Pharmacy is so un-organized here. is you need your medicine within a month then please go somewhere else... is you want your prescription processed twice or more. then this is a place for you...

Staff is so so about friendliness throughout the store. It is impossible, however, to get through on the phone to the pharmacy to speak to someone. They are pretty quick and do well at the pharmacy when in person.
Older lady in the pharmacy is a nightmare. She was verbally aggressive with a customer who was clearly in exceptional amounts of pain and after the customer returned the attitude in kind, the lady then refused to run the customers insurance. Absolutely unconscionable. I will never be using this pharmacy.
The girl working today at about 12:30pm probably shouldnt be working in a pharmacy. The prescription that was given to me would be my first time taking it. This particular prescription should not be taken while driving. Im not sure why I never talked to a pharmacist about that. I ALWAYS talk to a pharmacist even if Ive taken the prescription before. I feel like this needs to be reported. She also never said hi, thank you or anything like that. She seemed like she was in a rush. Any other time, Ive had a fantastic experience.
A different Walgreens store, and another horrible experience as a customer. You have no respect for your customers. How are you still in business?
Texted my prescription was ready. After sitting 20 minutes in drive thru they say it isnt. Show them my text that says it is and the lady shrugs and says come back in an hour. An hour and a half later they tell me it will be an hour. This happens often and they never seem to care. Going to change.

This is by far the slowest pharmacy Ive ever used. Wait times inside and out are ridiculously long. They never seem to have more than one person working, so expect a 30-45 minute wait at the drive-thru.Update: During the latest visit, the woman said, Youre making me work with all these prescriptions. Um, you work in a pharmacy. Dispensing prescriptions is literally your only job.
They claim on their website they deliver. When it’s an hour late and you call they say you have to pickup. False advertising.
This is specifically for the pharmacy and not the Walgreens store itself. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover CVS so I am stuck using Walgreens. What’s the point of having an express line if they merge the lines all the time? It defeats the purpose of having an “express” option. Each time there is a massive wait which could be understandable I guess, if they were being efficient.

Ive had the misfortune of having to come here for the past several years and every single time regardless of the hour I have to wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes in the drive thru even if there is only one or two cars in front of me. Its probably faster to fly to Nepal, climb the highest mountain, pick medicinal herbs, grind them into a potion with a trusty pestle and mortar, fly all the way back, and take it before picking up a prescription. Today I was baked alive in the scorching heat waiting to pull up for my turn. I put on my favorite tune take me home, country roads to remind me of better days when I didnt have to use this purgatory of an experience. The lady in front of me didnt like that song apparently because she turned up her Taylor swift. I would not let John Denver down however as my superior Honda sound system drowned out her pop music with the righteous noise that is John Denver, a national treasure. You may be thinking to yourself why did you waste so much time writing such a long review? And to that I assure you no time was wasted, as I prepared multiple drafts while waiting to be helped in the drive thru.
This has been my go-to pharmacy for years, but it has gone downhill beyond measure! Waited in pharmacy line in the drive up for 40 minutes! Seriously?
The absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with... Never on time, never even on time for being late. When talking to my doctor about resending prescription requests multiple times even my doctor said she hated getting her prescriptions here. 0/10

