This is the worst cvs pharmacy Ive ever been to.Pharmacy department is far beyond worst.People working there dont have idea about which vaccines can be given to toddler vs adults.We had to do covid test and after 2 days they sent reply with test being cancelled and we had to pay 200 bucks to get it somewhere else because of lack of time.Dont go here.
The experience was very bad to say the least ( and believe me most CVS experiences are bad)Id rather walk into a cvs in oak cliff or pleasant Grove, then to deal with incompetent people. Its easier to get a piece of fish out of a seagulls beak then to get prescription here.The pharmacist there was portraying. utter joy of me being frustrated from the long wait time ( over forty minutes.)The representative sanjihna has to be purposely trained to be despicable with customers picking up prescriptions .There couldnt and I insist couldnt have been a worst experience picking up medicine Today. She did not apologize for the overly extended wait time which was over 45 minutes, as she was rude, angry, unprofessional, and provocative. I guess if corporate is okay with having staff like that this major company has a bigger issue than I thought.Please ask the doctor to send the prescription either to frisco or little elm, do not bother with this location as they are very unprofessional. Avoid this location at all costs. This isnt the first time. The first time it was a boy working there during the day a few months back, I let it slide but this time unfortunately I couldntBe very wary if you do pick up from this location. I came home missing tablets inside the medicine box, beware. Consider yourself warned.
DONT COME HERE!!! If I could give this location ZERO STARS I would for their less than customer service efforts and lack of attention to details for the same exact medication. My doctors office goofed and sent new Rx to CVS near my old address but I was told by this CVS pharmacy representative it was sent to a CVS in Tennessee when I called to have it placed on hold. The rep placed me on hold and called the other store to discover that it was actually in TEXAS and the CVS I was previously using near my old Dallas address. Another pharmacy rep picked up the phone and disclosed that error her coworker made when looking at their system. The initial rep I spoke with kept interrupting me and didnt allow me to complete a sentence so that her brain could slow down long enough to process what I was asking her so that she could then accurately answer my questions...effective listening is essential to communicate with anyone so whats the reason for the RUSH?!?! You are filling prescriptions not actually seeing a patient to administer the medication!!! I will drive 25 minutes for great customer service so Ill be moving all of my prescriptions for my family back to the other CVS...beyond done with the incompetent inpatient people working at this location!!!
Bad service always the slow drive thru, inside the pharmacy even in the area of delivery or collection of prescriptions they have to improve !!!!! and be more cordial

Had to walk in with COVID delta today bc they weren’t smart enough to manage getting me my medication through the window and over the phone. Told me they gave me a medicine that they didn’t. Then when I called in to ask about it they said they had it available, but at the drive through they didn’t have it so I had to walk in to get it. I have never dealt with a worse pharmacy in my 26 yrs on this earth lol. Just try a Diff CVS.
Do not try to call this CVS asking for help about a prescription you will not be able to talk and will be yelled at over the phone. 0 stars if I could.
I’ve been going to this cvs for the past 3 years and I’ve always been cordial and polite, expected a wait and very little attention which worked for me. Now I’ve had my dr send over the refill for my rx twice and I still can’t get my rx refilled bc they are stating my dr denied the request. 🤷🏼♀️ Guess I’ll just send my rx to Walgreens even though this place it half a mile from my home. Don’t waste your time.

