

Our entire family uses Babbitt @ the Kyrene location for all our BMW maintenance needs. We have a 3, 4 and 7 series. The entire team does a great job. What I enjoy maybe the most? Once they have the vehicle in the shop Brad will come out, review any items that need attention and grade them on a do now or do later scale. That tells me they are being HONEST and not just trying to get me to spend the most money on each visit.

This is the most trustworthy place I have ever taken my car. They always tell you straight up how it is and never try to oversell you. They are so genuine and always take care of you! I love knowing that my Mini is in good hands. I would give them more stars if I could!

Simply the best for BMW. The dealer wanted $4600 to fix my convertible top but Babbitt did it for $1900. When I had a transmission problem the shop wanted to replace it for $5000. I took it to Babbitt and they did a software update for $175 that fixed everything. They are honest, ethical and do quality work. Kyrene location.

This was my first time going to Babbitt. I haven’t had much luck with BMW mechanics since I moved here. I chose Babbitt because of the reviews online. I was extremely happy. Was hoping it wasn’t going to be too expensive, but it was so to what was wrong. That being said since I picked it up it’s driving like the day I bought it. It’s a 335i 2008. I also liked when I paid and Brad said “I hope I don’t see you again” then he said besides for an oil change next year. I like that! I highly recommend Babbitt Motor.

I took my 2000 BMW 323i Here on Thursday may 24th and they had a back to me Friday morning today at 10:00 a.m. I was really surprised at how fast they fixed my car, He said they only work on BMWs there and have OEM parts readily available which is a huge plus, Brad, the man I dealt with was perfect. He didnt pressure me, got my BMW running, and let me know of some other things he couldve fixed while they had the car opened up, which wouldve saved me lots on labor fees. All $ all, I couldnt have asked for any more from Babbit, and even tho I dont give out 5 stars often, Brad and the guys at Babbitt earned it! Thx guys!

I’ve been taking my vehicles there for the past 6 to 7 years. Staff is very courteous and professional. Details of all the work to be done is given to customers prior to completion.Work is always completed on time. Cost of work is usually 25 to 30% below dealer pricing. I have recommended several friends who have been very satisfied as well. Will continue to recommend Babbitt Motor Werks.

Babbitt is great. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I wish I could say they were cheap, but definitely less expensive than the dealership. BMWs are expensive to maintain, lets face it people. However, Babbitt helps you save some money and perform money saving maintenance down the line.
