Brian has been taking care of my car for years. He never ever pushes anything that you dont need on you. Ive even asked if I should have long term maintenance taken care of soon and he assures me I dont need to worry about it for x0,000 miles or x years, when I dont. All honesty and integrity, here!

I knew the dealers quote for my repair was way too expensive, and Brian quoted me at the correct price - less than a third of what the dealer wanted to charge. She trusted him and purchased it based on his word which we place on equal level as a written promise. This was not the case, the car had a factory defect and quite a few other issues which you being a mechanic knew about but still took advantage of my wife trusting that you were a mechanic and knew better.If your word is not worth the promises you make, you shouldnt make any promises.After we came back and even offered to bring the car in and have him fix it for reduced labor repair, he wouldnt even work on it.Shame on you Brian You could have done the right thing.You defrauded us since you knew exactly what the car needed and portrayed it in good working order. We should have taken it to a mechanic and not relied on your lies. You are no different than any other crook. Your shop is like a junkyard littered with old car parts and oil.