Drive through pharmacy takes forever
Expect to wait. Expect poor customer service.Expect to be overcharged,And then expect a comedically long receipt.A receipt full of useless coupons.Im not even exaggerating when I tell you the receipt is taller than my 15 year old.Any other pharmacy has to be better than this
No one in pharmacy is wearing their masks properly. If they are wearing them at all. Theres also no cashiers and the self checkout doesnt work. And if you try to check out at pharmacy theyll just ignore you.This CVS obviously has no standards. There was 10 or more pharmacists/techs in a small area standing less than a foot from one another, talking directly into each others face and breathing on the medications they were preparing.If you get your medications from here I would highly suggest you go somewhere else espicially if youre at risk because multiple maskless people will be handling it before it gets to you.
Texas pharmacy law requires pharmacists to counsel patients on all new prescriptions. I have picked up several prescriptions at this pharmacy for my spouse - NEVER have they “offered” any info on what I was picking up.
Second month in a row that they cant find my prescription in the mess of bags. Apparently when you are at the end of the alphabet the bins never get straightened. Trapped by my insurance.And again for the third month correct rx not ready waiting yet again what a wade of my time this place is
This pharmacy is in the most convenient location from my house, and yet is unfortunately the worst CVS where Ive ever filled a prescription. Ive filled the same prescription, without insurance, here every month for the past 12+ months...and now this is the 3rd time that right at pick up time they send me a notification telling me that my prescription is pending insurance approval. How?? When weve already established that insurance isnt paying for this twice already in the last 12 mos? Simple customer service issues that shld be easily resolved with a simple notation put on my customer record for that Rx. What takes the cake is that in the last 3 mos, the same generic prescription has mysteriously raised in price 3 times! The kid they have working the window then proceeds to tell me that this is normal.....how???
Very expensive simple example is this one itemColgate Peroxyl Mouth Sore Rinse Mint, 16 OZ is at cvs for $13.49 same thing is at Walmart for $8.98. This place charge people for same items like $4 -$5. Dont recommend this place to buy things.
These people are rude and try to make you feel like a drug addict. They choose when to fill your prescription even if you can fill it before they decide. I will never go back here again. If I could give no stars I would.
Great service, love the cashiers and other staff. Always stocked with what I need. But sadly there never seems to be enough people there. One cashier one manager at all times. Coupons are nice.
I love the pharmacy however every time I buy something that is on sale the price at check out is rarely correct. Today the manager put sale prices up for a sale that starts tomorrow. He honored the price but it explains how the consumers end up paying more.
Horrible pharmacy I would never recommend this place. We had to go 3 day without medicine because the pharmacist wouldn’t contact the doctor to get a signature. On top of that they have changed the perception manufacturer on us 3 times without informing us. New packages new ingredients and new instructions. Absolutely horrible.
This CVS is the creepy and dirty out door. Over grown bushes, trees, and tall grass/weeds that covers the LED and Pharmacy drive thru signs.You would think this pharmacy was located in projects.
I don’t understand how my prescription can be $5 one week and then over $100 the next week but $5 elsewhere. Please stop scamming sick people. It’s the exact same prescription. When asked for generic she said, that is the generic. I’ll be following up with regulations. I’ve already wasted two days without antibiotics dealing with this.

In one day I got a notice to refill a prescription that this store just refilled 11.7 and also a notification that they ordered a prescription that I told them I do not need. This is prescription medication and that is not ok
Called my pharmacist and they put me on hold and waited on the phone for 30 minutes just to ask a simple question I hung up and called this pharmacy that’s not even mine and they answered my question in less than 2 minutes. Thank you! Thinking of changing pharmacies now.
The store is good,has good stock of medicines.But sometimes staffs delay in refilling of prescribed medicines
I had to make an emergency stop for tampons. The young man at the counter seemed pretty stuck up and spiteful. I say this because before me, he helped an elderly lady where he seemed very friendly and charming. When it was my turn, he walked away to do somethin. I asked him if he could please hurry because i really needed these tampons. He literally proceeded to move slower and even talked slower. I caught that immediately. There were at least 3 people behind me. His voice became very monotone and unemotional. I was thinkin wow.As soon as i purchased the tampons, i headed to the bathrooms and the young man followed me to the pharmacy. I get to the bathroom door and it is locked.First of all, knowing that i had mentioned i needed these tampons urgently AND following me towards the restroom area knowing what i had bought, could the young man not have mentioned a code during checkout or even on the way to the bathroom area?The young man is talking with a pharmacist. There are 2 other pharmacist behind the counter. Nobody paying any mind to me or coming to my aid. So i yell out BATHROOM CODE a young lady answered from the back. Thank goodness because i had to get back to work.But even when the young man was there right next to me, i was completely ignored. Like did you clock out? Are you suddenly a customer? Do customers not really matter to you?Im sorry for the long rant. Its just that this is the first CVS where i felt completely uninvited and ignored. He wasnt friendly towards me at all. I think maybe because i looked pretty ragged from the hot day and he judged me from my appearance. Which is sad to think about but whatever. SCREW THE COLONY
Very awful service from the pharmacy. I mentioned that I was in excruciating pain hence why I am picking up morphine! I was told it would be ready in 10 min so I came back in 20 to be safe, but when I returned I was told the short staffed and it will be an hour now! Too much pain to sit in the car I waddled inside just lay on the disgusting floor bc I could not sit in behind! As I kneeled on the floor to rest on the filthy chairs covered in dust dirt hair and old gum!! As I moaned in agony no one asked If I needed any help. A while crew working in wellness and could care less about my well being! Disgusted and displeased!

It seems like ever time I get something filled there it takes forever. Then after waiting for a script for well over 30 minutes then they tell me I cant pick up till the next day! Well you could of told me that before waiting! Then the hours on there website are wrong.
