I literally just called this business to inquire about my factory warranty on my vehicle and how it can be used. I don’t know the name of the gentleman that answered the phone, but I was very friendly and just wanted to find out if my factory warranty covered having my bulbs replaced. His demeanor was very rude and unprofessional. I just called to be educated and let them know what information I had just so I would know what to expect. He was so unpleasant that I had to let him know before I hung up the phone but being the nice guy that I am, I still thanked him. This should not be the experience of a potential new customer. Although I couldn’t use my warranty for something as simple as having a headlight replaced, I would have still wanted to have my car serviced here, but this experience made me take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Called at 12 for an oil change lady said yea come on in, we got to the place at 1230 same lady denied us for service but they dont close till 3? Doesnt make sense. Very dissapointed should of said no on the phone and not wasted my time and my gas.

They took care of me early Monday morning and I had everything handled by Monday afternoon
