Not sure what happened, but when I exchanged few items, I could see that some coupons were printed along with the receipt, however, the cashier chose to throw away the store coupons and handed me just the receipt. I guess I wasnt liked enough to be by the grace of the cashier 🤷‍♀️

Occasionally I go there to buy a beer even though there beer section isnt that great because they got all there twelve packs on the shelf and not in the fridge, so pretty much you gotta choose between getting a six pack, eight teen pack or twenty four pack. Normally I end up buying two six packs but the problem I have with this place is the cashiers are really slow there pretty friendly but unless you grab a shopping cart at the door youll be standing there for like ten minutes holding something really heavy in your hands. The rite aid at hall and Pacific highway its pretty ghetto but if theres only one one cashier they will be ringing people up on two registers and they shock there twelve packs in the freezer, thats way easier to hold. Plus they have hand sanitizer for there customers.

Pharmacy staff are very customer-centric & very experienced. Store team very helpful. We love Marilyn

Never used this pharmacy, never even been in this Rite-Aid next to my apartment but i had a needed antibiotics, I was at Providence in Sherwood who called it into the Walgreens next to them ... who told me when I arrived that they could not fill it for at least 1 1/2 hours. I called Rite-Aid and asked if they could do it. They were very awesome dealing with a grouchy woman in pain. They had it filled by the time I got there (3 miles away) and were awesomely friendly. I will be using them for all pharmacy needs.

This is a typical Rite-Aid store, but that is not a negative statement. The store is loading with much more than what you might normally think of for stores of this type. It has been designed to serve multiple purposes including a food Mart. Photos help a bit to show the variety of items beyond the pharmacy goodies, but your best approach is to visit the store and do a bit of browsing. It is really a good idea to know what is here before you need something in a hurry.

Everyone at this pharmacy is pretty amazing. Paul is so nice, and everyone is so helpful. I really appreciate their knowledge and humor, as I am usually there with my Alzheimer father-in-law. Thank you all!!

Very friendly employees also the store is clean. This also applies to the pharmacy. If you need help finding something they will help you find it. Unless they dont carry the item. Been going to this Rite Aid store for 9 + years.

They do a good job. Its never terribly busy at this location. The people are acceptably nice and professional. The store is always clean and nice.

I don’t come here often, as I avoid it due to the lack of quality service. Mostly due to poor management.However I came in today, and stood in a 4 deep line with one checker, typical, as i motioned the checker once we made eye contact to call for more checkers. He saw me, but chose to ignore me. Almost 10 minutes elapsed, once I came up he asked the standard “How are you” I asked why he ignored me, and didn’t call for additional checkers when there were 5 people waiting? No, he didn’t apologize rather said he didn’t have any as they were all in back unloading trucks. After leaving I drove around back to find no trucks. When I explained how Wal Greens always calls for extra checkers and that’s one of the reasons I go there now, he said good. I stated I should speak to a manager but that didn’t do anything a year ago. Which he then stated he was the manager, Steve. I was shocked as he had quiet the attitude and offered no apologies for the long wait. I said I was going to file a complaint as I walked out and Steve said don’t come back. Needless to say that is why Rite Aid is slow at this location and busy at Wal Greens!!!! Go job Steve.

First off, people are nice, store is clean, service is good.About Policy. Requiring proof of age for beer is, at times a good thing. I am 63yrs old, and obviously dont look a day over 20. Requiring ID from someone who looks old enough to be their father is asinine. I understand why, retired law enforcement. But dumb is dumb!

Has everything you need for a snack run while staying at the Best Western across the street

I preferred the old layout before their recent remodel. The prices are usually decent on products. I believe they reduced what items they carried in their remodel as well as reduced the size of their store.

Had a recent experience where the checker did a double charge. This has happened to me several times recently in this neighborhood. Beware and check your receipt. It felt purposely done because one checker distracted us while the other rang us up.

Just ok. I prefer to drive across town to another location because the pharmacy and staff at this location arent as pleasant.

We recently moved here and needed a pharmacy. They were very helpful and got everything handled in record time!
