I had an appointment for my cars (bought there) first service. When I got there to get the service I was told that the wait time was up to 4 hours. This was for an oil change with tire rotation and checking the fluids. I dont understand the point of having an appointment if I would have to wait 4 hours for something that can be done in less then an hour (being generous). The reason for two stars rather then one is that the people were nice.

Bought a vehicle from this location. Service department is constantly unavailable, unresponsive, over promises and under delivers. I even sent a lengthy email to the service manager and never received a response. I will not buy another vehicle from here, as I can’t believe the experiences from the service department. Go somewhere else

I was told multiple times that my car would be done at the latest Tuesday afternoon and have had to call 4 separate times on that Tuesday to have them finally tell me at 5pm (when they close at 7) that my car won’t be available until Wednesday. Apparently it’s done but they need to drive it to make sure that everything is okay. Perfectly understandable. What is not perfectly understandable is when they tell me it was running an hour ago and I can’t have it until 10 am tomorrow. So it takes more than 3 hours to take a test drive in a car? Honestly unacceptable. Glad my cars going to be fixed after this because I will not be taking my business back here.

By the far the best Nissan dealership in the Valley. I have been to every Nissan in the valley and the customer service, professionalism and friendliness is above average here. I will only bring my Nissan for service here and buy/upgrade my Nissan from here!!!!

I took my car in to be fixed after an absolute nightmare of an experience with a local auto repair shop.... No point going into detail as my car is now running like new after rightfully trusting nissan to fix the issue and additional mistakes made by the previous auto repair shop. I am kicking myself for not taking it here initially and saving myself the hassle of 2.5 months of back and forth with the first place for a job done wrong.Its worth the slightly higher price with the Nissan service professionals to get it done right the first time. I will continue to trust this nissan service center with my car for all future maintenance and repairs.Anastacia was so knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. The manager Mike was also genuinely helpful and friendly as well as the other service associate whose name I unfortunately cant remember.I would give this place 10 stars if that was an option.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.My experience was exceptional considering I had to drop another grand on my car.

Ordered a bumper, came two weeks later than i was originally quoted just to find out it had been sitting in the warehouse for a week when i picked it up, as well as it not coming with any moldings that i was told were with the facia.

Their service is good but it is costly. When checking online they say 45$ for oil change that includes inspection and a complimentary car wash. I am using their service for last 2 years and I never paid less than 65$ for just oil change

This is a recount of my first experience at this Nissan Service Center. I went in today to diagnose my Nissan Cube 2010 and was helped by Service Advisor Shannon Weisbeck. When I finally get my car back and paid the +$100, the grill in the front of the car is missing. I called in around 4:40PM (they close at 7PM) to see if anyone can help find the missing part that they lost but apparently no one can take a look to find my missing part. Im extremely upset and disappointed with Nissans lack of support for the customer. I hope in the future all of the service team (mechanics, front desk clerks, etc.) will be more responsible and have more training in customer service skills.

What a nightmare! Not only are they very expensive and they take too long, they also made unapproved fixes trying to charge me nearly $200 extra (nice try, I didnt allow them to get away with that). Make certain, you get your estimate and approved fixes in writing or they will take advantage of you. I will never take my vehicle to a dealer to get serviced again, that was a costly mistake.

AutoNation Nissan has a chill service department. Jake and Jim do good work, and the other service advisors, cashiers, and shuttle drivers are always fast, polite, and cordial.

I went to this location for an oil change & tire rotation. I paid for an oil change & tire rotation only to have to return the next day because the tire rotation wasnt done.

The service seemed a bit delayed to me, the employee told me that in an hour the car would be ready and spend 3 hours well ... I understand that it is because of Covid and they do not have enough staff, otherwise I trust that they have done their work honestly since I pay $ 400.00 and more dlls.
