Hands down the most pleasant experience leasing a car!We walked in, told Ben our budget and we were given realistic numbers right away. My husband and I were on to signing within 20min.We were treated with respect and chatted about family our nostalgic collections! He was an absolute pleasure and super helpful.In finance we were assisted by Mani and he was hilarious. He had this prank cup of coffee on his desk that definitely got me and my husband right when we sat down lol.He assisted with all of the final details including our maintenance package and was also very respectful and professionally chill.They have a great team and I would highly recommend shopping for your car here.

Don’t bring your car here for service unless you are absolutely forced to like I was, my car broke down on a road trip from California and I was forced to bring it to the closest dealership which happened to be this one, after being quoted two weeks for a transmission replacement, I picked up my car exactly a month later, when I showed up to pick up my car my touch screen to my media center had a major defect in it that wasn’t there when I dropped off, being 400+ miles away from home I was forced to drive home and call on Monday to talk to the service manager Scott Purtle who happens to be one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with, he said give him a few days to figure out logistics to get my car fixed at a closer dealership, here we are two months later after me sending weekly emails looking for updates, he is now refusing to take care of this issue unless I come back to there location which is very unrealistic. He has ignored emails phone calls hoping I would just disappear,

Had my first service appointment and oil change and was handle flawlessly. They switched my to synthetic oil for a very reasonable price (was expecting dealer price). Additionally, they fixed a few minor things with the car under warranty all within the same day. Nick kept me informed through the day and cant knock them for doing what I would expect a dealer to do for the first service.

Nick was the person I dealt with and he took great care with me. Every charge was explained to me. I never felt pressured into purchasing more services than what I brought the car in for. I was provided a detailed invoice that itemized the services received and what needs attention going forward. The car was out the same day I dropped it off for an entire ac compressor replacement. I was thrilled with the communication and service. Major repairs suck, but it’s a part of car ownership.

Bought our car here, had a great experience during routine oil/service appointments. Our rear hatch/ lift gate broke off (strut/piston rod). Took it in to be looked at, car is 3.5 years old, 53k miles. Was told it wasn’t under warranty and had to be taken care of somewhere else. When I questioned this the service advisor began to get mad and argue telling me I broke it off. He continued to say he doesn’t know what I do with my car, or how I drive it. Driving it has nothing to do with the issue. At no point in the conversation did he try to explain anything to me. This is a liability issue since someone could get hurt from it not working properly but they did not care to explain or provide guidance. He said he didn’t know how this happens. Took it to another dealer and they explained how this happens and how to get it corrected. Thankfully there are other Kia dealers who take pride in their work and are actually knowledgeable in their field. I will not return to Tempe Kia.

My name is David Lefland and I am having trouble with Tempe Kia returning my deposit.On May 3rd I went to purchase a vehicle at Tempe Kia. I am in the process of filing bankruptcy and was told that the loan was 100% guaranteed and there would not be an issue. The loan company was waiting for an award letter from the bankruptcy trustee approving the loan. The dealership let me drive off the lot with vehicle. I received the letter after about 3 weeks and in that time, I kept asking the credit manager, David Bright, should I bring back the car. David kept responding no just hold off. I explained that I had taken a few trips and I do not want to keep driving the car if it will not be approved. He stated it is approved and not to worry. About 45 days after the purchase, the loan company had reversed their decision to fund the loan. I had put down an $850 deposit and they only refunded $350. Tempe Kia is claiming that they are charging me for detailing and mile usage and not refunding my $500.I was told that their calls are recorded, all conversations can be pulled to back up that I kept asking about turning it in. The dealership is refusing to refund the balance of my deposit.I do have the emails of correspondence between myself and dealership. I would like to see if 3 on your side could help me get back my deposit.

So dealers are a rip off usually and the rhetoric is to try to avoid them. I own my 2019 Kia Optima. I had to have some work done and I took it to the dealer for repairs. This dealer is the BEST in all the valley. I just moved here and drive 45 miles to get my car services here. I wont go anywhere else. Andres is the best service guy and I make my apps and dont have to wait. Theyre helpful and listen and I am overall happy with my experience. I will buy my next car from them and Ill make sure Andres gets something for it.

