We went in to get some help on upgrading one phone and got a great deal for 2 phones. Jessica was the associate that help us and she was great! She broke down all our options with prices to make sure we knew what we were getting. She was patient and thorough with our upgrades. She offered us everything we need to keep our phones protected and was NOT pushy at all. We will definitely be coming back to Jessica for any and all of our phone needs. 👍🏼

This is the best T mobile store with great services, hands down. Darnell and Judith (great people to work with) helped me and Darnell even went to a different store to get the phone I wanted. All staff incl. a store manager are very friendly and patient. Highly recommend to visit this store!!!

We came in today looking for a great deal on a new phone. We told Judith what we needed it for and what we wanted to spend. She went out of her way to make sure we got the perfect fit. To quote my niece “She was legit!” Thanks to the whole staff for offering helpful tidbits!

When they change their cell phone, either with insurance or with t mobile they deliver reconditioned, malfunctioning and repaired phones with poor quality. They get damaged very quickly. they are cheats, they steal ones money because one has to pay $ 100.00 for a part with that quality so low that it only costs $ 10.00.

I love This store! it was such a great experience with the sells reps in there.. they made it very easy to transfer all my information From one phone to the other and I got a Brand-new device they also told me of all the promotions they had and I was able to take advantage of 3 of them And I got a free phone galaxy 8s!!

They were very accommodating! The staff here really took care of me even when they were supposed to close at 7pm! They were incredibly friendly and even cracked jokes with me. Fantastic service!

Walked in on Saturday to exchange my phone with warranty. A female employee assisted me through the process and ordered my replacement phone. Come Tuesday, another employee decides to go through the same process. After he spent about 10-15 minutes in the back with my phone, he informs me he cannot find the water damage indicator so they won’t be able to accept it. I ask him if he could just google it and his response was, “We did but it’s not there,” insinuating that I MUST have tampered with the device. He then attempted to provide me with “alternatives” but I stopped him before he could upsell. Left and contacted corporate. They sent me another phone and proceeded to let me know that the transaction should have been accept as there are other ways they can identify water damage if the indicator is missing. 2 stars because the employee I initially dealt with was great, but the second was a donut 🍩

On December 23, 2019, Mr. Andrés Cabrera treated us with excellent treatment. We looked for options, alternatives and each question we had their answers made it satisfactory. It should be noted that I come from Puerto Rico on vacation for the second time (2017 and 2019) and I prefer to wait to make my best choice with me personally. Like the staff at that time I was able to observe their charisma and enthusiasm to please all their customers. Definitely T-Mobile have an employee with 200% in service and excellence.
