Very easy transaction. The vehicle I wanted was priced way better here than anywhere else I had seen, both privately and through dealers, and I had been looking for weeks. John and Bob were very straight forward and things could not have been smoother. Very please with my new (to me) Volvo.

Bought a vehicle from them was told by them and on their advertisement that the car had no issues and cold A/C. But that was a lie we got the car home and within less then a week we had to have the A/C charged. Within less then a month it was empty again. So back to the mechanic only to find out it needs the dash taken out and a EVAP cooler replaced for the sum of $1000. Also the suspension needs work at the cost of $2500. Do not trust this company!!!

This was a year ago but I worked with John and Bob. Got a great car at a great price and they were very nice. I normally hate working with dealers but they did an excellent job to inspire me to write them a review... which is rare for me.Fun story: I sold my car in Phoenix private party, had to Uber to Insight.. I was carless. They knew this and didnt try to gouge me. Very honest!Got on the highway with the Mazda 5 and the car started sputtering and the check engine light came on. Limped all the way back to Tucson. I dont blame them, Im sure they never took it on the highway. I put new plugs in it for $30 and it still runs like a champ 1yr later. This minor ordeal was WELL WORTH the deal I got on the car! Thanks guys!9

I purchased a 2003 A4 Audi from Colton Van and his father Bob Garrard. I bought the car and knowing it needed minor work done. Before I left there dealership Bob told me if anything major with the car give him a call or Colton and that they stand by there cars and will fix. Well there was a lot more issues with it then they said and when I tried to call, email, text, Facebook message and even wrote a email on there website, they do not return anything. Worst company to ever deal with. Do not buy a car from them.

Recently purchase a 2009 volvo c30 from them back on December 28th, 2020. while i understand that this is no major dealership i do expect them to be truthful and clear. i requested to take the car in to my mechanic for a buyers inspection and he told me that they would only take it to their mechanic that they partner with down the road and then proceeded to tell me that they already had it checked and it was road safe and ready aside from needing regular maintance (oil change, sparkplugs, tire rotation that sorta thing). well i bought the car with grass in it and the service light on. i was fine with it. the part im not fine with is that the engine light came on the next morning only to figure out that it needs a new radiator, coolant reservoir and new fuel injectors. the car was misfiring and leaking coolant down my driveway. i also noticed from the bill of sale that they marked the mileage on the car at least 1,000 miles less than the car actually had on it. everything about this situation has been sus. unless you know a thing or two about cars i would suggest buying a certified pre owned car from the actual car dealership that made the car.

Really happy with my purchase from insight motors. Colton and his dad are great guys. All their cars are priced at middle Kelly Blue Book. You don’t have to hassle with negotiations and you know you are getting a fair deal. They don’t try to sell you any extra warranties etc. I am definitely going back to purchase our next vehicle here. I tried to return my car the next day after I bought it because it started to stutter when I drove it. I called and they said theyll get back to me. They never called me back and I went down there for them to say theyll give me a discount for repairs. I paid cash and then they ignored my calls. I used my sisters phone to call them and they answered right away but the phone somehow lost connection. They sure did care. This happened a year ago now but I doubt theyve changed their ways.

I bought a 2013 BMW from them in Sept/Oct of 2018. In less than a month I was receiving “drivetrain malfunction” warnings on the car! I had to replace a faulty oil cooler. The shop discovered coolant and oil had been crossing for “some time” because of the faulty oil cooler! I was told then, the car had major drivetrain issues and was not going to last much longer! My car is inoperable now! I have a 17k bill to replace the engine and turbo on a vehicle I have only put 7k miles on and I owe 12k for! I have zero transportation to work! I am a recently divorced single mother and they sold me a vehicle they knew was in horrible condition and even told me the car was perfect and I wouldn’t need the extended protection! Lesson learned to ALWAYS protect yourself no matter what. I am beyond devastated. Take any vehicle to a dealer/mechanic and have a full diagnostic before you even consider purchasing from them! Better yet don’t purchase from them at all! They were welcoming and sweet and I believed them but it was just a quick paycheck for them at my expense.