Talk about unprofessional and unorganized. Not surprised to see 2.8 rating on this location. Called to see if I could dispose of empty rx bottles from a loved one I care for and they told me yes. Get there and catch the cashier giving me rude looks (I was in a hurry because I had an appointment). Then get to the pharmacy just to wait behind one lady getting a vaccine when theres four other pharmacy staff unoccupied ignoring me. Ask for help politely, am rudely told to wait, ask if I can just ask one question, more rudeness. Finally get thru they tell me rudely they dont take the rx bottles and dont want them, tell them I called, rudely told its a bin with a tiny drop door next to the pharmacy and I can do it myself. Then get dirty looks because I have no space to social distance and its slightly loud (the disposal bin is metal).
Absolutely zero customer service given. I was pressured to hurry my transaction, which is gross customer service. The male cashier also would not allow me to split payments with two cards (which I HAVE done MANY times previously). The cashier stated that he did not have the ability to split cards, then rudely asked if I even had cash. Worst experience ever had at this location. Will be making formal managerial complaint.
Instant printing is really fast. Our canvas came out really nice. Renn in the photo center was super helpful and very professional. It was extremely refreshing to meet someone who truly cared about the customer. We definitely appreciated it and well absolutely be back! Thanks again, Renn!
The staff was very helpful. My insurance had claimed that my prescription had been filled by another pharmacy and would not cover it at Walgreens. The staff called the other pharmacy to confirm that the prescription had not been filled there. Then they got on a 3 way call with my insurance and the other pharmacy to get the situation sorted out. All I had to do is hang out while they took care of everything while continually giving me updates. Much appreciated... Thank you
I love this Walgreens, the employees are awesome and helpful. The store is kept stocked and tidy and they even have a descent size clearance section you find great deals here. Also a perfect place to coupon at.
Was on the phone for 30 minutes, get hung up on, call back, wait another 25 minutes and get hung up on again. I wait almost an hour on the phone to have it disconnected twice. Extremely frustrating when in need of medication as well as a huge inconvenience. I hope the manager looks at these reviews and actually fixes the problem instead on continuing to disappoint their customers. There is a reason this Walgreens has 2 stars, it honestly shouldnt have any.
Im not sure why most of the reviews are so awful. My experience was better than my usual Walgreens in Wilsonville.I went in at almost midnight. The pharmacy tech was a very kind lady named Carrie. She filled my prescription in about 20 minutes. There were others in the store but service was not an issue.
And who wants to be a guinea pig anyway Since I personally dont take any medications which is great. I have good friends & family members that have or do and its never a good thing. Its a guessing game
I like it here the lines go fast its convenient with a big parking lot and two Red box machines outside. Easy to get in and out of even thou that is a busy intersection. They even sell stamps at the register which is a bonus.
I have been going here for a few years and the only reason I still fill my prescriptions here is because they are open 24 hours and they have a specific brand of my medication that Im not allergic to that nobody else seems to carry. The pharmacists and techs always find new and creative ways to screw up my refills even though the entire staff knows me. Theres always some sort of issue as to why my prescription isnt ready at the time they quoted me. I once went there to get a script that had been called in the night before and they hadnt checked their refill messages still by the time I showed up to pick it up at 11 the next morning. They told me itd be another 45 minutes so I waited in the parking lot and came back and it still wasnt ready. They said itd be another half hour. Came back after 40 minutes and it STILL wasnt ready. I waited in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours and made 4 different trips to the window before I finally was able to get it. A lot of the staff (not all but most) are INCREDIBLY rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Plus they always seem to be understaffed, and the wait is atrocious most of the time. I sat in the drive-thru for 90 minutes one time...at 1 in the morning!!!! Unacceptable.
This pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, and yet they never seem to have more than one person running the counter at a time. I have waited in the drive-up line for 25+ minutes on more than one occasion. Normally going inside would be a good way to shave 15 minutes off of that, but not that this location. It takes just as long that way. Perhaps the consistent wait has to do with the fact that they are in a really busy location. But then again, one would think theyd put more people behind the counter to counteract that. I recently started using another Walgreens across town since Im out there once a week, and let me tell you, the experience is 10 times better. Friendlier people and a MUCH more reasonable wait time. Bonus: when you ask them how long it will take to fill the prescription, THEY TELL YOU. What a concept. Train your employees or hire more of them, Tigard location.
The old cashier name Sandy was very rude. I bought some stuff on Thanksgiving and she might be not happy because she had to work, she even throw my hair dryer in front of me and hit the computer screen even I didn’t do anything. If she doesn’t wanna work so just take day off and stay home with her turkey, do not go to work and be crazy like that.
I stopped into Walgreens today, not long before Christmas, to pick up some last minute photo printing I did. My photos were completed and ready to pick up in a timely manner, but since they were professional photos I couldnt pick them up! Stephanie in the photo deparment came to the rescue with all the correct information on how to handle their policy. We found an e-mail stating that I had the rights to print the photos with any print shop I chose, gave them a copy of the statement, and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for your hard work around the holiday season! And thank you for helping me navagate your store policy so quickly and effectively, something I didnt even consider! Good prices on pharmacy amd makeup
This place is okay. My issue is with the staff that work in the pharmacy... They have no customer service and are often rude. They are not personalble. When I visit the pharmacy its usually because I need meds because Im not feeling well. The last thing I need is someone being rude to me. The other part of the store is fine just a normal Walgreens.
I found most of their staff very professional and helpful. They just dont have enough of them and that is corporates fault.
Posted pharmacy hours are incorrect. The signage indicates 24 hour service, but they lose at 11pm. Saturday and Sunday they ate supposed to be open until 9pm. Today they are only upon until 4pm. I cant go to another location to pick it up because it would need to be transferred, which can only happen when the Pharmacy is open. Not super happy at the moment
Indian woman in the pharmacy was really rude. I tried to hand her my new insurance card that I have never used and she insisted it was already on file and I owed 40.00. I reluctantly paid it and went to my car then came back in and talked to someone else. They put my insurance information in and it turns out my medication shouldnt have cost my anything so I got a refund but I have to wait for the money to go back to my card. Find a different job that doesnt require you to have good customer service skills if you cant even be kind to people. She was also short with me and many other customers I saw her help.

