They never honor the deals which are clearly marked around the store. They will try and argue with you about prices even when you can show them how it’s marked. Almost all the staff is rude and tries to cheat you out of money. I try and avoid this location as much as possible.

I was very disappointed when I purchased two slurpees from this location and they did not have any straws, except the stirring straws for coffee. It is the middle of summer in Texas and they were out of straws for drinks or slurpees. That should not be possible. The gentleman behind the counter searched in the cabinets and looked all over for me to find some, but there were none. He said that he had placed an order for the drinking and slurpee straws but received only the coffee stirring straws, so had none to provide to his customers. Yes, I am a bit picky about my slurpees. If you look back at my history, you know that I buy quite a few. My family loves them, and honestly, you get quite a bit of my gasoline purchases because it is convenient for me to stop and get a slurpee at the same time that I stop for gas. Please note: this is not the only location that has run out of slurpee straws, but it is the first time that the location was out of all drinking straws. May seem a small thing, but you should be able to do better.

Absolutely ridiculous... The night staff is terrible. Ended up paying 5 dollars or a 2 dollar bottle of water because the girl said she didnt know how to fix the mistake and couldnt give a refund... So because I really wated a water and am an honest guy they got me for 3 bucks because she didnt know how to do her job and couldnt care less.

Y’ALL BE CAREFUL USE CASH ONLY. I got gas here & used my credit card. The pump was acting funny as in it was taking forever to read my card & then it wouldn’t cancel. When I finally got it to cancel, I went to another pump to fill up. A few days later, I get a message from my bank asking me to verify a couple of transactions that were made at a random gas station in Justin, TX. I try not to use my cc a lot so that’s how I’ve narrowed down my suspicions. This 7/11 was the last place I used that card before this happened. On top of that, my boyfriend has had the same thing happen to him MULTIPLE times. This gas station is what all of them have in common. I noticed that someone else posted that the same thing happened to him. Someone needs to look into this issue at this point it’s ridiculous. I will drive out of my way on fumes before ever getting gas here again.

I got 12.00 worth of gas and they charged 100.00 to my discover card. i would never go there for anything.They are crooks.

Whoever works at this 7-Eleven is a thief. The POS system on the counter has a card reader. I bought a smart water here and two hours later someone at a 7-Eleven in Oklahoma withdrew $100 from my bank account. Beware: these people cannot be trusted. They will rob you.

Place is a disaster. Rude employees. Zero adherence to CDC guidelines. Non functioning card readers (although you can use their ATM at $3.50 surcharge). Most inconvenient, convenience store ever. Ive gone back multiple times since its the closet location to my work, and there has not been one time Ive gone in that there hasnt been an issue.

I came into the store late at night to pick up a few energy drinks for the morning and as a drive up I see that one of the employees (I assume the manager) doesnt have his mask on, I was going to grab a bite to eat but since the guy who would handle it WASNT WEARING HIS MASK, I decided against it. I walked in, no greeting which I get, its late. He and another employee are having a conversation. I pick my items and go to the front counter, they continue the conversation for a few minutes and then the masked one goes to mess with stuff in the aisles and the non masked one turns to handle the food in the displays. I wait for a few more minutes to check out and they didnt acknowledge me at all. I just decided to leave.No mask and no manners.They only went to check me out after I left and made the door jingle.

The guy at the counter was unkind and rude and gave me the wrong article, when I came back in order to change it he told me he couldnt. I dont recommend this 7 eleven, I wont buy there anymore for sure. The worst customer service

I have been to this location since it opened almost daily. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. The staff is very helpful. They also helped me set up my 7-Eleven app.

I stop by this place many mornings. The girl that normally works there is nice and efficient with a quick check out. Today the man working was very pushy trying to sell me things and I was in a hurry. He was trying to sell me a sandwich that I didn’t want and then he kept trying to make me enter my phone number even when I told him I didn’t want to and I was in a hurry. He even kept trying to sell after I told him I just wanna pay. I would have just walked out if I didn’t have my own glass filled with coffee. I will stop by again but if they keep operating this way I’ll drive the extra block out of my way to QT on my way to work. I’m giving it 3 stars based on the past I would give it a 4 or 5 but today was a 2. Hopefully they’ll stop this annoying practice.

Vaccums don’t work!!! John an associate, is clueless. Fikire came out and yelled at me that he wasn’t a vacuum. They refused to refund me. Worst experience ever!!! Pass by and find another store.

Gas gouging taking place at this store! 2.40 / gal and have seen gas in the area ranging from 2.05 -2.18/ gal.... no excuses for 2.40.... got my 1.00 Worth and moved on to the next store down the road to get gas breakfast and coffee!

Went in there at 4 am and this punk kid behind the counter told me all the ovens were off so I couldn’t order tacos till about 15 minutes till they warm up, I said ok and sat in my truck 3 mins go by and he’s waving my box of tacos at me trough the window. I go in and he told me not to order tacos this early next time because they don’t start cooking till 5am, I laughed and shrugged it off butt be proceed to tell me it’s not funny don’t order tacos this early, I suggest drug testing him. If you don’t like your job change it
