I called Paul at GE Monogram Expert repair of my washing machine. Best move ever! He came out and not only quoted a price but then fix the machine for the quoted price though the job was difficult and required extra time and bolts etc . he also fixed my refrigerator. He kept us informed about what he was doing and gave me tips on preventing damage to my dryer. He has an above excellent knowledge of the machinery. I recommend his service. I know he will be my first call should I have other appliance problems.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! I can only repeat what all the other 5 Star Ratings say about Gary. I described the problem I had with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator and he said it might be an adjustment problem. Gary came out in an hour or two like he said he would and while it wasnt an adjustment that was needed, he diagnosed the problem, tried the least expensive solution, and now everything works. I called Steven at GE Monogram Expert after getting stood up and annoyed by the rude, incompetent people at Appliance Rescue. He was wonderful. Came to my home immediately after I told him I thought my dryer had caught on fire. For just a $20 service call he took the whole thing apart and said it was just a small lint fire. For $85 he cleaned it up, checked the wires and tuned up the entire washer! He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely call him again!

Called Alan on Thursday to have my Frigidaire ice maker repaired. I had bought the icemaker kit at Lowes and was going to do it myself based on a youtube video.