Great help with new RX tech was very friendly had to wait about 5 min and RX take time to fill so if you are in a hurry perhaps another Pharmacy would be better.
Read the reviews and was not sure what to expect when I called. I called and spoke to the pharmacy. Had a bad experience. In the middle of explaining the issue, she (Barbara) interrupts and says WHAT IS YOUR LAST NAME?. She did not sound too happy and was apparently upset that I had to speak with her. Not a good interaction IMHO. I called and spoke to the store manager Patrick. Advised him of my experience.There are many places to go to get your RXs filled. Walgreens needs to understand this...

The employees here do not care about the customers. I called to check on a package that I am supposed to pick up. A lady hung up on me, before I could say anything. I called again she put me on hold then hung up. I called back, and again put me on hold and hung up. They will just leave on the line, with no intention of answering. Straight up rude. I will no longer be shopping at this local Walgreens. Taking my business to the rite-aid down the street.

Seriously, if you need to be coddled by customer service, Im sure you can discuss some over-the-counter remedies thatll surely have you leaving with a smile on your face.Remember that your customer service experience is a 2-way street, and it is what you make of it. The pharmacist here is a joke! I took two products to the counter (Flonase Sensimist and Flonase Sensimist Childrens) to ask what the difference was between them, because they both said 27.5 mcg The pharmacist very definitively told me that the regular adult Sensimist was mislabeled and should be labeled as a childrens product. Oh my goodness! I dont think so, buddy. At home I double checked on Flonases website and the adult Sensimist in indeed 27.5 mcg....So, faulty information and completely unhelpful pharmacist here. Would never use for medical advice. (And to be honest, I wouldnt want this guy counting out my prescribed pills, either.)As far as a place to pick up Advil, mascara or summer pool toys, this is as fine as any regular Walgreens...

The pharmacy drive thru waits are a joke - maybe some sort of automatic sign that shows how many minutes to to expect to wait - in general, assume each car = 15 minutes.
This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. I get an automated call saying my prescriptions are ready and when I get there find out..no...theyre not ready. Then my autofill suddenly disappeared from the system. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy (and not a Walgreens). These people are a joke!

Spent 45 minutes trying to get a 33 cent 4x6 family photo printed, but they refused because they said it was a professional print. We showed them the contract, which stated that we could print the photo and the woman still refused because it did not give say Walgreens to print it??? We will not be shopping here anymore.
