This Boost Mobile store is now located at 2821 Garden Street in front on the Beef O Brady’s restaurant in a small plaza next to the Elite Massage.

Quoishia was very helpful with helping me to select a phone and plan that was perfect for budget. She was very professional and helped to show me how to transfer my photos from my old phone to my new phone.. She was such a great help in everything and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Thanks to Maria I will be coming to this store again because boost has never had very good employees there until her. She’s fast, compassionate about my needs and makes me feel like Im the most important person in the room. She always greets with a smile, lively conversations, she is very knowledgeable about her products and is very honest to her guest. I talked with Amber. She was very knowledgeable of which would the best phone for my needs. She provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. This woman should be in management. Her professionalism is top notch. If given the chance to deal with her again, I would.

I was told not to go to this Boost Mobile store, but I went anyway because it was convenient. There was a man in that store that was all talk and would not lesson at all. There was also a lady their that seemed to know her stuff but didnt have time to work with me. Before going into the story I was on the phone with Boost Mobile customer service for 1hour & 45mins. the night before. The thing I didnt like the most was the people in the store bad mouthing the people of customer service!

What a pleasant experience today. My sales representative was so helpful. All 4 of my phones on our family plan had issues. Dasia worked patiently and professionally to resolve all issues. Big store and very clean. The women who work there are very nice and helpful and so patient. They explain things simply and even took the time to show me features about my phone and how to use it. Will definitely be making this my go to location. (I was looking at your reviews. I would say to ignore that Tracy Ruff person. They give bad reviews to almost every place for points and the phone selection is bigger than what she’s showing.) keep up the good work.

Store is dirty and not kept up. Minimal selection of phones and accessories. Saleswoman was decent but also only doing the bare minimum of acceptable service. When and if I go back to Boost I wont come back to this location.

The worst store I have ever been to. There is always some person hanging out in front or in the store bad mouthing people coming into the store. Go to the one on rt 50 you do not have that there I will never go to this one again.

Spent 2+hrs there on Wed. To try and boost up, was told to come back after the rep fixed a computer glitch went back on Fri. Was told they didnt have time to do my boost up at 3pm. Should have gone to the Cocoa store.Will not return to this store.

Store does not have good customer service. Does not honor agreements made when store was hastily sold. New owners dont care about customer care because its not their problem. Will not go there again will go to 50 location.