Do not take your car for service at this dealership. Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires. Invoice said they did but they didn’t. Called the dealership asked to speak to Mgr. was told he was unavailable and they would call me back it’s been 9 days and no call back. I now question as to where they replaced the oil filter. Worst dealership for service can’t be trusted to perform work requested.

Went in without an appointment for a blown tire on our Kia Sorento. Was greeted by Nick and despite being busy with appointments, was placed in the queue for replacement of damaged tire. All Tempe Kia employees were courteous and professional. The car was repaired AND washed and I was on my way a couple of hours after arriving. Truly terrific customer service.

First and foremost, Ive been in the car buying business for awhile now. So I have some good insight on whats expected in order to deserve praise. In this case, I wanna say that Im thoroughly impressed by the gentlemen David Bright and his GM Katelyn Hall. Ive been on the fence for finding the right vehicle for some time now. I was really unsure about what I was looking for this trip around. David knows his STUFF and better yet, he listens between the lines!! You can tell he knows his stuff all-around. He took the time to address all my finance questions, lead me in the right direction and most importantly, he provided market knowledge on resale values, etc (not too many salesmen do this) . Katelyn Hall isnt your typical GM neither. She actually paces the dealership making sure every person feels welcomed and appreciated. Even with her own staff thats rare from a customers viewpoint. I knew I was in the right hands the very moment I was greeted by her. Katelyn also assisted with questions and they both engaged in Small Talk. For a second, I felt like I was at a cookout, lol. David and Katelyn are rare individuals I wished every dealership had. So now Im stuck buying Kias from this point forward. We had a great experience purchasing my sons first car. They are up front with the cost and not like their competers who give a price online to get you there then say they dont have it for that price.We looked at a car at Tempe Kia and were dawn away by an add online at another dealer for a similar car. the people at tempe warned me that the price will go way up at the other dealer when I get there...sure enough it happened..I like the fact there is no dishonest game playing at this dealer and it was a painless process getting the car.

I am so impressed with Tempe Kia! They really do live up to the motto of ‘Service Beyond Your Car.’ I worked with Sales Manager John Chavez on trying to get a car over from another Kia in California & while it did not work out, his diligence & follow through was incredible! I had reached out to so many people, trying to find a solution, without any response from ANYONE other than John. The reality is, the deal may have not been anything spectacular for him had it worked out, but that even further goes to show that John’s priority is the individual & their needs rather than only being about a sale. He is a great testament to the Kia values & I cannot recommend him enough!

I was planning on buying a Honda Civic but just to be thorough I stopped in to Tempe Kia to take a look at the Forte. I was blown away at how nice the car was and the options available on the EX model. We were fortunate to find a very low mile used Forte that had everything we wanted. Jarrod Reger was our salesperson and he did a fantastic job of helping us get through the transaction as quickly and painlessly as possible. Also high marks to Jalen in the finance department. I told him up front what I wanted to do and he proceeded to help us do just that without trying to force a bunch of things we didnt want down our throats. Really happy with our new car and impressed with Tempe Kia.

Specifically in regards to the Service Department:They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed every time you come in. They are very professional and work in an efficient manor without being corporate cold. As such, you dont leave feeling like you were just another scheduled service appointment.The Service Manager, Scott Purtle, is never too busy to hear you out and take care of any concerns you may have. Im disappointed in the service I received today. I brought my car here because I felt I could trust an official dealership more than a repair shop. First issue is my alignment is still off. My car steering wheel is not straight. I also requested a inspection which I feel was not taken as serious as it shouldve been. Lastly my car had fresh paint on it and i requested the car not to be washed. This request was ignored and my car was washed. I left the dealership with the same problems I went there for.

I called to schedule an oil change & Andres helped me very efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor.He set me up an appointment on April 26th at 8:00am as I requested and then when I arrived at my Appointment the man at the desk was wonderful, quick, and very knowledgeable. Tempe Kia has done it again! This is the second new car we have bought from this dealership and I’m sure we will be back for a future purchases.Ron Vidal was the sales professional who helped us. He wasn’t just any ordinary salesman, he truly was a professional. He was able to answer all of our questions, and made our buying experience actually fun. He is an excellent communicator, and knew the car very well inside and out. We felt he had our best interest in mind and was honest with us. We felt no high pressure sales pitch from him.We also had the opportunity to work with two Finance Managers. Mani Adams helped us get started but had to leave due to a family commitment and Jalen Jackson finished up our paperwork and explained Mani’s recommendations for financing.I’d say that having a positive, personal experience with each of these three men was something we’ve not experienced before during a new car purchase. Kudos to all three of them!I love the Kia Soul. This is the third one we’ve purchased and this time we’ve gone with the Kia Soul GT model. A sportier look and definitely more pick up and go.

