I am amazed reading some of the negative reviews here as that is absolutely not my experience and some are downright untrue. One mentioned that there were no people of color working there, but there are many!! Just because they didn’t see anybody in the five minutes they were in the store is ridiculous to make that assumption. Others seem to judge or are hyper sensitive over silly things. My family and friends frequent this store regularly and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is my favorite Sephora to shop at because of the fun vibe and I always get great service. The great customer service is evident by the way they ARE available to answer questions quickly - I do not see this a “hovering” or watching because I might steal something. They are available to answer questions or help quickly, but leave you shop as well. It is too bad some people take great customer service personally.

After reading other reviews, cause I was curious I think I’ve pinned down what I’m feeling, the energy is off at this Sephora since covid. There’s good amount of staff to help and they are helpful, it’s just like they are watching you. It’s hit or miss if the person seems friendly. Just feels tense. Who knows, could be new management changed, maybe the employees are under stress. It’s just different now, less fun.

The people who work here are very nice and friendly :) The reason I gave it a 4 star is because it is pretty pricey. If your not looking to spend at least 70 bucks, then I recommend a different store. Other than that, pretty good.

My favorite Sephora location!! The employee’s are great- friendly but not too pushy. And, they were super helpful with a return I had a few weeks ago.

I was hesitant to get my brows done because I’ve had them done horrible before. Erica was literally the best person to ever do my brows and I’ll never trust a person more than her to wax them. I 100% recommend seeing her, the really sweet tall guy I never caught the name of, and everyone else who works here.

Employees openly profile customers and follow black and brown customers expecting them to steal. Every employee in this store is white, in a mall that is also in a rich and white part of Portland. Would never shop here again.

I absolutely love coming into this Sephora every time! They always are so helpful and kind with whatever I need — Specifically Annette is SO AMAZING and helpful. She’s so kind and made me feel so taken care of the entire time she color matched me (which she did perfectly by the way) give this woman a raise!!! She works too hard!!!

Since our world has been turned on its head, things have definitely been rough. Can we get groceries, or toilet paper? What stores are open? Well, Im here to tell you Sephora at Bridgeport is open, clean, and inviting. Personalized attention at its best, even if we cant use testers. Every shopper before entering is asked about what they are looking for, so they can get you properly situated. Amazing service, friendly staff, doing the best they can with the cards we have all been dealt. A special thank you to Erika who helped me with some Rare selections. 😁

One of the best Sephora experiences yet! Kim provided such a great experience and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for while remaining COVID safe! She was great, as well as the other staff that asked if I needed assistance during my visit!

Amazing customer service! Madison and Hannah helped me find a ton of products that I needed for a look and offered a ton of advice. I was very impressed by their friendliness and great customer service.

I got my makeup done here for a wedding and it turned out perfect! Annette was professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Everyone I talked to was super genuine and nice!!! I literally took a piece of wisdom from everyone I interacted with. I wish I would have taken photos inside the store but was too mesmerized by the clean displays and just how beautiful the store was to remember to take a photo. Joanna was an amazing make up artist who was so respectful, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to work with♥️♥️♥️. Luckily its only a 15 minute drive for me but I would be willing to drive up to an hour to visit specifically this store. If you want the best Sephora experience come to this store!

Came in with sample of product of I wanted to buy the full size. I spoke with their beauty specialist who told me that they had changed the name but product was the same. I had told her I had sensitive skin. Came home tried eye cream. It immediately started burning and caused red bumps. It was not the same product. Mangager was a bit short. She allowed the return but lectured me that they were starting a new policy about returns. I would not have had to return if I wasnt lied too. Beauty expert was unapologetic and snobby. I am a rogue member and shop often with sephora. My advice do your own online research and shop online or go to Washington square. Very disappointed staff was uneducated.Now I have to go to a job interview with red inflamed under eyes.

Way better customer service than that other makeup store in Tualatin. I was greeted by a person approaching, rather than a hello yelled from 2 aisles over. I asked for help on a specific product, and had a specialist to me in moments. You had the product in stock and available to purchase. Thank you. I will be back.

I took my little 9 year old cousin out and she wanted to try out some makeup. The girls were super nice helping her put on some lip stick.

Bought something in store online. The girl messed up our address. So it got sent to wrong place. Although they were friendly Lots of workers breathing down your neck. I do understand cosmetics are high theft and easy to conceal but lots of pressure just browsing

I travel the extra half an hour to go to this sephora! The staff is so friendly and enjoyable to be around. I love that sephora has such an awesome return policy too! I tried lit the tarte palette and wasnt crazy about it and exchanged it for one I love. This is the biggest and cleanest Sephora I have ever been to. Sage was so sweet!!

So theres this internet trope about how you should never go into a Sephora without makeup(for fear of judgement and bad customer service) but I gotta tell you, these gals had me feeling more in love with myself and confident than Ive felt in a long time. I was afraid to go on and ended up walking away only wanting to go back, just to be around the amazing people I interacted with some more. Customer service here went above and beyond even though I was not spending much. This store, as of this posting, has at least four Superstars on the team!!! Greeted, led to the department of my interest, assisted with finding a perfume, and at the register I was floored with how she went out of her way to talk to me with genuine interest, she also signed me up for the rewards program and I was able to get a very valuable birthday gift, even though my birthday is at the beginning of the year. Im telling you, these ladies went out of their way to make sure my day was brightened!

My new go-to location! Go here if you want a great experience. I’ve had consistently bad service at other Sephoras and decided that I’ll just shop at a different brand where they treat all customers with respect. But I happened to go into this store because they had availability for a free makeover appointment on the day I wanted.1. First time I’ve ever been greeted when I walked into a Sephora and actually helped. I was so taken aback by how genuinely nice the greeter was2. Joanna the makeup artist was AMAZING. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, funny. She single handedly changed my decision to no longer shop at Sephora, although I will probably just stick to this location or shop online3. Based on witnessing other staff-customer interactions, it was really nice and refreshing to be in a Sephora store with friendly employees and diverse employeesPro tip:1. Blacklist the downtown Portland location: employees there are rude. Like they go through rude customer service training2. The Washington square location is a gamble: staff is rude and likely racist/prejudiced

Challenge getting my new credit card to work, but they stuck with me like champs and provided customer service rather than just telling me to use a different card.
