Very friendly employees and the store is in a good location. We didnt end up buying their service but they did have free phones and you could get two free phones for $60 a month which is a great plan but we were looking for something cheaper. But if that works for you these phones were smartphones and pretty nice.

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the phone I wanted in the price range I was hoping to be in! He was fantastic and nice to me. And my son was kicking and hitting me in the store and I got upset at him and the employees didnt stare or give me an evil look. I corrected my son and they respected that. A lot of people no matter where you go get shamed on for correcting your kids in public. They all made me feel less like a bad mom! Also they have a great selection of accessories for pretty much all phones and overall my favorite store!
I went with my grandson to the store over the weekend young lady there asked me to to wear a mask but they went ahead and let other guys not wear one don’t make policies and ask certain people to follow your rules won’t be returning
Switched from Verizon to metro today. And my experience was superb. Maleni was very informative and helpful. I am very satisfied with the handset I chose and the price point you get with Metro. I highly recommend this location. They have great accessories and phone selection.
This was the worst phone service I have ever had. Two women from the Tomball location were rude and not helpful at all. I will be going to AT&T
I had a great experience coming to this location. I was helped by a pretty young lady by the name of Maria. She was very helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to help me out. She knew exactly what needed to be done with the issue I was having with my phone. I couldnt ask for the process to go any smoother. I highly recommend this location. I left with all my questions answered and a smile on my face.

If no star gave opportunities to fix the service signals working in Tomball, remembers wiseguy, that is why they flipped me off, no quarters taken none given. Switches to att& who loves you baby. att& t have a strong g love signal, may just spread the great service for att&t. Detti.
There are many times where they said they will do something and dont. For example, they had to swap out 4 faulty phones and didnt swap the 128gb SD cards. I asked 4 times while they were performing the swap. Had to call when I got back home and noticed the manager had only swapped one of them. They said they would put the cards in envelope and mail to me since it is a 20min drive one way for me to get to them. They never mailed them. I had to go pick them up. So they dont have time to mail something to their paying client, but the paying client has 40 to 45minsto spare apparently. There were other issues. But overall, Maria was very helpful.
Maria diana & karen are awesome they work together & have such patients i had to write a review. I purchased 2 phones last week & didnt believe that i would save over $100 a month by switching from at&t when i saw the commercial i thought there was hidden taxes ETC. metro pcs is the best i am so happy i went back this week and added 2 more phones to my account im still saving over $1,200 dollars a year & the service is great its a no brainer thank u metro pcs for not being greddy pigs like at&t. & i will always go to this tombal location even to pay my bill i just want to thank Maria diana & karen for great friendly service im a happy metropcs customer for LIFE.

They are so bad i cant even give them one star but had to so i could comment. Horrible customer service. They lie to get you off the phone and make phony promises that they cannot and will not deliver on. Then even when they have been caught with their pants around their ankles they still will not do the right thing to remedy their crappy network. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can to a better provider. I am disabled and am home 95 percent of the time and this crappy company will not fix the fact that i cannot receive or place calls on my Brand new Samsung Galaxy J7 that i purchased from them. I literally have to get in a car and drive down the street to get any service. All i want is for them to unlock my phone and let me find another provider. Instead they are forcing me to make bad publicity for them. Dumb and dumber must be running the show. I have been fighting with them for several hours a day almost every day since May 30. Can you say SCREAM. No wonder people go postal...you really cant blame someone when they are lied to, cheated and robbed. How truly SAD.
