My 2nd Giulia Ive purchased and Im having a ton of electrical problems. My original service provider Kyle (?) Disappeared on me. They said the car was fixed and the console went out not even half a block away from the dealership. I immediately brought it back and Alex was very nice but literally did nothing to make this right. I had made 3 or 4 trips to this dealership from almost 200 miles away (so like 400 miles round trip). Ive got to go back yet again, because 2 months after another fix the console is out again.What can I do to make this right? They asked me. I said how about a free oil change/maintenance since Ive almost used 1,500 miles in traveling to get this fixed. I was told I dont think we can do that.Additionally, Alex stated that my trunk was misaligned and that it could be fixed while it was in the shop awaiting other repairs. That wasnt done at all. The service department here has dropped the ball. Even the salesman, Daniel Jordan, is garbage. Same day I purchased the car, I got an error. I messaged him asking for advice and Ive not heard a reply since.Ive had this car for 6 months and 1.5 of those months Ive had to drive a rental, granted it was provided and paid for by Bill Luke.

Purchased a very low-mileage pre-owned 500X at a great price online and completed the pickup at the dealer a few days later. Prior to our arrival, the service department took care of an open recall on the radiator fan that the prior owner had failed to act on.When we arrived, everything was explained to us in detail including various extended warranties (we always opt in on them) and they gave us a tour of the vehicle so we would be familiar with its features before driving home.UPDATE: Two-and-a-half years later we are still very satisfied with the 500X and the service department whenever we go in for maintenance.

We originally choose Bill Luke due to the wide range of used cars we were interested in. We were greeted by Daniel and he spent hours in the heat allow long us to test drive several different cars. He had good knowledge and insight on each car. We felt very little pressure while decided on the right car for us. After sleeping on the decision we returned the next day. Daniel walked us through all the necessary paperwork. Alex the finance manager did an excellent job of explaining all the options but didn’t pressure us to purchase something we did not want. It was a pleasant car buying experience, we would highly recommend Daniel and Alex at Bill Luke of Tempe.

My service advisor is Kyle and I am bringing all my vehicles here now.I brought a vehicle here thats been sitting for months we had no idea what all was wrong with it and I asked for an oil change the window clip repairs that I knew needed to be done and a bumper to bumper inspection and they came back and told me that there was nothing else wrong with my vehicle it just needed the oil change and the filters.Im impressed so for that I will be going back to them.I feel like mechanics are always looking for additional work and extra stuff to be done. Kyle was super kind when I showed up and took the time to talk to me and walk the vehicle, gave me a heads up at the cost that I would probably be looking for for the window replacements and it ended up coming in less than that which is always nice, so I will be going back there for service and possibly for my next vehicle.

I had purchased a vehicle from one of the salesman here, who has initially told me that the tires that were on the vehicle were new, however the tread on the tires was 2/32, and they eventually stopped holding air in them about 2 months after purchasing the vehicle. Initially the sales person was very rude, however Gary was very nice and took a look at the vehicle and replaced the faulty tires on the vehicle. Alex also gave very good information with recommendations on upgrades I’d like to do to the vehicle. If there is an issue that you have, I’d recommend not speaking with your sales associate and going to the service department or speaking with Gary or Alex, they are very helpful.

Theyre not bad but they dont call back. Ive been waiting for parts for my car. I called 2 times after not hearing from them in a week so then by the end of the second week I drove to the location and got answers. Theyre helpful when youre right in front of their face but if youre out of sight youre out of mind and they dont care.

Left my vehicle for a quick fix, as the service manager put it. And over a week later nothing is fixed, and cant get a word from anyone about the vehicle. Have left multiple voicemails that never get responded to. Even text the manager to see what is going on and only get updates hours after closing telling me the obvious that my car is not done. Through this experience the only info I got from them was that they wanted to have me pay $50 for new wiper blades. In the past had good experiences with them, but if this is how they are when it comes to fixes, dont bother. They just want to gouge you on cost, and then fail to ever properly communicate with you about you main concerns.

This dealership will forever be on my list of places I won’t even consider looking at. I expressed interest in a car from them. I spoke to Carolyn Choat on the phone Friday and told her I had decided to look at another car at a different dealership but if I decided against it I would reach out again. The next day her sales manager called me and asked me if she had been contacting me and how I felt she had been doing. He also wanted to see if I was interested in any of their cars. I told him I had already bought one elsewhere and he said he would take me off of their call list. So Monday Carolyn is still texting, calling, and even emailing me a list of cars ( which all had buyback titles). Expressing interest in a car should not entail harassment from the dealership and non stop contact after already asking to be left alone. Every other dealership I looked at stopped contacting me after friday, except this one.
