OK I know its weird to give this 5 stars and then say I hate AT&T. But I hate AT&T. I was in here because my mom has an AT&T cell phone she is on my sons account. We came into the store because I was moving her SIM card over to a new phone and I dropped it multiple times and then finally I couldnt find it . So we went to AT&T store to get some help with that. The young people that were working in the store where amazing. We got excellent service. Could not have asked for better service than that. So if you have AT&T this is definitely a good store to go to for help.

Went in to the store 15 minutes before closing and the sales rep stayed late to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. We left with new phones and new numbers. Very friendly and service was great.

The store manager Josh is a superstar! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain & set up some great options to me for business accounts and communication & entertainment products. If you go to this location and Josh is available you will receive the best service AT&T can offer. I have been an AT&T customer for nearly twenty years and Josh is a world class quality representative of the company. Highly recommended.

I recently replaced my iPhone XS with the same phone along with another case and accessories. I liked the features, the recommendations and the support I received from AT&T.

I came here to get a sim card for a new phone and the manager was the one taking care of me. He was super attentive, and he so multi-task helping others while taking good care of my transaction. Great customer service skills! The service was great and fast.

My phone has been acting wonky so much that I thought I needed to buy a new one. Because I use AT&T as my carrier, I went to this store and Josh took the time to explain why he thought it wasnt working correctly. He cleaned the outside and screen, looked through the apps and explained to me what they were all about and helped clear the ones unnecessary. He didnt try to sell me a new phone rather showed me how to keep mine working optimally. I so appreciate his patience, knowledge, and low pressure. I will stick with AT&T and make this store my go to place. Thanks Josh!!!!!

Worse AT&T store I have ever been too! My mom and I came in here on Sunday 3/10 to get the Samsung Galaxy s10 but they were out which was not a big deal and the guy offered to order our phones and have them shipped to store and said they would be in on Tuesday 3/12 but neither came in so I called Wednesday evening to find out and the guy took my info and said he would call me back, he never did. I finally went over there today 3/14 and my moms phone was there but no one called and said it came in and my phone has yet to ship but yet they were supposed to be in Tuesday 3/12. Dont waste your time with this store and go to the corporate store on 405.

Jovan was the only person working there late on a Sunday afternoon, but was able to help 5 people with difficult problems in quick succession. Professional, helpful, and super easy to talk with.

This Att is awesome. Ashley was so helpful. She helped adjust my account and I was eligible to get a new phone. She was great. Ill keep coming to this store definitely.
