My mom got a car from here. She was thinking her vehicle was safe and good to go. Sadly they miss informed her that the transmission was in bad condition before selling the vehicle to her. So the whole time she was paying a decent amount of money for a vehicle that was worth 30% less than the cost: keep in mind that transmission cost 1,000 - 2,800 for a decent one. So if the vehicle was 6,000 with a bad transmission. The car worth goes down to 3,000 because of labor and parts to fix this issue.
This place was amazing!!! People there were very friendly and the salesman was honest and down to earth! We weren’t rushed or pushed around like a typical dealership!! Definitely recommend
Horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a truck with them and brought it to their mechanic to get it checked out for rust on the frame. He said it was fine. Two weeks pass and my mechanic tells me the frame is beyond repair, most likely flood damage and bought from a cheap auction. I asked for money back and they refused. Currently pursing them for damages. AVOID at all costs! They will rip you off and scam you to keep money. Terrible vehicles, even worse people.
Absolutely excellent experience. Bought my wife a SUV from here, very friendly and accommodating. An issue came up with the SUV we called them about it they sent us to there machanic and had the issue resolved same day .
We made arrangements to purchase a vehicle, our bank was sent the purchase agreement and the loan was processed. We called on Saturday afternoon to make sure that everything was still good for us to drive up from Virginia over the weekend and pick the car up on Monday morning when they first opened. We were told that it was and that it had been set aside. We drive up on Sunday, and were at the dealership first thing Monday morning, only to find out that the vehicle was sold and we were not informed. They knew that we were coming from Virginia but could not be bothered to inform us that they were backing out of the agreement. The salesperson made it sound like we hadnt done due diligence, saying that the other buyer had called before coming (even though we had not only obtained a sales agreement, but HAD called on the last day they were open prior to our driving up). Then the owner proceeded to lecture us like we were children buying our first car, instead of established business people only a few years his junior and very familiar with the car buying process (my mother worked in the industry for a reputable dealership). He does not believe that written agreements and cashiers checks mean anything. Definitely buyer beware.
I forget his name but he is great! Bought a rav4 from here and I am very happy with it. The guy seemed and was very honest and accomodating, he works with you 100%.
Criminals and liars that will reset the cars engine light and claim that there is nothing wrong. You will call them to get help they will never do what they say on the phone or in person. You buy a car from them and it will never pass inspection. You will be doomed and loose money guarantee!
Sold a friend their car. Warranty said the car had to pass inspection. The car broke down with my friends family in it. It failed inspection. When they reached out to this company they called her a cu%t and said the warranty wasnt worth the paper it was written on.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Tamer was honestly very rude while I was dealing with him and I did not have a pleasant experience whatsoever. He spoke to me with an attitude and I would not come back here. Dont recommend. Overall place was decent but he ruined the experience.
I got my car there at a cost I could afford. Jim, my salesman was so helpful i felt like a queen.
I dealt with Tamer over at A&S Auto. From the start he was a pleasure to work with, and he was very honest. Absolutely recommend!!
Horrible experience, bought a truck for $3600. A day later I saw a leak in the engine, transmission, the front and rear differentials. Brought it to a mechanic, I put into it for hundred dollars. Brought it to a mechanic, I put into it $400. A week later the spark plugs started miss firing, the exhaust started making really loud noises. I went back to them and ask them if I can get my money back, and they keep the truck with all the money I put into it. They said no, I asked them if they can give me back $3000 and keep everything else they still said no. Now I’m waiting for the title to come in, they told me it’ll come in two days after I bought the truck. It’s now been over a week.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! The company is fraudulent and bounces checks to their customers.
Amro very honest and helpful
Easy sale, easy negotiation
