She was so patient and friendly with my toddler (who wanted her undivided attention). The entire staff was super nice and I just absolutely loved the vibe they created in the store. I went in today and was left looking after I asked a question about a product with a shine. (i could not remember what it was call) for the sells lady to just go and help someone who came in after me.Love the product just not the sells people they are no help.

I went into the one at Washington Square Mall in Tigard yesterday and Rachel was so awesome, I felt comfortable talking to her because she didnt overwhelm me by trying to sell me everything in the store and she helped me find what I was looking for. She wasnt all caked up like the other girls yet she was still reprenting the products which I liked, she also got me into this deal where I even got 2 full size free lip products while still saving nearly $15 off of what I came for. Im definitely going back

I was in killing time and Rachel ended up helping me. She was so sweet and so helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better person to talk to and kill some time with. She went above and beyond for me and I will definaitly be back to buy from her.

Very upset, i bought some products and got handed the wrong color i didn’t realize it until i got home, home is an two hour drive for me, i went in a few months later not asking for a refund but a change of color EVERYTHING i handed them was brand new never used and they refuse!! She wanted to keepMy products and give me points I spent $200 dollares on foundation, bronzers brushes And brow stuff and she couldn’t exchange three items THEY handed me wrong!!This was my favorite store to shop for my make up but will NO longer buy from them..I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE..

Terrible customer service! love the products but when I came into the store, the rep never smiled, didnt have a nice attitude and didnt seem to really want to help at all. didnt feel like browsing too long due to behavior of rep. prefer to just purchase online or go to Nordstroms. much better service at Nordstrom.

Nice store but sales people not very helpful. More interested in upselling than helping you get the product you are looking for. I asked a sales person if they carried the eye liner shadow or if they just had the pencils. Even though you can purchase the shadow on their website, this sales person didnt even know what it was. I told her I wasnt interested in the pencil because it broke every time I sharpened it so it was a waste of money. She showed me their new pencils with a built in sharpener. Funny thing is when she sharpened the pencil, it broke.. lol. She tried telling me she did it wrong and that maybe those pencils werent for me. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything.

I struggle with horrible acne, severe. I came into this store, and Told Becca why I was there. (I felt out of options from trying other name brand products that NEVER WORKED) Becca proceeded to ask me open ended questions to really grasp my needs. She was actually friendly and genuine. becca was knowledgable, relatable, and over all very sweet and empathetic with me and my complexion. I work in customer service and know how hard it can be to carry all of those amazing qualities. Besides the ASTOUNDING customer service I received, the product has CHANGED MY LIFE. I can leave my house worry free to be in public. The products last long, feel light and invisible, and are effortless to put on!! I was so happy with my 30 day mark results with Bare Minerals, I actually sobbed in confidence!!! That is a first!! Bare minerals brings out my youth in skin, and attitude. Hands down love BM. Recommend it to anyone who has skin problems. Becca helped me so much to suit my needs!! She turned a window shopper into a lifetime business partner. Best experience for me. -Jayne L.

I like Bare Minerals products -- have been using them over for over 10 years.However the packaging for PRIME TIME, which I enjoy using, leaves much to be desired.When I made my latest purchase I made a complaint that I had to cut open the container and found f product left because it was too thick to come through the delivery spout.So, as I have used my current container, I have shaken it each time with the hope that it would not thicken. BUT, now, I no longer get the product to come out, I,again,have cut the container and find that there is enough product for at least another month or so! I have to dig it out of the container!I would suggest that ampther type of container be used OR change the consisteny of the product

I do not buy makeup often, but went in because I had a giftcard. I decided to try testing out one of their new makeup kits. I usually wear very natural, nude makeup, so after the bright gold eyeshadow was put on, I stated that it wasnt my style and too bold for me. The saleslady doing my makeup said that I was lying, that it looked perfect on me and that she had put on the lightest amount that she could have. She also showed me two different eye primers, one which was much darker than my skin tone. When I told her it was too dark, she insisted again that it was not; even though the 2 primers had been put on right next to each other on my arm. Finally, when I said that I would think about it and come back later, she immediately turned around and hurried off around the counter without a word. The salesladys attitude and decision not to acknowledge my own preferences did not make me want to buy anything or return there again.
