This was a terrific MB repair shop. I was from out of town and the my car suddenly broke. The staff here were extremely helpful and most importantly honest. They got my E550 fixed and on the road in 1 day. Their fees where extremely reasonable for the work I had done. I highly recommend Star. Bill Nolan

Unfortunately I parted ways with my previous Mercedes shop that my family has been using for 30 years. As much as I hate to say it, had I known Star Service along w/ Jerry and his crew were out there in Tempe (which is on the other side of town for me) I would have done it a long time ago.Jerry and Si fixed an idle problem that no one had seemed to be able to fix for the last 20 years, fixed an A/C leak, fixed the brake system and did some other work for me all at a very reasonable cost. I should also mention, they did replace and fix several minor issues they came across while working on the vehicle at NO COST!I cant recommend these guys enough and from now on, Ill be making the drive to Tempe when I need any work done on this car.

Si and Jerry are honest, straight forward with an amazing ethical and professional attitude and passion that unfortunately has subsided in the automotive independent service industry. I have been bringing my Mercedes there for 15 years+. I recommended them to my mom and would recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you Si and Jerry.

If you need work or service done on your Mercedes Im not sure I would consider any other place in AZ. We have been coming here for more than a decade 5 different cars. we moved across the state and makes the driver whenever needed well worth it great people excellent work

The mechanics are trained to work on Mercedes. They are fast and do a fantastic job. I have never had a complaint with the work they have done. They do the work for a reasonable price. Much less expensive than the dealership. They explain the work that they do and what needs to be done Jerry is very personable and he will work with you no matter what needs to be done on your car.

I am new to the Phoenix Metro area and I was very skeptical with trusting my E-350 to just anyone. I first visited the shop to get a quote and feel for the atmosphere. After visiting many other shops, Jerry with Star Service definitely had the best customer service and very knowledgeable about Mercedes. If you are a woman who get tired of service repair shops giving you astronomical repair prices you should try Star Service, they are very honest.

If you Own a Mercedes you are going to be hard pressed to find more knowlegeable technicians! Si, Jerry and Kyle have over a hundred years experience between the 3 of them, and have always provided me with at least 3 options on how to remedy what ever issues one of my cars threw at them, and sometimes that would be the hard truth that a car should just not be fixed as it would not be cost effective.Now I should add that I have owned over 30 MBs over the last 20 years and I have brought them everything from a 1961 220s Fintail to a 2004 230c Kompressor and they have been able to service all and stand behind their work keeping my fleet of cars running strong and reliable! Ive taken many of my cars(1984 500sec, 1989 560sec, 1982 300sd, 1988 300td)on road trips over 5000miles in the summertime with not a worry because i know my cars have been properly maintained with Star!So get aquainted with Star they will make your car and your wallet very happy! Also will educate you if you seek MB knowlege!

Jerry is the best! He does all he can to keep costs down and is great with the repairs. He has made the restoration of my 300D a dream with his hard work. He goes above and beyond with the service he has provided to me since I first took my car to his facility. I honestly believe people should buy a used Mercedes that needs repairs just so they can have the ability to interact with Jerry. I tell as many people as I can about the shop so they can know how much money they will be able to save and the level of service they will receive. If you read this review and are wondering where to take your Mercedes...take it to this service center. I am not sure words can convey the esteem I hold for Jerry and his business.

Im so disappointed i gave this guy a good review he screwed me! my issue was the car would die and i leaked oil..i told him might be battery or alternator..he charged me 400 for battery n to fix oil leak ..ok right when i drove a mile oil light came on he said light didnt come on for him umm he should have checked oil level next day my car dies n i had to get towed to his shop.he then said he put it on tester n he charged me another 220 when my boyfriend picked u my car the engine light was on and my car still was dying on me ..after i had enough he says it might be my key!!!! That he says he cannot do ..i have 2 go to dealership..he could have told me 340 dollars ago.Big Mistake takibg ur Mercedes-Benz here im warning you so if u get screwed its ur own fault
