Went into Rons Tire this morning with my RV wheel and asked about service on the wheel. The parking lot was completely full, so I expected them to be way to busy to help me out. They told me to bring it around back and within an hour had identified that it was my valve stem. They fixed it and didnt charge me for the fix at all. Great work, and got the RV where I needed to. Thank a bunch Rons Tire! Definitely use this business!

I HAD MY VEHICLE TOWED TO RONS. THE GLASS ON MY VEHICLE BACK PASSENGER AND REAR GLASS WHERE BROKEN IN TO, AND MY WORK TOOLS WHERE STOLEN!! WHILE RONS HAD IT IN THERE CARE TO FIX!! AND I WAS CALLED THREE DAYS LATER!! 3 DAYS TO TELL ME WE HAVE SIGNS UP AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO YOU VEHICLE. WELL I DIDNT PARK IT, RONS HAD THE KEYS! THIS IS HORRIBLE RESPONSIBILITY!!!

I have a 1995 Corvette that I bought online last summer, the car is a 60K mile beautiful unrestored survivor, however, it had one big issue, it vibrates at freeway speeds very bad, I have taken it to several tire stores and garages and spent a ton of money with no good results over the last 6 months. Finally I called Tom at Rons and ask them to check it out. They fixed it for a couple hundred dollars and it now drives great. Rons shop found the problem when the high priced Specialty Shops didnt. If you have car trouble in the East Valley you need to call Rons, period!!!

Very friendly people over at Ron’s. It was my first time coming into their shop and they easily have won my reoccurring business. Kai took care of me and was super helpful. I didn’t catch the other mechanic’s name that I spoke to but he was also so courteous.I never write reviews but I found it necessary this time after having such a great experience at Ron’s.

I had oil leaking from the valve cover gaskets and this shop did a great job at diagnosing and fixing the problem for ~$400. However, they stripped the bolts and overtightened them and now several years later, oil is leaking again.The new shop (out of state) I went to showed me the stripped bolts and said theres nothing they can do, the previous shop messed up. After calling Rons to see what they can do, they simply said Too bad and they are not offering any sort of solution.Final Review: stay away from this shop. Their technicians must not be trained properly and their management is not interested in standing by their work.

Dropped my van off to get 2 new tires. When I came back I was charged for double what I was told and wasn’t given an itemized billing before they charged my card. Turns out they didn’t listen and put 4 new tires on. No apologies or discount given. Incredibly shady and horrible customer. Will not do business with them again.

Very reliable service. They have great retention, so the person who worked on your car last oil change is probably the same person who will do the next one. That kind of consistency is nice. Plus the waiting room is super friendly, even for long waits.

Rons is my Go To place for vehicle services and adding new items/components to my vehicles all the way from our 1956 to our 2019 cars/suvs and even RV.

The men were very nice and picked me up when my car lost all power on the side of the road very near their location and they drove me home I paid $650.00 for new alternator and battery and now the very next day lost all power in car again and was stranded on the side of the highway and waited an hour for a tow truck to pick me up. Needless to say I am very unhappy. What did I pay $650.00 for? Ill follow up and tell you all how and if they rectify this situation. I hope I can come back and report something good.Here is my update: The person who replace my alternator and battery didnt notice a cable that connects them had become useless. They found the issue and took care of it immediately. They didnt charge me to replace it and they drove me to and from work. I am extremely satisfied with how they took care of it. I know anyone can over look something, its unfortunate that when a mechanic over looks something a person can become stranded on the side of the road. I would have given them a 5 if I hadnt gotten stranded on the side of the road. They are also very professional, polite, respectful. The have done right by me.

Everyone at this establishment is professional, courteous and friendly. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, with complementary snacks, including bananas and apples. Not to mention, very reasonably priced quotes. Will definitely go back for more business.

Man I so disappointed, I was so happy to find a new mechanic and auto shop that did great service and her is I am picking up my truck and it has not moved. I had my Air conditioner done set my Bluetooth not working, they put a new one in but it not blowing like it was prior to me giving it to them. I took back to have them look at it and I keep my seat and knobs like I had them and nothing was moved, I am 6’7, the mechanic‘s maybe 5’7... why lie and say you took it on a test run when you did not... this not the 1st time with them ether

These guys are awesome! They were very honest and I had great customer service from start to finish. I originally went to a different tire shop and was told that my tire was irreparable, they then tried to sell me new tires. I decided to give these guys a shot and they found that the tire tube wasnt even punctured. They put the wheel back on and buttoned up the spare and I was out the door in no time. All free of charge. I cant recommend them enough and will definitely be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ron’s is the best. I’ve never had such great service at an auto shop. I was shocked when I got the keys to my car back to hear that they weren’t going to charge me for a tire rotation (I didn’t even get my tires there). Also- big comfy chairs to sit in while sipping vanilla flavored hot coffee, enjoying free snacks AND watching The Office in a spotless waiting room?! I can’t imagine a better scenario for waiting on my car. I will most definitely return!

While making a trip from Scottsdale to Tucson noticed I had a nail in my brand new tire. Happened across Rons and happy I did. They swapped my spare in 10 minutes allowing me to make my appointment on time. Great guys, great service, and free beer!

These guys were super nice. They put my spare tire on for free but I didnt end up purchasing a tire from them because I forgot I had a warranty deal with Discount Tire. Because of their good service though I will come back for any other automotive needs.

