I have a Challenger RT and that is my baby. These fellas are elite might I say. I dont trust many people to take care of my vehicle. But the fact that they are so open about your repair/service needs and then educate you is what attracts me. They dont just take your money they provide options and make it easy for you to manage your needs and take care of you in the most efficient time possible.

Loved this auto shop as soon as I walked in. They make you feel welcome and are honest about their prices. They kept me informed with any changes and asked before they did anything. These people wouldnt even come out to look at our car. They could make an appointment but thats all they wanted to do. Fine I went to Autonation and they gave an appraisal and even sent the quote to insurance company with pictures they took. Im taking the car to them because they were professional and acted like all their customers are important.

Ive been living in the valley for 20 years and wish I found these guys sooner. If youre new to Arizona, THIS should be your go-to place. These guys are friendly, affordable, and professional without the uncomfortable up-sell pressure. Whats more, these are the SAME guys Ive been interacting with for the past 3 years! They replaced my door lock mechanism and recharged my AC for $1,000 less than what Buick quoted me just for the AC (Buick thought I had a bad rear evaporator, which was not what Elite found). These guys also do all recommended maintenance cheaper than the dealership, and without the 5-7 day waiting period for inspection that Buick quoted me. Ive probably gone through about 5 different mechanics in the Chandler area...not all bad experiences, but these guys are the best by far.

The place is top notch. I used for a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle I bought from across the country. Freddie is great at running the front end of the business. He made me aware of all their services and leadtimes and kept in constant communication with me. Charlie did my inspection and did a great job detailing any issues and did the work in time. I will also add that they picked up the car from the dealer and returned it for me which was great!

These guys are good and honest. I have tested them a few times now and they pass every time. Im glad to deal with a shop who is not just trying to make a buck but actually tells you what is exactly wrong and how much it costs and doesnt try and screw you over.

These guys are not out to take your money! They will get your car fixed. They take their time and explained to me what my vehicle needs and when I should get it done, with the option of taking care of it at another time. Best part about Elite is when I told them I also manage a fleet of vehicles, they told me they can handle the pick up and drop off of any vehicles that need work which allows me to stay at work worry free. If my personal vehicle will not be completed by the promised time, Elite will also provide me with a loaner car or a shuttle to get around while my car gets completed. Lastly, after your car gets serviced its complemented with a fresh exterior car wash! Great Job Elite!

This is a great place to get your car fixed because first and foremost they are honest. I have lived in a lot of places and really have had a hard time finding honest auto shop. These guys are great, especially Freddy.

Needed a car alignment in tempe, and decided to try elite auto repair. The pricing was fair and they finished the car alignment pretty fast...Not sure if they werent too busy or if their auto mechanics are just that good! In and out in 80 minutes.

Tim was so professional and very nice he is fast and very knowledgeable he priced his work well and I will be taking my car to him for ac inspection and future oil changes. I’m extremely satisfied.

I received several estimates to replace my AC condenser and recharge the HVAC system. I googled Elite Auto and read the reviews (which were great), then went on their website and watched an informative video regarding AC repairs. I called and spoke with Tim, who was very polite and gave me an estimate that was lower than all the others Ive received. I took my vehicle in, they fixed the issues all at a great price. Very honest tempe auto mechanic company

DONT GO HERE.I took my 2003 Dodge 2500 Ram in at 100,000 miles.I figured it was time for rear brakes, and the front end needed to be checked out, as it was riding rough and Id just had the tires rotated and balanced.They charged me one hour labor to check it out, $109.96. They came back recommending upper and lower ball joint replacement on both sides, and sway bar connector replacement, for $1500. They also wanted to replace the rear rotors and brakes and parking brake for another $700.The rear rotors had never been turned, but they said they had to be replaced......dont buy that. The sway bar connections absolutely needed replaced. The upper and lower ball joints on both$sides.......possibly, lets say yes they were worn out.So i paid $740.42 in parts $738.71 in labor, and around $80 in fees and taxes.....that sucks, but oh well.I got about 6 Miles when a constant rasping started.....fairly loud, definitely not something I wanted to deal with. I called them, took it back in, and the tech explained it was a bent dust shield rubbing on the rotor. He bent it out of the way, showed me the shield, and said it shouldnt do it again.The manager didnt seem to care about much at all about.....anything. He just stated that they had driven it and it left fine, so it should be fine.Cost:Expensive for sure, there are cheaper comparable shops around.Quality:When I pay a lot for a straightforward mechanical fix, I dont expect surprises.Bottom Line:Ill never go there again, and dont think you should either.

