My husband and I went into Cricket wireless to speak to someone regarding their plans for new customers. The person we spoke to Illyanna was really very helpful, explaining the plans and the phones and explaining about regarding the phones hearing aid compatible.We have pretty much decided that we are going to go with cricket wireless and drop all other wireless service as were not happy with it were not satisfied. Thank you so much for your help Illynna you helped us to make our decision.

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with my phone that I had just purchased there and it was up running real slow and then normal you know aggravations for cell phones and she the lady there helped me get the phone fixed you know got it running faster and cleaned it up and getting somebody else and their service is always been great ever since I joined them about a year ago and I buy my phones there and Im pleased with them good people

Caitlin and Illyanna are phenomenal employees! every time I come in I get treated with nothing but respect. I never feel swindled or cheated because they are always very up front with me. I have been there on very busy days and sometimes have to wait patiently for them to help others but its because they are very thorough. I would 100% recommend this location and ask for one of them. The service is also pleasant for the prices! 5 stars

First time in this cricket store and they where very helpful and courteous, cant say anything better. I will definitely be coming here for my new phones next month. Went to Port St. JOHNS, I could not believe how unprofessional they were with the customers they had there so I walked right out.

The gentleman working was very pleasant however the stock is very limited and the store is kinda dirty.
