2010 Min Copper JCW(This was a few years ago)I was sure I had this diesel issue when starting my JCW, or a motor mount going or something. Sounded really bad starting, and would get better as the car warmed up. if I let the clutch in at low revs, sounded like something was groaning/waling. Anyway I took it to LeSueur Car sales (great dealer BTW, Tempe,Az) to have them look at it.They worked on it most of the day and was planning to keep it overnight, as they couldnt find anything wrong and had to remove many parts to see the last motor mount. 30 minute later they called and it was fixed. They found a socket from some old oil change or something (Mini dealer Im sure) that managed to get lodged into the motor mount! LOL!They only charged me $46, which was a great deal considering the work they did!This was my first JCW and I bought it used. I just assumed the engine sounded a little rattly compare with my old Cooper S. Wow what a difference!Anyway. my issue may not be standard, but it really did sound like a diesel. Just goes to show anything can happen.I would have never found the issue and Im sure if I took it to a real Mini Dealer it would have been $1000 or more and would have probably replaced the wrong thing and noise would still be there.I was really happy LeSueurs mechanics kept at it till they figured it out.I highly recommend them!

Bought a corvette from them, the week I received it, I had to have all fluids clutch, oil, transmission fluid. The oil level was at 23% when I got it. Clutch fluid dark black completely drained pretty much the clutch felt like the gas pedal. Brownish transmission fluid. They just washed it and sent it over. So couple hundred $ in tools and material haven’t even made the first payment yet.

It was a totally new experience for me to purchase a car ONLINE and never see it in person before purchasing, only through pictures. I was very nervous that I will receive something not as described. Whole purchase and delivery was handled by Steve. Im very pleased that Steve was very professional and helpful in everything. As far as I know its a family owned business and hes one of the brothers who owns it. After the car was delivered, it was missing a 2nd set of floor mats. I bought a car from LeSueur in 2018. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Price of vehicle was as advertised, stress free test drive, no hidden dealership fees, and not held hostage at the dealership for hours on end. In total I spent about maybe two hours at the dealership. Testing a couple of cars, talking with Steve LeSueur about price ect. Let them get the financing completed over a couple of day period. By Friday everything was set to go. Price, payment, and terms of the loan were prefect. I even got an amazing extended warranty added on since the Pathfinder was a buyback. Ive only had to use the extended warranty one time to date. That whole process was extremely stress-free. The service department took care of everything that I needed and the repairs were completed at no cost to me. I have referred a couple of friends to LeSueur and they really enjoyed the stress-free experience. I will be purchasing my next vehicle with LeSueur without a doubt. Great car buying experience. Steven was very helpful and prompt. Their website has all the upfront pricing without hidden fees. Im 2,000 miles from Tempe, AZ so this is the first time Ive bought a vehicle without seeing it or test driving it. Their website had 60 well composed photos showing everything. There was one minor scuff on the inside drivers door but that was shown in the photos, so no surprises. Steven was very willing to go over the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb over the phone with me. When I took delivery of the vehicle, (it was 2 days early!), it was exactly as Steven had described. No undisclosed dings or scratches. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely call Steven when its time for our next vehicle.

We were in the market for a specific car as a second vehicle and LeSueur had one we really liked from the description and pictures online so that is how we discovered LeSueur.So I placed a call to LeSueur and was put through to Kyle who from that call forward did everything he could to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and everything that goes with the purchase of a vehicle. We traveled about 35 miles to see the car and when we arrived there it was not cooling properly so we could not test drive it the way we would have liked, ( as it was aprox.115 out) we know Kyle must have felt terrible about this but it happens. But still he offered to get the car in for service and have it brought to us so we would not have to make the return drive from the west valley to see it again. I said to him, but I am still not sure if we want it and he said no problem after they deliver it tomorrow test drive it if you are not happy then no hard feeling I will simply have the lot attendant bring it back (again 35 miles) if we decide we want to move forward with the purchase they will bring the documents for us to sign along with them. Now I am in my 60s and have been purchasing cars both new and preowned for over 40 years and I have never had any car dealership go to such measures to make a customer happy as they do at LeSueur. When they advertise that you are treated like family, they truly mean it! I can honestly say that if I find myself in the market for a quality preowned vehicle I will look nowhere else other than LeSueur. And yes we purchased the car and we are very pleased and we will recommend anyone and everyone looking for quality cars and quality, honest, morally responsible service like it used to be look no further than LeSueur Car Company.

This was an excellent car buying expierience. Considering I had trouble with both my insurance and bank during the process (unrelated to the company or car), these guys were very paitent and understanding, and knew their stuff about lemmon laws (and LeSueur is known for selling mostly lemmon lawed cars). I would reccomend this company to anyone looking for a nice car at a great price. They ARE a bit lax on covid precautions, but will wear masks if you ask them too.

These guys know their stuff. The first time I went here they fixed my problem at no charge. It was just a connection that had come loose. My most recent visit was a little more serious but, they did the job and the stayed right on the quote. The car is running great and they will be my go to for anything Mini related going forward. Watch out for this company, dont go for the good deal it will cost you in the long run. We bought a buyback truck from them with the story of alignment issue and replaced comp board. Turns out the whole def system with the diesel is an issue (and still is, was not fixed). Buy with caution and always do a carfax because they will lie through their teeth. Buying many cars from auction and giving you a BS back story on the vehicle. Learn from our mistake. Better yet find a reputable dealer to buy from. These people are snakes.

