Ive been with Metro for 15 years, Ive visited so many different stores. This one is THE BEST, and its really the young guy thats there thats just outstanding. So savvy, quick, attentive. I wont go anywhere else ever.

They didnt have the case that matched my phone. But they did have one that works just as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Seriously one of the worst stores. there are 2 female employees just sitting and looking at their phones the whole time Im in there. literally. mind there are NO COSTUMERS. i was the only one in there. hire new employees. seriously a joke.

This is my all time favorite metropcs location. I love going here, because the sales people are SUPER helpful, in a great mood, and very knowledgeable. They take pride in their jobs and they care about their customers! It also helps so much that the parking lot is pretty easy going, not a whole lot of traffic in and out between shopping centers. Its easy to get into and out of. Id highly recommend visiting this store.

I bought a phone with a screen protector it dint las 24 hr the lady who install it she dont do right i back 3 day later and tell me there nk warranty need i dont recomend this place is horrible service

The customer service at the store is very good and the employees understand smartphone technology. I ask technical questions and had special requests and they were very patient and helpful.

I bought a car charger and cable from this location a couple of months ago. Recently the cable will not stay connected you phone. I went in asking for help exchanging the product, and they asked for my original receipt saying they cant do anything without the receipt even though it clearly says metro pcs on the charger. I will NEVER do business with Metro again. Its time to change phone providers if customer service is so poor!

Its just another metro PCS, safe area, but its not on the bus line.

Whenever I ask a question, when I treat customers with always smiling faces instead of kind and disgusting expressions, what would the expressions of the customers look like if you make people feel comfortable like this? I dont think I have seen it. So even if the distance is far away, I follow every time I play Payman, but I dont go here and come here^^