Test drove a car I was interested in, got private financing and later called the salesperson who helped me with the test drive. They made me apply for their credit despite already having approval on my private loan which was to be treated like a check, weird but I went along anyway.When I was sent back my payment it was over 80 dollars more than the financing company quoted me on my monthly payment. There was a discrepancy with pricing which was 3k over msrp and asked the salesperson how the math added up, there were supposed kia discounts but thw price was marked up so that the discount was basically moot.. i asked about this and the salesman Will, HUNG UP the phone and then sent a text me a few mins later with an offer for a 3 yr old used vehicle.This would have been my first time purchasing anything but a honda my whole life but after this unpleasant experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My Kia experience was absolutely fantastic today!! My girlfriend and I went into Kia to get her 2019 forte serviced, we decided to look at the show cars to get ideas about what car I might get in the future. We were interested in the 2021 Kia Sol and the 2021 Kia Seltos after looking, Our sales associate Joey Schutzius was absolutely fantastic and helpful in answering all of our questions on both cars and we even got to test drive the car even though we weren’t even looking to buy a car today! 5 Stars! Had really good service for an oil change. They offer a shuttle service via Lyft which takes as much time as other dealers shuttles take so no real difference there. Ive heard some Kia dealers can get nasty with customers but this wasnt the case at all here. In all, Im glad to have the car AND a place to take it to.

I just want to say that the staff made the process of buying my first Kia a breeze! Everyone was super friendly walking in and all of my questions were answered immediately. I was asked what I was looking and I was giving lots of options and walked through the whole process without any problems. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. We stopped in today after visiting a few other dealerships. I really liked to no pressure approach. Rodney was terrific. We test drove a few vehicles and he ran us numbers on both so we could compare. Even waited while I did insurance quotes on both to see the difference there. Great experience! Purchased a new Sorento 4 weeks ago. They worked very hard to give me a fair price for my trade which is the reason I bought from them and not another Kia dealer. However, I bought the car with wheels I really didnt care for, and figured they would grow on me. They did not. After 4 weeks I asked if it was possible to work out some exchange for the wheels I had with ones that were more to my liking. Thanks to Jarrod my salesperson and John the manager, I was traded the wheels I like for the ones I didnt at no further cost! I am amazed at the the level of customer service at Tempe Kia! I bought a new car for my daughter figured at this time due to COVID it’s cheaper than used! Tempe Kia not only had the best price but went above and beyond to negotiate by phone since I would be driving 30 mins one way to get the deal. I worked with Charley in sales he went above and beyond and gave exceptional service for me end my daughter. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the car he spent considerable time going through every single function with my daughter while I was in finance department. That is where the hitch came- i felt uncomfortable and pressured by the guy in finance. He was genuinely upset I declined his multiple offers of extended warranties. I left with a flash drive - don’t do it- make them give you physical paperwork. I was so tired and it was a long drawn out process. I left after signing on an iPad. Got home and kept thinking something doesn’t feel right. When I looked at what I was being charged it was $553.00 more than it should have been. I contacted Charley and he contacted manager Kaitlyn Hall. You’re thinking why 5 stars right?? Because this is when you see if a company values their customers with how they respond to a problem. They handled it immediately and so professionally redoing paperwork with the finance manager who was wonderful. Kaitlyn herself walked me through the dealership apologized and sent me a 100.00 visa gift card for my trouble. That was a nice turnaround! After all this paperwork was accurate and I felt heard and cared for.Also wanted to note there was a minor issue with the car after purchase. I reached out to service and Kaitlyn got a wonderful manager Scott Purtle- he went out of his way to show me kindness and respect. They fixed it(was a small part for the trunk that just had to be engaged wasn’t done on delivery). After a few days Scott checked in to be sure we were satisfied and told me to let him know should we need anything further. I thought-that’s excellent customer service!Overall I’m very satisfied with Tempe Kia and would return there.

