This dealership commits fraud. They advertise a vehicle with sunroof, Bluetooth and all kinds of other attractive features. You consider the advertised price based on three description. When you get there, three vehicle doesnt have half the stated features. They show you a service record for THAT vehicle. The car detail info sheet in the service record also states it has Sunroof, Bluetooth, etc. that was advertised as having (even though its not true). Short story, what looked like a good deal really isnt so much, and their hoping you either wont notice, or have wasted your time coming to look that you wont care and will buy anyway. Kudos on the ingenious scam guys, but really?? This is what you have to resort to, to sell cars?

Over the past 7-8 years I have purchased Three Prius’ from MPG Hybrids and Imports. I live in Prescott and found it worth it to drive down there. Each car I bought was a really good deal. I derecho the internet when shopping and there guys have always been the best deal. They generally have very “clean” cars and ones with good options. Our last purchase was a 2012 Prius V and they threw on new tires. I love Prius’ and feel very confident buying from MPG Hybrids. Will probably be back again.

Purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from this dealer. The car was immaculate, the dealer had full service records, and Nick the owner was more than accommodating when dealing with my fiance and I during the sale. He came down on the price of the vehicle without us even asking, he was very upfront about what hed purchased the vehicle for and how much profit he was hoping to gain from its sale, there was 0 pressure to purchase the day we looked at the car, and he graciously threw in all-weather mats free of charge. Were still very much in love with our vehicle and truly appreciated the quality of customer service that we received!

Great place to buy a hybrid! The sales guys are very professional and take good care of the cars. They give a very fair price for the cars as well.

*Absolutely do not go here.* I purchased a used 2010 Prius from them. There were previous service records that a Toyota dealership printed off for me. Evidently, 36 days before I bought the vehicle, there was a record saying that the hybrid battery pack was dying. Service was denied and there was a wholesale record.*This means that they took out the dead battery and put in a different used one. I have only driven this vehicle 5k miles and the hybrid battery pack is dead again.*MPG Hybrid and Imports refused to assist in any way, regardless of their best quality/best price guarantee.

I had a great experience here. They were very knowledgeable. Its been over 30 days since I purchased my vehicle and everything is good!!!

The car they sold me had a hybrid battery that died 6 months after I bought it after they assured me that the vehicle was in great condition. I would not go back and have luckily informed a few friends to stay away.Edit in response to owner: My first name is Cassandra, if you dont have a record of selling me my Prius, you should probably keep tidier books, however It sounds like you are lying since I never mentioned a Prius in my original review. I did contact you, you told me there was nothing you could do and gave me the number to a mechanic who was much more help than you ever were. I asked about the battery prior to purchase and was assured it was NEW and in great condition. When I took it in, the cells were already weakened, and it was refurbished, not new, which you would have known had you inspected the vehicle properly, or you decided to sell it anyway. Shady practices do not make happy customers.

Nick and Greg are fantastic. They have the best selection of Priuss in Phoenix, trust me I looked everywhere. They both own a Prius and they know pretty much everything about them which is nice because I was looking for my FIRST Prius and needed some education, which they gave me. They are down to earth and dealt with me fairly. Tax is included in the price so there arent any surprises at the end.When the first car I bought turned out to not have navigation, which we both somehow missed.. They switched me to a car that was one year newer, leather, upgraded sound system, package 5 without charging me extra! The car came with all the service records which is important to me. I got to see that the previous owner really took care of it.I would buy from them again.

This is the management at Mpg Hybrids and Imports the person claiming to have purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from us is not real we went back 2 years in our records no one named Amanda Grey ever purchased a Prius from us. Furthermore we stand behind our Priuses and help out customers even if the car is out of warranty. This is obviously a post by a jealous competitor!
