So today I walked into a local MetroPCS store because my phone was having some type of malfunction and it wouldnt turn on so soon as I walked in the store Joseph approached me and asked me what he could do for me and I told him what was going on with my phone from there he took my phone went behind the counter with my phone and worked his magic as always helping me get through the process that I need to get through for the warranty to get my new phone because Insurance wouldnt cover my phone because they say it was a software problem inside the phone but anyways Joseph is awesome and I will always go to him as long as hes with MetroPCS
Came in today because I tried to swap my iPhone online and had an issue. Katy had knowledge on my issue and she got it fixed with in a few minutes. She also called customer service to get my fee waived. Thanks Katy I appreciate it.
Everyone is awesome and I love my android phone! Brett was great and helped me get a good deal on a phone and tablet. Ive had metro with little to no problems for goin on 3 years. And everyone is always super friendly!

I saved $500 on my cell phones with switching to metro and another $1200 a year on my phone plan . Customer care and help is always free and their happy to help. I will be making sure all my friends, family, and coworkers here about my great experience at this Metro.

They offer repair service but dont do repair! Ive been with metro since they started years ago they have never done anything for me I have to replace phones it seems every 1 to 2 years they dont seem to last Ive spent thousands of dollars since switching to Metro PCs if you dont get a insurance policy on the phones you might as well forget fixing it IE more money. I might as well change companies that offer the same unlimited service and get a free phone or cheaper price on a cell phone. This place isnt good for anything but selling high price phones or accessories.

Never had any problems with staff and they have been gracious and helpful every time I have had an occasion to go to the store. The staff tends to move around among the different stores which just means that there are good people at most all of the stores all the time.I have been happy so far and see no reason not to continue to do business with this store for a very long time. Liked it enough I got phones for my wife and daughter here too!!
I always come to garden to find taylor. She is always the best to me I give her such a hard time for jokes and she always takes it in stride and makes every experience and problem I have so much better.
Really bad service. Went in to get a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and was told by the lady there she had some coupons that she could give me through the computer to lessen the price for the glass screen saver. Upon giving her my charge card she found that they did not have the correct glass screensaver for my phone what if I came back the following day they would have them in. When I went back the next day they went to put one on and they broke it. It was the only one that they had. So when I requested a refund for merchandise I paid 4 and did not get I was refunded money back all but $10. When I asked where the other $10 was that I had gave her in full for the merchandise I was purchasing she she informed me that I had used coupons and they dont refund money back on coupons used in purchasing merchandise. I reminded her that she is the one that gave the coupons while totaling the price up on the merchandise I was buying. And that I was leaving the store with $10 less in my pocket than what I went in with and leaving with no merchandise whatsoever. What a scam!! Do not go to this store. They are very unfriendly and hate to take the time out to explain how things work so that you can understand. And if given the opportunity they will cheat you at the blink of an eye

Do not use T-mobile if you live on the space coast of florida. The cell service is horrible. Even though they say no contract there is a 6 month terms and conditions that lock the phone you purchase from them to their service. I paid almost 1000 dollars for an iphone that is a paperweight majority of the time. They refuse to unlock my phone from their network until i have had service with them for 6 months. For some reason this feels like a contract. False advertising at its finest.
One of the employees, Spencer, was very rude. My husband bought a new phone and case for my FIL. When he go home and my FIL went to use the part that clips to his pants and it was broken so he couldnt use it. My husband went right back up to try and replace it and the guy laughed in his face and told him no and they ended up in a screaming match so my husband just left and called corporate who eventually called the store and told them to fix it.
Love this location . The people that work there always help me when I have a problem or question . Owen helped today . If the other stores have people working in them as great as the Garden St. store then Metro definitely has a winning team.

I went to the Metro PCS in Titusville on Garden st. to get my neice a new phone and Timothy Brown was the man who helped us and he was AWESOME. GREAT customer service! We ended up getting my neice the new moto phone with a case, screen protector, charger, headphones, and activated it for a very reasonable price. He made sure we got everything we needed under our budget of $140. He also gave us shirts for free! He was awesome and cant wait to go back and get my nephew his next phone. Thank you Timothy!
Horrible! The sales agent named Marissa put products in my bag when I was shopping for a cell phone case and charged me $90 for them. When I noticed, the manager named Matt refused to refund me because they were included in the Smartpay lease. I was forced to deal with the leasing company to get a return. Then Marissa lied about to me about paying off the phone lease early, which cost me 20%. And I have had nothing but problems with MetroPcs service. Straight talk may be $15 more a month, but I recommend using their service and saving yourselves the headache.