I am so thankful for Elite Auto Repair Tempe rolled in there with a flat tire barely made it, the weather change dropped my tire pressure so fast, i was running late to pick up my kids got in there they took care of me right away even tough they had other customers . A gentleman working there saw how distressed I was and treated me with the most urgency. I cant thank Elite Auto Repair Enough! I will be back for all my other Auto Repair Needs.

We always use Elite for our car needs as they always have our best interests in mind as well as provide the best service. This was especially true for us recently on New Years Eve our car broke down, we called and Mitch made sure we were able to get us in a loaner and got our car fixed up after the holiday. They explained exactly what was wrong and made sure we were taken care of. Mitch always provides the best customer experience and makes you feel like family. This is why we continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone who has repair or maintenance needs.

My normal mechanic doesnt do alignments and I was getting new tires at Costco. I looked these guys up and saw the good reviews. They were able to get me in same-day within the hour. I was not pressured to do anything else (my oil change light was on) and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. My alignment is perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend these professionals!

When they work on my car I really feel the improvement and I feel confident in the reliability of my car. I tried to find a place closer to home but I find it is worth the drive to have someone I trust.

Called for a quote to do a diagnostic of my AC because today it stopped working when Im in idle. Number one cause of this issue is a bad condenser fan, although it is not the only cause, on all fairness. He automatically told me its probably not the condenser fan before even seeing my car. 🤨 Also said he will charge me well over a $100 just to look at it, with no actual work done. 🤔 I didnt feel comfortable bringing it to this shop based on the weird vibe. Ill take my 💳 elsewhere.

Elite Auto Repair went above and beyond from a service perspective. They met me at one of my appointment to exchange vehicles and upon completion came to my office and brought my car back to me. Their tun time exceeded my expectations and the manager and service technician kept me well informed throughout the process. I would recommend for any of your future vehicle needs!!

I’ve had my three different oil changes on the same vehicle done there, no complaints yet! Will continue to go back as long as they maintain the same service. They offer a free shuttle, as well. They’ve never been pushy about added services. Tim is always very nice and helpful!

I called on Thursday before Labor Day weekend, and I was advised to bring my truck for diagnosis on the Tuesday immediately following Labor Day. Their diagnosis was on Tuesday within just two hours of me bringing it to them. Their recommendation was spot on and they ordered parts same day, which were delivered just two hours before closing time. Wednesday morning I returned with my truck for repairs and a few other diagnoses were conducted. I had great conversations with Tim about price quotes, scheduling shop time, and diagnoses and no overselling. The technician / mechanic has completed a FANTASTIC job. This shops shuttle service was EXCELLENT. Thank you all for my much needed truck repairs, with great communication & honesty.

They found it needed just a few small things done, and so we decided to take it back to them to get everything up to speed the next day. The price was right and the service was excellent. As others have mentioned, theres also a courtesy shuttle, which was very convenient, as my husband was at work all day and not able to give me a ride. Scheduling the appointment at a time I wanted was seamless, the service was exceptional and so was the shuttle service. It’s not a hole in the pocket and the team is very diligent letting you know the cost of repair and service. They don’t surprise you with any costs! My wife and I have been customers of Elite Auto Repair for nearly two years. We used to take our vehicles to the dealership for regular maintenance and other needed repairs but never felt good afterwards. We’d wonder if we had paid too much or had we been pressured into a repair we didn’t need or need yet. Elite Auto Repair can perform the suggested regular scheduled maintenance as well as other repairs. One of the things that we love about Elite is that they perform checks whenever you bring in your car and inform you as to what they checked, what they found and what you should do and when. For example I had my oil changed and they checked the engine and compartment air filters and informed me that they were getting dirty but should be okay until my next scheduled oil change. That’s usable info because if you are on a tight budget you know what’s needed and how much time you may have to plan for the extra expense. That’s customer service. They also have loaner cars. Last but not least, there’s a couple folks there that are Ohio State Buckeyes fans and always make me feel special. I live a five minute drive from Elite Auto Repair but I would travel across town for this kind of service.

I took my Audi into this shop because my Audi shop had closed. Let me tell you, if I knew that there was such a great shop this close I would’ve taken my car here from the start! They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They gave me progress updates throughout the day and had my car back to me the same day; my car had a bunch of issues and now its feels like a new car.Now that I’ve been here I’m actually glad my Audi shop closed because this shop is so much better. Excellent customer service! I dropped my truck off around 11am to do a front end alignment, and oil change. The staff is extremely friendly, listened to the problems I was having and suggested the best course of action to fix the issues. I got a call about 2:30 saying everything was complete, but I couldnt pick up the truck until after they closed. They were nice enough to leave the keys in a secure place for me to pick it up at my convenience. Great shop I know I can trust!