Great service and very professional. I drove out for spring break with the family and noted my wheels were out of balance. I called them up, they had the best price for the wheel balancing so I scheduled an appt. I arrived at my appt time and gave him my keys. He was very welcoming. The shop had plenty of seating with snacks and water. They took my 4runner back immediately and the work was done quickly. I have to say this was the best service I have gotten at a auto shop. The 4runner rides great now after the service. Just wanted to say thank you guys for the great service. I highly recommend this shop.

I called to get pricing for several preventative maintenance services. The prices were in line with other quotes I had been given from other repair shops. Rons even offered a discount since I was doing several repairs at once. The price they quoted was the price I paid. No hidden fees! The car was ready when they said it would be, too! Staff was very nice and I never felt like they were going to try and take advantage of me. Awesome waiting area! I will come back to Rons again and I would recommend them to anyone, including my family!! Fair pricing, quality work and friendly, sincere staff. This is the way all auto repair shops should be.

Just got my brakes done here. Truly one of the last small businesses that cares about their customers. Did a great job. Lots of delicious snacks in the waiting area. The owner introduced himself to me and I will be customer for life based on how well they treated me. I’m not a fan of corporate shoos that don’t care and hire any mechanic. These guys all get along and work as a team. I am a real customer and can verify that. Im sending all my friends and family here.

We were really happy to find Rons tire after having underwhelming results at other tire chains where they are always trying to upsell you services you may or may not need. Their ratings are great (again especially compared to the chain tire stores) and now we know why. My van tire sensor warning came on and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday when we needed to leave town. They checked things over, removed a staple from the tire and made sure there was no damage. They did all this and didnt charge us. They were prompt, courteous and professional. My husbands cars tire light has come on and we know exactly where to go.

Best car repair place ever!First time I went Tom quoted me a price for a tire replacement and I walked out paying exactly that! The last chain place I went to I walked out paying more than twice the quote because they didnt tell me they also charged for mounting, etc.Last time they got me in on a Saturday because my starter was broken, so who knows if I could have gotten it back there another day. Tom then quoted me a price and when I called back to pay the price was actually lower than the quote!The quality is top notch and the honesty is so refreshing. I wont go anywhere else.

These guys are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. They worked with me the whole way to get my Jeep running again and aligned correctly. I would highly recommend them. They definitely went above and beyond and spent several hours working on my truck that they did not charge because they said they stand by their quote and they do. Great team to work with.

I have been going to this place for years even paid $6,500 cash to get my engine fixed. I thought I could trust Jason he seemed very honest and god knows its hard to find a trust worthy mechanic. A few months ago my check engine light came on so I took it in. Jason said I needed a catalytic converter and that it was going to cost me $1,400 I didnt have the money that day so I said I would bring it back in a week or two. Well a week went by and I kept driving it. I was due for my emissions test so I called him and told him I was bringing it in the next day. Well my check engine light went off. I found that strange since Jason said I needed a new catalytic converter. Things just didnt add up so instead of taking my car into Rons Tire Factory I went straight to get my Emissions test and guess what I PASSED!. I asked the guy if I needed a new catalytic converter would I have passed. He said no your check engine light would be on and we cant pass a car with a check engine light. I was so livid. I went to work and called Jason since all my calls are recorded at work. I asked him hey are you sure I need a new catalytic converter and he said, Without a doubt yours is messed up and that he would be careful driving it. I was so upset. I trusted Jason and he clearly was a liar and trying to make a quick buck. I hung up, I needed to calm down. I called him a week later and told him he was a liar he told me that I must of got it fixed because his mechanics never make mistakes like that. What a joke...The nerve of him I then questioned him about the $6,500 I gave him cash to fix my engine. Of course he said he didnt lie about that. Jason is a con artist. This is his thing you take your car in he brings you back a bogus part and says look this is whats wrong.. Dont fall for his crack head hustling antics get a second opinion if your going to go here. I advise no one to use this place unless you want to be conned. Dont fall for his fake kindness. He is clearly a profound tweeker who takes money from people by showing them a part from a car that you dont even know is from your car or not and says if you pay me in cash I can give you a discount. I hope the owner reads this so he can know how his business is being run by a liar drug addict. Sad wonder how many innocent people he has ripped off?

Love this auto company today i was so stressed about my backlight being out and they were able to accommodate their busy schedule and got me in and out Thank you so much Tom,Ron and auto technicians, they are all honest workers !!! My mind is now at ease 😀

Brought my 2000 Honda Accord in for a timing belt replacement and they were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Also had an issue with a leak in the power steering system and they took care of that as well.

Took 24 hours to change a single tire even though I dropped my car off the day before. Every phone call ended with no answers and a promise to call back. At 1pm I was told 3:15. At 2 I was told 4:15, because suddenly the warehouse had people closer to them they wanted to deliver to first .When i questioned it and complained I was told they could put my spare on so I could take it someplace else Like I had time to start all over. My car was finally ready at 5:15pm and I had to juggle my own appointments, which had been purposely scheduled for after my car was suppose to be done. I picked it up at 5:45pm without so much as a simple apology for the hassle and ridiculous length of time.

Car was over heating, pulled off the 101 and there was the shop! They added coolant for free and quoted me a reasonable price for repairs. Will definatley go back. Great service.

Rons is the place to go for tires. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. When you buy tires from them they offer free rotation. I have bought a set from them and am very happy with the service they provide. Check them out. They have coffee too while you wait. What more could you ask for.

$700 for a $400 clutch job on a 2001 Honda Civic. It was unbelievably tight...took about a week to even start to break it in. When I went back and talked to the mechanic he said ...felt fine to me and I drive clutch every day! He was like 25-30. Im 49 and learned to drive a clutch when I was 16. It was NOT fine.
