I stared going to Rob when I lived in Tempe on recommendation of a neighbor. Ive moved but continue to make the trip to Rob. I trust him to keep our Honda Elements happy. Over the years he also did great with Silverado truck and Mini Cooper S.

Stopped by, without appointment, but Rob was more than accommodating to help with a check engine light and air bag light. Straight shooter, great guy. I asked for a quick possible diagnosis from the codes so I could see what to do next, then he also put the codes into context. No charge even after I tried to pay something. Rob is honest, straight forward about what repairs need to be done and hes cheaper than what the dealer quoted. We will definitely continue to use him if/when issues arise with our vehicle.

Just today, I went over to Robs shop to give me an estimate to fix my broken window. I was referred to him by another mechanic who said he is good and reputable. The motor went out while my window was rolling down. On top of that, my son broke it even more by trying to fix it and popped out the window off its tracks :( Also, this did not allow me to go any where because I could not lock my vehicle. While assessing the malfunction, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot!! I could not believe it! Not only did I get to have my vehicle in use again, he was so kind about it and wouldnt accept a payment. I could not say enough of his honest reputation that precedes him and of his work.