Great folks and great cars. Ultimately didnt buy a car from them, but it was only because we found an alternative make and model we preferred elsewhere. We test drove a 17 Camry from the lot and it was clean and great all around. No doubt that they provide quality cars, they just didnt have quite the perfect car for us. I love the deals this place offers. Autos are dealership buybacks but if you do proper research you can get a car that lasts many years. My last purchase from here is going on three years with no issues. They are very patient with you and dont force you to do anything you dont want or arent comfortable doing. I am very dissatisfied with this company and their lack of professionalism. I started the process of purchasing a car (long distance) and had come to a price agreement with the General Manager Kris, I had signed a purchase agreement and put him in contact with my bank. The next day he called and told me they sold the car to someone else?! His demeanor was shocking like oh well sorry, being the General Manager youd think hed offer to make it right, by selling me the most similar car at the same price, oh no he refused. Awful service!IN RESPONSE TO DEALER:All I see is your company making excuses instead of taking full responsibility. Kris emailed me today with a bunch of excuses ex. If I had been at work today it would have worked out different...umm ok how is that my fault or my problem? The company states they never heard back from the credit union, that is false. If anything I asked Kris to touch base and looped him in on emails and he never did. The status in emails was CRYSTAL CLEAR if Kris had only bothered to read his emails. I have all of these and can post them if need be. This was a complete failure and negligent on the dealerships end and I absolutely believe you should eat the difference, but Ill walk away even for a discount this place feels shady and not people I want to do business with

I found the car I was looking for on Auto Trader and it lead me to this dealership. The car was as described in the ad. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. They let me look at the car without hounding me and only got involved when I asked them to. I wanted the vehicle inspected by a third-party and they were more than willing to accommodate. Financing was very easy and straightforward. No games, no hard selling, no deceptive add-ons. I appreciate that.I dont buy many vehicles, so my experience is somewhat limited, but this was far better than any corporate dealership experience Ive had in the past and far better than dealing on Craigslist with flaky sellers and shady amateur dealers.

I came from out of town to purchase a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from LeSuer last fall, and had a pleasant experience working with Riley, the salesman. They even picked me up from the airport. I had one minor issue with the vehicle the day I drove it off the lot while headed for home, and LeSuer even reimbursed me for the repair work. Do recommend.

The customer service and politeness is appreciated, especially when youre used to dealing with used car guys named Punjabbadeep Hamidal Singh Al-Mooksa affectionately calling you my friend ad nauseum 5 minutes after meeting you for the first time, then chasing you off the lot with a pointy stick in one hand and your finance contract in the other when you ask to see the Carfax. Offers on trades are sadly disappointing. Used cars are just that, used. A few purely cosmetic bumps and bruises that can be fixed on the cheap by any well connected dealer do not drop values by 20-30%, sorry. Im going to Cactus Jacks instead, hell do me right! Im just kidding, I wouldnt buy a car wash from a guy named Cactus Jack much less a vehicle. OK guys, have fun over there. Until next time.

I had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my entire life at LeSueur Car Company. And I have been buying cars for approx. 45 years. I was initially greeted by Asada who was most agreeable though I was only interested in one particular vehicle and had very limited time that day as I was on my way to another appointment. She was direct and astutely picked up that I do not respond well to high pressure sales tactics and recommended that I speak to Kyle. I called back two days later and finalized the deal over the phone in about ten minutes with Kyle who was very straightforward and easy to work with. There was no misdirection or attempts to up-sell. I picked the car up later that same morning and was on my way in approx. 30 minutes, I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely visit again should the need arise.

We were staying in Eagar for a couple of days and our car broke down and had to be towed. We thought it was the fuel pump. (Keegan at Springerville Wrecking was great for the tow!) Initially when I went in the a.m. they were very busy and said it might be the next day before they could get to it. I explained that we were staying at a nearby motel and would appreciate whatever they could do to get to it. By lunchtime they called and said the car was fixed. It was only a sensor. They charged me $30 and we were on our way! Very honest and accommodating. The front office ladies were also great! Would recommend them to anyone!

We found the car on autotrader. Called and asked for the out the door price. Went in an hour later and bought the car. The best part was I was expecting a 4.5% Apr and my guy for me a 3.89% Apr. With out me asking for him to do it for me. It was the absolute easiest and most relaxing experience I have ever had.

Just got a tint and my headlight replaced on my Audi A6. Tint turned out perfect and they were able to do it same day. My experience was great but when they were showing me the tint when I came and picked it up they noticed a dent on the side of car from when I ran into a pole. Steven then ran over and got his buffer rag and solution and buffed out the scratches. Talk about going above and beyond! Great people that work there!

Oustanding experience all around. Great, honest service in a very friendly atmosphere. Fantastic, diverse inventory and no pressure sales. A breath of fresh air from your standard dealerships. I found the prices to be extremely competitive and it seems they specialize in buying fleet cars from the big dealers and turning them around with extremely low miles. I got my 2018 Nissan leaf with just three hundred miles on it for way under cost of a 2019. Couldnt recommend this family business enough.

I ended up getting the vehicle somewhere else due to color selection, but Steve was great, very helpful, non pushy and the price was very competitive. They also let you test drive the car on your own. I would definitely consider them for my next purchase!

If you are looking for factory refurbished VWs or Mini Cooper vehicles that come with full warranty this is an excellent place to shop. They explain what each of their additional services are (extended warranty, dent repair, tire repair, etc.) so you can decide what you do and dont need.Their selling and trade in prices are fair, and they are a low pressure dealership, and they have an excellent service center.I purchased a 2015 VW GTI with 19k miles from them in 2016, and just purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper S convertible with 3k miles.I would do business with them again.
