The other day I went into see Brooke-Lynn to help me with eye makeup for my daughter’s wedding. She was very kind and knowledgeable and she seemed to know instinctively exactly what I wanted! She did an outstanding job and I was so happy with the results. I bought all the makeup she suggested and later she texted me a chart so that I could recreate the look. She made me feel beautiful on my daughter’s special day and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would recommend Brooke-Lynn to anyone looking to update their look!

I haven’t been to this MAC store in a while but I went over the weekend and bought some makeup I wanted to try. The foundation I bought I did not like so I went back today and was greeted by Brooke-Lynn. She was amazing. She helped me find a great foundation and gave me some much needed makeup tips. I never felt pressured to buy anything and she was so fun and helpful. So much so that I asked for her card so I could leave a review! I highly recommend her at this location. It’s so clean and everyone is so nice and welcoming. IfYou stop in there, you won’t be disappointed!

I stopped by this MAC store over the recent Memorial Day weekend, because I saw a sale sign outside. A HUGE shout out to Cassie and the other two ladies that were working (Brooklyn?). The employees there were so very kind, friendly, and helpful! Im not great at makeup, and dont often change up my style, so Im often reluctant to buy new products. The team at this MAC (and every MAC Ive visited), have been so understanding, non-judgemental, and helpful. They were patient and listened to my interests and concerns, provided information and instruction on better makeup application, and helped me feel more confident to try a new look. Even as the store got busy, they provided personalized attention to everyone who walked in, and I never felt ignored or brushed off. I ended up purchasing a few eye shadows, but never felt pressured to purchase more than I needed/wanted. My mom and sister were also there, and had no intention of buying anything, but did anyhow because of the genuine enthusiasm and care for the customer. They are both very happy with their purchases.Thank you for not making me feel stupid about make up, and being my cheerleaders of style!

Brooke-Lynn at the Bridgeport store saved my faith in MAC. I’ve used MAC cosmetics for over a decade and my favorite powder was discontinued a couple years ago. I had tried a number of replacement MAC products and the colors didn’t seem right once I got them home. I was about to give up on MAC when I met Brooke-Lynn. The powder and color she suggested is perfect and I’m once again a MAC customer

I am a Mac girl for life! I have been for years and its thanks to the AMAZING people that work here at Bridgeport! Bre, Cassandra, Jeri, Farwell and the 2 that Ive known and Loved FOR YEARS, Brooklynn and Rachel❤️ They treat me like a friend when Im there, they know what I LOVE and will literally tell me I dont need or wont like something when its not right for me! They know their products! If they work on commission then I would seriously never have guessed that because they genuinely take the time to listen to me each time Im there and have learned what I need/like~ they genuinely care that Im 100% happy with my purchase! Ive NEVER felt pressured to buy something I didnt come there for, and when I ask for their help and opinions Im ALWAYS HAPPY with the products I leave with!! In fact Ill go back to buy backups because I dont want to run out!! Anyways, if youre in the market for Mac makeup I HIGHLY Recommend The Crew at Mac Bridgeport here in Tigard/Tualatin!!❤️

A nice makeup store with a pretty complete selection of products from mascara to foundation. They have some amazing colors which is what they are known for and they have helpful employees once you can get someones attention. If you go in there already knowing what you need specifically it wont take you long to get in and out. If you have to actually try products then it will take you a bit longer, especially if you are working with an employee.

Very very very helpful staff! I watched/listen to the staff assist my wife. They all seemed pleasant and knowledgeable about their products.

GG was a dream! Sweet, funny, and actually listens to what you want. Made sensible suggestions and really worked with me. She totally saved the day. ♡

Always friendly,, always helpful, but dont go there during your lunch hour! Its super well located in the center of the mall but that also makes for some heavy foot traffic especially in the afternoon.

In all honesty, I dont know anything about Mac computers and dont own an i-product, but its always fun to go into the the store anyway. Whenever I go into this Mac Store, at least one or two staff greet me and offer assistance if I need it. Then, they just let me play with their stuff without bugging me. The store always looks organized, the employees are always knowledgeable about the merchandise and they always thank me (for taking the time to look around) when I walk out the door. You cant beat old-fashioned customer service.

To be honest, I dont really like the MAC stores. I have found that the employees dont tend to be as friendly as at the MAC counters. Although there is a man who works at the Bridgeport store who is very kind and helpful.That said I personally prefer the MAC counter at Lloyd center, but I have been going there with my mother since I was a little girl.

I came here with 3 of my mom friends and our 4 kids (all 1-2 years old). I’ve worked retail before and know that multiple kids in a small space can be a little overwhelming. The girls working were so sweet and helpful, and one even gave my son a brush off her belt to play with. He was so excited and distracted the rest of the time. I like MAC products and I LOVED my experience at this store!