Paula Sceili and her team did a great job explaining that there was a shortage of replacement batteries for our Kia Sorento due to the manufacturer. She then provided my wife and I with a rental SUV (my wife has mobility issues) and would give us a call when the battery came in and our car was ready. It took a couple of weeks, but we now have our car back with a new Kia Battery. Best of all, since the original battery was still under warranty, there was no charge! Thanks Tempe Kia.

Very sad Frebuary 1stI bought Kia k5 Gtline with 45 miles in TempeKiaAnd two months later I was on the way for visit family in Easter Day and that time my car was only 1300miles. The car suddenly slow down and stop in middle of interstate 10. I stuck in middle of desert, tried to call KIA 24 Hours Roadside Assist, but no one pickup. Do not assume any price you get off the website is accurate. I plugged in the terms of the lease I wanted and called to confirm the deal, which was all set forth in an email I got back from them. After being shuffled around for a couple of days, the actual lease payment they quoted me was nearly 50% higher than in the term sheet they had sent me via email. The other terms of the lease were the same (amount down, mileage, 24 month term) and my credit score is excellent. Needless to say, I didnt lease the car.

Havent purchased a vehicle from a dealer in 40 years...circumstances led me to Tempe KIA. Saw this energetic young lady with a big smile doing some detailing on one of the new cars out front. She initiated a huge smile and friendly greeting. Very disappointed with this dealership and how they handled my concerns. I bought a brand new 2016 Kia Soul in Dec 2015. Since I have had it, my air conditioning air intensity would decrease and become warm over long car rides. After expressing my concerns every time I got an oil change or came in for other work, nothing was ever done. They never went higher up to speak with corporate about what should be done. When I most recently brought my car in for a specific A/C workup that was only priced at $100 at multiple other dealerships they charged me $140. Also, they found an acute issue with my kias condenser but could not find the underlying issue that has been causing me trouble all these years. Very disappointed that I spent all this money getting work done at this dealership and overall disappointed with KIA.

Came in here a while back just looking around without the intent to buy on that day and still received excellent service (from Esli), who took her time to give me a test ride, explained finances and promised to keep me posted on new cars. Came back to actually get my car specifically because of that level of service, even though other Kia dealers were closer to my home. The purchasing process is nice and smooth, zero complaints. Would absolutely recommend coming here - Esli will provide you a great buying experience.

Car Review - I had a 2015 Soul Base and was absolutely creamed by a big truck while standing still at a light. The impact shot me forward into another truck. The impact was so hard, I snapped the steering wheel in half. I have never paid much attention to safety ratings but fully believe that this little Kia Soul may have saved my life. Tough little car! I just replaced the 2015 with a 2018 Plus.Dealer Review - Jesse remembered me from a visit 16 months earlier. He was very considerate and gave me space to walk the lot and identify candidates. I absolutely hate it when a salesman is stalking you like a vulture, this did NOT happen at Tempe Kia. I got Tempe Kias best price and then drove over to Horne Kia. Horne would not come close to the deal at Tempe. Tempe Kia Wins!!!If you live in a metro area where cars fly down the road, spend a little extra money on the 2.0 or turbo engine, the 1.6 was a little underpowered in my opinion.

I come here frequently for normal maintenance services and the scary occasional recalls to be addressed and never feel pressured or uncomfortable while waiting. Jairo has helped us out on more than one occasion and I appreciate the great service the entire service staff provides. It’s comforting to see familiar faces and service with a smile and genuine banter that says a lot about a departments turn over. My son loves the kid area and all the toys supplied too!

I had a great buying experience with Rodney. He had the car waiting for me when it arrived to rest drive. When Qwe went to negotiate the total price of the vehicle I was pleasantly shocked and surprised that the actual cost if the car plus TT&L and Destination were the only charges! I had looked at 6-7 other dealers cars and all had the dreaded dealer add-ons of anywhere from $1,600-$4,000! I would highly recommend Tempe Kia for a fair and honest buying experience.

Couldnt have gone any smoother. I visited a Chevy dealership earlier in the day trying to get out of my tundra lease. The numbers didnt make sense. Came here and told Rodney what I wanted.
