Kei and Danielle were absolutely amazing today! They were extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process of getting a new iPhone a breeze! They explained everything very thoroughly and are extremely nice and personable. When Kei was helping me set my phone up Danielle was handling an extremely difficult customer, she was so nice and professional and that really stood out to me! I’ll never go to another TMobile store because these people at the Titusville one know what they’re doing and are so nice and helpful while doing it. I suggest you stop by there if you need anything from TMobile.

After 3 hours of trying to find a decent store that could help us purchase a new phone at various other T-Mobile locations, where they clearly did not care about their customers needs or wants or knew what they were doing, we FINALLY received the best customer service we could have asked for at this T-Mobile store!The Manager, Luc I believe his name was, at this store did an excellent job!Both while multitasking (helping his employees, who were training new employees- all doing a great job by the way- with other customers) AND making sure that we were attended to in a timely manner as well, and that we got everything we needed and all our data restored from our broken phone to the new one.I will drive out to this T-MOBILE location every time for my account with T-Mobile just because the customer service we received was so excellent.Great Job Team!Also, I left a 1 star review on the cocoa beach store, explaining how much better service your store provided us with and why 😉 and that I will also drive out to Titusville anytime to do business at this stores location instead of Cocoa Beachs, just because of how much better your customer service is than theirs.We got my Fiancé a good phone backed up by great customer service, and all the information we needed explained to us easily for us to understand.Both my Fiancé and I are very happy with our experience here.Thank you so Much!

We had the pleasure of being helped by Luc Peyret today in Titusville, FL. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the new phones we were interested in. We were only there to look at the phones at first, but after speaking with him for only a few minutes, we decided to go ahead and get them while we were there. He set up our new phones and transferred everything from our old phones before we left, and he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions while doing so. If anyone needs anything dealing with T-Mobile, or if they are thinking about switching over to T-Mobile, we will definitely tell them to go see Luc!

My Mom Rose Maxwell had trouble with unlocking her phone. The manager of the store and the employees there were very helpful to her and because it took some time to fix her phone she was offered a cold beverage to drink because she is recovering from cancer treatment and as of last week she is cancer free. They also recommended a Samsung smartwatch that monitors her heartbeat and if she falls down it alerts me or emergency services if needed. She lives alone after my Father and her Husband of over 50 years passed away and She lives alone because she wants to stay independent. So thanks Guys treating her so good.

The guys at T-mobile in Titusville, which used to be a Sprint store, will help you with anything you need for your cellphone in a quick, professional, and best of all, in a knowledgeable way. If you have a Sprint phone make sure you get the new SIM cards with T-Mobile to obtain the full benefits of the companies that recently merged. Ask for Eddie, he is great. If you are a new customer, the store has many phone options and accessories for any budget. I recommend this store.

I really wanted an the iPhone 12 pro max and it wasn’t in stock and Danielle said she would call me to as soon as they got more shipments in. As soon as their store got more shipments I immediately got a call from her. The fact that she stuck true to her word really shows that this T-Mobile stores cares about their customers. When I went in to upgrade, Luke was very knowledgeable and super helpful on all the questions I asked. He had an answer for every question I had regarding policies, promotions, and anything else under the sun regarding phones and T-Mobile. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area.
