Was skeptical to go here because of the negative reviews but he had the car I wanted. I read ALL of the reviews and concluded that this was just one upset customer doing his best to make them look bad. So I went down and was still slightly skeptical but that ended almost as soon as I got there. Everybody was extremely nice. I honestly felt like I was amongst friends after about 5 minutes. They asked if they could help me. I told him I was there to see the porsche. You took my drivers license and came back with a license plate and the car key and told me to take it for a spin. Afterwards the paperwork was a little hectic due to my bank and not the dealership but they invested quite a bit of time trying to help me get a better rate than what I was promised by my bank. After leaving with the car my girlfriend brought me back to pick up my truck. They had her dream car there as well and they did her an awesome deal and she left with it as well. If I decide to purchase another vehicle I will definitely check with them to see if they have it before I go anywhere else

First I must disclose that prior to this transaction, I have never bought a vehicle from a 3rd party. I was recommended to this dealership from a very good friend. Knowing she wouldnt recommend or endorse a company she didnt 100% believe in and have multiple dealings with, I decided to contact Alex. He responded immediately, had the vehicle I was looking for, sent me photos of the vehicle and worked with my hectic schedule to accommodate me. I pulled in, he greeted me outside, introduced me to his staff and showed me the vehicle. I was in and out of there within an hour with the vehicle I wanted. He was not only courteous but his transparency and willingness to accommodate me speaks volumes to his personal and professional ethics. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles they sell. I will never purchase a vehicle from any other source and I cant endorse this establishment enough. I saw a 1993 Alfa Romeo Spider on their site. I called and was able to get enough information, where I now knew the car was good. But first, I had to see pictures, so they sent all the pictures I asked for.I made a deal with them, sent the money and planned my trip. I flew to Phoenix to pick up my new car. They were great to deal with and had everything ready for me. They washed the car and showed me all the features. I left very happy, stayed the week in Tempe and drove back to Los Angeles. I almost forgot; midweek, we drove up to Cottonwood to stretch her legs and to make sure there wouldnt be any surprises on the way home. She drove fine and I knew shed make it home in good shape.I highly recommend this company. They took good care of me and made my purchase a successful one.

Haven’t had a bad experience here. Bought a Mercedes a year ago from Alex and he went of his way multiple times to make sure everything was in order. Also, I am very pleased with their post purchase service if anything needs repairs/touch ups.

I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership up to this point. When issues to arise they respond promptly with fantastic customer service. He doesnt take points on the backend giving his clients the best rates possible. I have worked with 10 other dealerships through my car hobby and have never encountered someone who genuinely cares about people getting a good deal. When trading in a car he gives you top dollar substantially higher than the other dealerships in the Phoenix area. They have earned a lifelong customer.

Compared to some of the big box dealers, they are very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of through and through. Any issues with the car were quickly resolved and the vehicles are warrantied. The owner is very sensitive to constructive criticism.

I wanted to give this car-shop zero instead of one star This is my explain of this situation . I called them and asked about car, I said that I have Russian citizenship they just cut off the phone. I decided to wait for 15 min. Then I call them second time. So their manager said, that they dont want to deal with Russians and just hung up on me. This is awful . I purchased a BMW a while ago. The process was easy and the owner was very flexible on the price of the vehicle. He did everything he could to save me money. He even went as far as to make sure I didnt get a car that depreciated too quickly.

I was referred to this dealer by a friend. I ended up purchasing a Cadillac ATS and LOVED the vehicle. Red interior with black rims. Never had any issues with the car and am up to 100,000 miles on the vehicle. Sad to see that there are fraudulent negative reviews on here.

Alex has been in business almost 20 years and is a straight shooter. He gets the BEST inventory in the state and does clean honest business. Anytime I need a car, I give him a couple days and he has the car I am looking for. Color, year, make, model... you name it. A while back we needed a $5000 car, good deal, for someone at work, I referred him and he left with it that day. I am telling you. This man is a miracle worker! I flew into Phoenix from California to see a slk 300. The car was exactly as the dealer stated. Even better. The sales person (sorry I forgot his name.)was very professional and curtious. They finished my paperwork quickly. So I could get on the road back to California. Only bad thing is I wish they would have filled my gas tank. Dont believe all the bad reviews. Its not true. I will definitely recommend this company and I will return when I need another car.
