He had several customers in store and was able to help us all by himself.Decent selection and decent prices! Open Sunday til 4:00pm and friendly.He did ding the washer on a yellow pole. Just needs to be a little careful when loading. All in all a good value.

I want to share that I had such a fabulous experience with a salesman named Ethan Caywood from this store in Thornton. This young man truly went above and beyond to make sure he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in a used appliance, and we could not be happier with our purchase. In addition, I never even went in the store because Ethan was SO efficient sending me photos, an about his knowledge of the product I wanted. A few of his extraordinary actions to assist me included endless texts of various refrigerators with all the specifications, calling other stores to find the type refrigerator I was looking for, days of communications including videos of the fridge he found me in Greeley, and coordinating with the other salesman in Greeley to make sure the fridge was delivered first to his warehouse, and then to me and my husband in a timely manner. Ethan explained that he was new to sales, and his first priority was to make the customer happy, and he certainly did that, and so much more. Affordable Used Appliances is beyond blessed to have this young man working for them. He is by far not your typical salesman. Thank you Ethan. Ordered a used fridge last week and when our handyman picked it up and delivered it, the tenant opened it up and there were no shelves or drawers. Since the sales rep I purchased it from is not in the store today they are telling me no one can help me out with getting our shelves and we have to wait until hes back to work tomorrow. Working with this company is always a nightmare. The only reason I give it even two stars is because the sales rep Darrel was very kind, easy to work with, and did actually call me back unlike the other locations that have blown me off. This company used to be our companies go to and its too bad theres always something that goes wrong when I try to give them another chance.

We’ve been wanting a new fridge but didn’t really want to buy new (especially because I’ve heard the pandemic has been driving up prices on appliances). We were able to find a nice reconditioned fridge here for a very reasonable price and only $50 for a year warranty. They also were only 2 weeks out on delivery times (again I’ve heard for brand new you could wait 6 months!). Very pleased, definitely recommend.

If you dont mind a few dents or dings in appliances in exchange for a good discount, look no further.I interacted with the parts department and ended up purchasing a refurbished dishwasher. After a few snafus the parts guys went the extra mile and the dishwasher worked great. The employees really were down to earth and were honest with their knowledge.

I would highly encourage anyone looking to buy used appliances to look elsewhere. I bought a washer/dryer set from the store and the washer only worked for 5 loads of laundry. After that, it started making sounds and wouldnt get rid of water from the washer drum. Luckily, I had the warranty. But, theyre only replacing the washer. So, Im getting a washer that doesnt match the dryer. I still dont have my washer replaced. They told me last week that Id get it today. Now its sounds like itll be the at the end of the week. Ive been living in my new house without laundry for a little less than a month now. Save yourself the trouble and get your appliances somewhere else.

**4 months after purchase update! Dropping to 2 stars. Dryer doesnt heat well. Dishwasher doesnt start the cycle half the time. Upon second delivery of replacement fridge (which was delayed because someone did not schedule my delivery date properly which caused me to lose hundreds in food gone bad) the replacement fridge had mold all over over the inside. Stover burner went out already. Such a waste of money. Very disappointed.Second time buying from Affordable Used Appliances and the experience was fantastic. Daryl, the store manager is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with selection in this store and helped me locate what I needed to furnish my home at another location. I cannot say enough good about his place!

Our salesman was always checking in to see if we had any questions.The location is very convenient.The deliver and will haul away the old appliance for 59.95. great deal.Update: the fridge that we bought 7 months ago died last weekend. The compressor went out. We had a repair guy come out and check it. Just went to Lowes yesterday. paid a couple hundred more for a decent brand new fridge. Their three month warranty on their used stuff is going to bite you in the butt. Buyer beware.

However, I was under the impression that I was buying a brand new machine with blemishes at a discounted rate. When I checked the washing machine screen water poured out. I was told that new machines with blemishes were tested for functionality. When I emptied the screen on the unit that I bought a small Band-Aid fell out. A clear indication that it was NOT new and that their facts were misleading. Lawrence was easy to work with but I feel like he was miss guided by upper management. Lawrence even called his immediate manager on his day off to ask for a better deal. Ask questions and inspect the machine that you are buying.

Bought a Samsung washer/dryer set last October 2018. Started have some issues with it a few months later. Called and spoke with them to see what they could do to resolve it. Offered a replacement Samsung set, did the the exchange with them and new set works just great! Love the fact they exchanged without any issues and I would definitely buy from them again. They certainly stand behind what they sell! Wish I could remember name of the young man who handled but I am impressed with their policies.

I bought a used Refrigerator from a guy named Blake Neumann, and had a great experience. Whatever theyre paying this salesman just isnt enough. I had to get two refrigerators. The 1st one I got didnt dispense water, which was the main reason I bought it, but everything else worked fine on it, even the ice maker. I was dreading the return process, thinking they wouldnt accept it because it worked for the most part or that they would tack on extra fees and what not, but that just wasnt the case. Not only did they give me a working fridge, but the delivery and the removal of the 1st fridge I bought were all included. I didnt have top pay a dime AND since they didnt have my exact size/cost fridge in stock I got a slightly more expensive/newer one at no additional cost. Im nearly at the end of my included 30 day warranty and the new fridge is working great.It was an inconvenience that the first refrigerator I had didnt dispense water, and needed to be returned, but not worth taking a star off simply because the warranty/return process was so smooth. Ive read some nightmare reviews about people buying used appliances from other companies, and I was really dreading the return process, but that just wasnt the case with this company. It was a 5 minute process and Blake assured me that he would make it right.Id also like to mention that Blake didnt ever pressure me or my wife into spending more money on a more expensive fridge or try to sell us on anything else we werent interested in. I went to 3 other used appliance places trying to find a cheap fridge and all 3 places had high pressure salesmen trying to get me to buy a $1000+ fridge after I told them I wasnt willing to spend more than a few hundred dollars.Another really irritating thing with the 3 other stores I shopped at was seeing refrigerators advertised below $200 and getting there and not seeing anything in the store below $900. It really felt like bait and switch. With Affordable Used Appliances, all of the the cheap refrigerators they advertised online, were actually available in their store, at the same cheap prices.I will definitely be buying from this store again, if ever im in need of low priced/used appliances.
